Hi everyone Please what are the causes of low impression

Hi am a new seller on fiverr forum. Have been having low impression that days undo I have one cancelled order and I received 2 or 3 orders after the cancelled order and also I don't really have any public bad rating the less rating I have is 3 star out of 7 rating. The other 6 are 5 star I don't know where am getting it wrong.
