  1. You are a translator, so your English on your profile, bio, gig descriptions, and work samples should be flawless. I suggest that you go back through these and proofread so that you can have greater credibility and trust with your buyers. I also noticed that you list what you can do, but you aren't speaking to your customer's paint points. 2. That's very strange! Try to clear your browser, cache, and cookies before making another attempt to setting your delivery dates. If that doesn't work, you can contact Customer Support here: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/account-and-security/report-bug
  3. Hi @henriettabongu_! I was a food scientist for 17 years before I became a seller on Fiverr's platform. There's a need for good technical/scientific writers. 😊 I looked at your profile and gig and you are off to a great start! I also noticed you already talked with @vickiespencer about student work, so I'm glad you had that discussion. 4. Hi @gdshafik24, Impressions and clicks are only good if they give you orders, so optimize your gigs so that you get inquiries and take care of your potential customers in your inbox so that you can convert them to orders. I saw your gigs and thought this article could also help you: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/284256-no-orders-here-are-7-updates-you-can-make-during-the-slow-times/
  5. That sounds terrible, @mandyzines! I think I found the seller/buyer you were talking about in your reviews. I'm sorry you had to deal with her! I wish I had the power to give it to you! It's great and I'm using this instead of OOS right now. Do you have a Success Manager that you can ask, maybe? (By the way, I love the updates you made to your gig images!)
  6. Hi @ramesh_krishan, This article might give you some insight into factors influencing Fiverr's decision: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282557-%F0%9F%A4%A9popular-top-rated-sellers-what-are-your-thoughts-on-these-comments-about-becoming-trs/?do=findComment&comment=1784338
  7. The Lift looks really great, @mjensen415! It looks like it's a central hub of all the resources offered to business owners (i.e., sellers on the platform and those purchasing services for their businesses). Questions - What is the "Success Team" that we can reach out to via email whenever we want to? How is this team different from Customer Support or the team of Success Managers? Will there be a new forum created for The Lift (as in the case of Seller Plus) or will the existing forum be used? If the purpose of the forum/Community Hub is to elevate businesses and promote quality discussions, the forum will need to be elevated to accomplish that. Otherwise, business owners may become frustrated with the forum in its current state and leave. I like the links to Fiverr Learn, the Community Hub, Resources (articles and guides), and Partners. I noticed the links to services (via sellers on the platform) are linked to the smart algorithm because it pulls up sellers that I have purchased from in the past. I'll start reading through all the resources available on The Lift. 😊 Thanks for the heads up on this new resource!
  8. It's good that you have impressions and clicks - it can fluctuate quite a bit from day to day, so track your data on a weekly basis and take appropriate action as I mentioned in my previous post. Your portfolio for each gig should give the buyer a clear idea of what to expect if they buy from you. You can use the 2 PDFs and a combination of graphics and text to convey what your services entail. You can even talk about your experiences to make your gig more unique from other sellers. It's up to you how you want to portray yourself to your buyer. 😊
  9. Hi @laiba_tariq77! Impressions look good except for the last gig, which has a spelling error in the title. Correct the spelling errors and your impressions should increase for that gig. Clicks are low, so try to increase your clicks for all you gigs. Clicks are related to how attractive your gig is. Make sure your gig images, videos, titles, and prices are attractive to your target buyer. I looked at your profile and gigs and thought the tips in this article would be helpful for you: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/284256-no-orders-here-are-7-updates-you-can-make-during-the-slow-times/
  10. Hi @mushaf09, Impressions look good but clicks are almost nonexistent. That means you need to make your gigs more attractive to your buyers. Buyers see your gigs in search but aren't clicking on them. Review your gig images, gig video, titles, and prices and update your gig cards so that they stand out from the rest of the gigs that buyers will see in search. Buyers will only take a second to make a decision on whether to visit your gig or not.
  11. Hi @sadikurshuvo, I didn't get briefs for 2 months when I first turned it on. Stick with this price for a month and if you don't see anything, try a new price the next month. I didn't get briefs at $50 but I did at $150. Play around with the prices and if you don't see any briefs, there aren't any matches for you.
