  1. That's great to hear, @mariepetiti! I loved your review! You now have a very happy repeat buyer who loves your "clear, concise communication." Great job and keep up the good work! 🙌
  2. Hi @jayunik, Welcome to the forum! Earlier this year, I reached out to the top-rated sellers on the forum to find out what it took to become a top-rated seller. Here's what I found out: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282557-🤩popular-top-rated-sellers-what-are-your-thoughts-on-these-comments-about-becoming-trs/?do=findComment&comment=1784338 I also saw that you are a Wordpress web developer, so you might be interested in this post and links here: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/294050-iam-level-one-seller-but-not-find-any-job-or-work/?do=findComment&comment=1853827
  3. Congratulations @sadikurshuvo! It's good to hear that you didn't just "wait around" for 9 months - you were busy improving your gigs and improving yourself. This shows through the wonderful review that your buyer just left. Keep up the good work!
  4. Hi @ontor550 - If you aren't getting matches, it's because Fiverr doesn't see your gig as "relevant" when buyers search for your services. To make yourself more relevant and attract your target customers, consider doing the following: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/284256-no-orders-here-are-7-updates-you-can-make-during-the-slow-times/

  6. Hi @nirvul! I saw you are a web designer, so you might find the articles below helpful for you... Here are really good tips from a top-rated seller and web designer: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/286673-calling-all-new-website-designers-top-tips-to-help-you-succeed/ Here are some tips on how you can tailor your web design services to attract your target customers (from a buyer's perspective): https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/292234-experienced-sellers-only/?do=findComment&comment=1842480
  7. Hi @mina4seo - As the prompt suggests, you will need to go to "Settings" on your phone and change your camera access so that you can complete your ID verification. Your current camera settings is not letting you use your camera in this process.
  8. Thanks for reading my posts, @breals! It makes me happy that you find them useful even with your years of experience. I have a lot to learn from you, too! I wish all the newbies to Fiverr and the forum read (and understood) what you wrote so perfectly here - it would make such a big difference! https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/286296-my-first-weeks-musings-and-frustrations/ Thanks for all that you do on the forum!
  9. This score is an indicator of "how your repeat business compares to other sellers in your subcategory," so that 100% score must mean you are the best! That's not a surprise because you consistently outperform others in your category. On a personal level, your repeat score for the last 90 days is somewhere between 72-99%. So great job there! I have a 78% repeat buyer score for my resume writing category and only 22% of my earnings from repeat buyers in that category. It's nowhere near what you have! However most of my resume buyers go on to order from my other gigs, so I'm not sure how things are calculated cross-gigs.
  10. Is this for your "Design unique hot sauce label gig"? This gig seems pretty straight forward. You will design a hot sauce label in 2 days. You also don't even mention anywhere that you would like to be contacted first. Even if you did, as @donnovan86 mentioned, gigs are set up so that buyers can buy from you without contacting you. Ask as many questions as possible to understand the buyer's requirement so that you can deliver a quality order to the buyer. Only to select Seller Plus members who have the "Request to Order" feature.
  11. Once you have the "Get brief" option turned on as @smartdezigns explains, your notification messages will show up in the same spot on your desktop and mobile as your other notifications. If you aren't getting any notifications, then there are no matches for you at the moment.
  12. Hi @rubinashehzadi2, please submit a ticket to Fiverr Customer Support here: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/account-and-security/account-verification-and-security/phone-verification
  13. Unfortunately, no one from Fiverr will read your post in "Casual Conversations." You might just want to submit a ticket on this issue here: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/account-and-security/report-bug
  14. Hi @shohel_mahamud_, @miiila explained it perfectly here: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/285174-no-you-have-not-been-hired-new-sellers-dont-let-them-scam-you-dont-contact-them-off-fiverr-dont-do-any-work-for-them/
  15. Hi @expert_emma2, Nice to meet you! I'm Vickie. 😊 I look forward to chatting with you on the forum!
  16. That's terrible, @developerzubair! The buyer has no right to talk to you that way! 😟 You did a great job keeping it professional when the buyer didn't. I hope you reported and blocked that buyer. It's a good thing that the buyer didn't place an order with you!
  17. That's your answer right here, @rickymazzamauro!
  18. @williambryan392 - I know you've mentioned "The Pyramid" as a factor on whether a seller becomes TRS or not. The article below is 5 months old...do you still feel this comes into play in determining a seller's TRS status? https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282557-🤩popular-top-rated-sellers-what-are-your-thoughts-on-these-comments-about-becoming-trs/?do=findComment&comment=1784338
  19. It's actually "seller performance" and buyer satisfaction. You can still work on this, even though you don't have any orders. Here are three things you can do to get started: Make sure that your gigs are clear and look professional. Tailor your gigs to a specific audience. Including samples of your work can also boost your credibility with your buyers - utilize your 3 pictures and 2 PDFs to show off what you can do. When buyers contact you in your inbox, listen to them! What the buyers say can give you ideas on new gigs you can create (catered to them), as well as how you can modify your existing services so that they are more appealing to your buyers.
  20. @zeus777 is right - Some sellers are never given the TRS badge, even if they have exceeded the minimum requirements for TRS for many years. The good news is, you don't need to be a top-rated seller to make good money. There are many amazing Level 2 sellers on the platform. I'm wondering if this will change since Fiverr is now offering a "fast-track to TRS" via the Seller Plus Premium plan.
  21. The best gig marketing that you can do is to become the seller that Fiverr wants to promote and match with its buyers. You can read more about how Fiverr's matching process works here: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/293675-📈-fiverr-simplified-get-matched/
  22. It becomes tedious to leave reviews on the same seller, especially for repeat buyers. Other buyers are just busy and don't want to go through the hassle of leaving a permanent, public review.
  23. Hi @freelancer_gv, this is something you will have to try and see for yourself. What works for me, won't work for you and your business. I didn't get any briefs at $50 but I'm getting briefs at $200. Another member of the forum couldn't get briefs at a higher price, but started getting briefs at $25. A lot of this depends on your gig prices and your services, so try setting different prices to see which prices you get briefs on.
  24. Hi @fatemazaman833, I answered your question here: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/293675-📈-fiverr-simplified-get-matched/?do=findComment&comment=1852977 It would also be helpful for you to read the original post on this thread, too. 😊
  25. Hi @kevineaton407, your buyer will need to leave feedback first - then you will be able to leave feedback on your buyer. However, if the buyer leaves feedback too late, you might not be able to leave feedback (both reviews have to be completed within 10 days of the delivery date). Please note that feedback is optional and buyers don't have to leave a review at all.
