  1. Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I'll get straight to the point. I received an order for 5 posters, and before the buyer placed the order, we thoroughly discussed all the details, including the delivery time, which the buyer agreed to. (Note: I had previously worked with this buyer on a single poster as a test, which they liked, leading them to order the next 5 posters.) I completed 4 of the posters and was in the final stages of completing the last one when the buyer suddenly requested a cancellation, citing that they were out of time and no longer needed the posters, and that I had made many mistakes, which doesn't make sense to me. I tried to ask the buyer about the mistakes I made, but received no response. I also tried to contact Fiverr's support team, but haven't received any response from them either. I've already completed the 5th poster and sent the delivery to the buyer, which was 2 days earlier than the agreed-upon delivery time. I'm seeking advice on how to handle this situation. I put a lot of effort and time into creating these posters, and I'm concerned about receiving a negative review. The buyer made a revision request a few minutes ago, asking for more details on the poster, but honestly, there aren't any more details to add. I'm unsure if I should share the poster here, as the ownership ultimately lies with the buyer Thank you very much for your assistance in advance.

  3. Hello everyone, I hope everyone is doing well. Recently I got the option to add top clients to my gig. But I haven't work with any company or brand. I have work with some fiverr selected buyers. But I don't think they own any brand or company. Can I add these buyers on my top clients. I tried to add one of them but when I put their name the form also want a website name of the company. My first question is if the buyers I work for don't have any website but fiverr selected buyers can I still add them? The second question is how am I supposed to collect the website? Should I ask the buyers for their website, In that case, won't Fiverr give me a warning about not to share personal info? What am I supposed to do? Please experts on Fiverr help me. I really don't have any idea, I already asked some of my buyers for permission and they give me permission. But what do I do about the website and it is must be required to continue the process? I searched on google but can not find the answer how to get the website. It would be a huge help if you guys help me. Sorry for the long post. Thanks everyone and Have a nice day
  4. Vickiespencer. Yes, you are right. When I first started about one month. I have completed 2 to 3 orders. Then this guy massage and asked for my service at a very low price. 25$ work at 5$. I was very new. so I took it and completed 2 delivery. For the 3rd one I asked for 5$ dolor extra and then suddenly he placed 2 orders and asked for order cancelation. He says he order by mistake. At the time I didn't know about order cancelation and as a result, my gig lost rank. And when I asked him about this he not only say it could be better at 5$ but also he gave me a bad 1 rating for the 1rst order. This is the story. But this happened months ago. After that my second gig ranked and I was getting good orders then this happen. Do you have any suggestions what should I do now. I really apricate you all for responding.
  5. Thanks, everyone for responding. Before this happened my impressions were around 1500 but suddenly dropped to about 150. Its happen so suddenly. I don't understand what exactly happened. The hidden review this is the first time I heard about it. But all my buyers gave me a 5 rating and pretty good reviews. I hope it gets better. Really thanks everyone.
  6. Hello everyone Hope you are all fine. My gig was on the first page and have 5 ratings and 3 running orders. Suddenly today I found my gig on the last page. I have 2 active gigs in this niche. All 2 of them are on the last page. I was having good orders and I didn't get any warnings whatsoever. I don't understand what is happening. I searched on google. Some say it is gig rotation and others say It kinda happens. Please experts on Fiverr, help me I'm a new seller and I'm confused about what is happening on right now. Is this how Fiverr works? Here sellers have no certainty. Please help me experts.
  7. Hello and thanks everyone. The problem is solved by default. I mean I decline the dispute and the buyer didn't respond so after 3 days the order was automatically completed. But still this is a big problem for future orders. I think fiverr should do something about this problem. Anyway thanks everyone for your support.
  8. Hello everyone Some days ago I got an order form a buyer. It was 3 days delivery time. I completed the order and send the delivery the next day within 24 hours. 2 days later the buyer ask for order cancelation and put the order in dispute. Saying the he no longer need it. As I know if I cancel the order my gig and order cancelation rate will be harmed greatly. I want to ask the experts what should I do? And how should I contact the support service in fiverr? I already decline his order cancelation offer. Please tell me what should I'm really confused. Thanks

  10. Hello, I have a gig and on this gig, I have 6 reviews but one buyer gave 1 and 3 ratings on two orders. And since then my gig impression has stacked around 30 and clicks around 1 per day. But before that my impression was 250 at least per day. Now I want to delete this gig and republish. Will it be good for my profile and will the reviews be gone from my profile? I want to ask for experts' opinions and suggestions about my decision. Thanks

  13. I have set unlimited revision in my gig. I want to change it to 5 revision for all package. Will changing revision number effect my gig ranking?