  12. Per the Help Center: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360050063113-How-do-I-create-a-Fiverr-account- Since and underaged seller operates out of the parent-owned Fiverr account, their earnings would also go to the parent's bank account.
  13. Unfortunately, no. You can only add buyers who have a website. This is how I did it: I save screenshot copies like the one above as documented proof of the buyer's approval to add them as my Top Client. I suggest you do the same for the approvals that you received.

  15. I'm one of the lucky Seller Plus sellers that have the Request to Order feature on all of my gigs. No one can order from me unless they contact me first. This helps a lot of the misunderstandings that happened when someone would just order straight from my gig page. For those who don't have Request to Order, they should take advantage of the new Cancelation policy because sellers can now cancel orders and reissue new orders with new requirements that both seller and buyer can agree on without it hurting their order completion rate. I think Fiverr is leaning more towards these types of feature updates rather than helping sellers leave more truthful reviews on their buyers.

  18. @chrygraphics, I can never find myself in search. However, I know I'm getting found because I have inquiries and orders. Instead of trying to find yourself in search, pay attention to your impressions and clicks. If your impressions are greater than zero, then you are showing up in search. The number of impressions will tell you how much you show up in search. The higher your impressions, the more relevant Fiverr's algorithm sees you. This depends on your title, tags, gig descriptions, and seller performance. If you don't have clicks, that means buyers are shown your gig but they aren't interested in clicking on it. To get clicks, you will have to make your title card attractive to buyers. Have a nice gig image that accurately portrays your service. Include a gig video, and make sure your title and price are attractive to the buyers you are targeting. Once you have clicks, work on converting those clicks to orders. Make sure your profile and gigs look professional and are written with your target buyers in mind. Build up a good portfolio of work samples to give yourself professional credibility.
  19. Hi @carloscaedo! Welcome to Fiverr and the forum! None. I did sign up for others but I really don't like bidding on projects. I also got rejected by one platform and couldn't create an account (probably because I picked an oversaturated category). So I now I only get work through Fiverr and my personal website. I like that I didn't have to give myself a professional title on Fiverr. I do a lot of different things (I have 7 gigs in 7 different categories) so it can be hard to define myself in one title. I do like that I could offer so many services in so many different categories. I also like that I don't have to bid on projects or do any other marketing than set up my gigs. The only thing that I didn't like was how lonely and scared I felt when I first got started. I was afraid of breaking Fiverr ToS. I didn't want to turn down orders. I couldn't find Customer Service (so I thought they were pro-buyer, which isn't true at all). I was never a freelancer until I started on Fiverr, so I felt lonely until I found the forum. I find this a great platform to do business on. Fiverr is the only platform that allowed me to replace my day job. I like how Fiverr is constantly rolling out new features to help sellers out. Fiverr also makes it easy to see the health of my business. Even though customer service can take a while to respond, they have always helped me with my buyer issues. Also, through the forum, I have met Fiverr staffers, product development, and management and they have all been wonderful to work with and care a lot about what sellers have to say.
  20. It has always been about making more money - Fiverr wouldn't get rid of Buyer Request and replace it with Buyer Briefs if they thought they wouldn't make money from this decision. I agree! My recommendations to buyers is to use Fiverr's search - it's so much better than briefs because buyers can be more detailed in their search and they have much more control over who they get to vet and do business with. But it does require the buyer to "work." AI technology is not perfect and it will never be as good as doing the actual work of searching on Fiverr's marketplace. However, some buyers may opt to use the Brief & Match feature to save on time and avoid the headache of them making the matches themselves. Here are my observations and thoughts (coming from someone who was a new seller earlier this year): 1. Many sellers were making good money through the Buyer Requests. They are hoping that they will make the same through Buyer Briefs. Most likely they won't. Each brief only gets 1-2 matches at a time and some briefs don't even get a single match. The number of offers for that can be made on a single brief is also significantly lower than the number of offers that could be made for a single buyer request. This doesn't mean new sellers, Level 1, Level 2, and top-rated sellers won't get briefs. They can. However, it won't be as much as buyer requests. 2. The "Get briefs" toggle button is misleading because it makes sellers think that they will "get briefs" by turning this feature on. Sellers will only get briefs if Fiverr's algorithm thinks they are a match. If they have no briefs, there are no matches. If buyers are finding you through search, most likely you will also get matches through the "Get brief" option. 3. Many sellers who depend on the bidding system to get orders will leave the platform. This won't hurt Fiverr because, as @catwriter mentioned, Fiverr isn't meant to be a bidding platform (and choses not to cater to sellers who thrive on that system). The Brief & Match system is more in line with Fiverr's business model because Fiverr is all about matching buyers and sellers through its smart algorithm. Fiverr will continue to improve its technology to provide better matches. 4. I see the Brief & Match as the new Buyer Request - most high-performing sellers will ignore this feature and only use it periodically when they need it. This means the bulk of those using the Brief & Match (and benefitting the most) will be newer sellers and those who need a boost in orders. Most orders for all sellers will come through organic search and repeat, happy buyers. 5. Sellers of all levels who can adapt and become "quality sellers" will be promoted by Fiverr's algorithms and will do great on this platform. I've done a lot of research (and am still researching) since "quality" is an arbitrary word and I want to do well on this platform. Based on my research, here's what Fiverr considers "Quality": Sellers who have high conversion rates (i.e., sellers who can convert impressions to clicks and clicks to orders). This requires you to be good at marketing yourself. Sellers who display high levels of professionalism (e.g., seller bio, intro videos, gig descriptions, quality images, good gig videos, impressive portfolios, top clients, etc.). Sellers who keep their buyers happy (e.g., those who have good private and public reviews, have a high number of repeat buyers, have quick response rates, low cancelations, and high number of orders). Sellers who have great metrics (e.g., all the analytics on the dashboard). Sellers who use all the features Fiverr has to offer (e.g., via analytics, search, gig editing page, seller profile page, etc.). "Quality" does not depend on a sellers level, although if you are high-quality you should be able to progress through the levels fairly quickly, even without Buyer Request or Buyer Briefs. Based on my experience, no one should depend on Buyer Briefs as a main source of orders. I'm actually very grateful to hear from @katakatica, @vickiespencer, @vibronx, and @catwriter because they are showing other sellers how to run their business without buyer briefs. I've already come to the conclusion that briefs won't scale my business. I also see up to 25 posts a day asking how to make buyer briefs work. It won't. At least not in the way that these sellers want it to. I was a new seller earlier this year and just barely hit the 1-year mark. I know I have a lot to learn from these more experienced sellers on the platform if I want my business to continue to grow in spite of all the changes that Fiverr is throwing our way.
  21. Hi @mercerx02, I'm not a newbie, but I got my first brief 2 months after I turned on the "Get briefs" option.
  22. Hi @segtech202, Low impressions means Fiverr's algorithm doesn't consider you a relevant match to buyers' search term, so it's not making your gig as visible in search as your competition. It may be because your title, tags, and gig descriptions aren't relevant to what buyers are looking for in search. Or it may be related to your seller performance. Sellers who have more orders, respond quicker, deliver faster, and have happier clients are considered relevant and have high visibility in search.
  23. It makes no sense to promote a gig that buyers aren't interested in purchasing, so optimize your gigs and improve yourself as a seller so that Fiverr will promote you and clients will want to contact you directly.
  24. Hi @salomeea77, if Fiverr can't provide that information, we can't provide that information either. Most of us are fellow sellers and buyers on the platform (so we wouldn't know that information) and sharing personal information is against Fiverr ToS.
  25. Fiverr does like speed, but not in that way. I have my delivery times set out to 10 days for orders that takes me 2-3 days to do. When I deliver earlier than the 10 days, it looks really good because I'm making "quick" deliveries. If you offer 2-day deliveries and deliver within 24 hours, that looks good. However, if you state if you deliver in 24 hours and you deliver in 23 hours, it's not considered a quick delivery unless you deliver before that 12-hour notification is sent to you. In short, give yourself more time to complete the order than is necessary and then deliver early.
