  1. When one of my buyers went on an 8-week vacation, I extended the order three times so that she could have enough time to review the completed files. Any order that is incomplete (this includes the buyer's review period and revisions), should always be left opened until all steps are complete. As a buyer, I also made the mistake of "trusting" a seller and closing the order before everything was complete. It was not a great experience and unfortunately, my public review doesn't reflect that. Luckily it only took me a month to get my files. Once an order is complete, there is no incentive for a seller to do anything. Also, by marking the order as complete, you are certifying that everything that you requested was received on your end. As long as you keep the order open, the seller will be very motivated to deliver what you've ordered. If this seller is high-volume, the other orders will be higher priority because he will be working against their deadlines and will also want to get good reviews on them. Your order is already closed with a good review.
  2. Currently buyers can extend the review period up to 5 days at a time indefinitely. I also raised concerns on this in that extension thread. So far, the longest anyone's ever extended their review period for me was for a month.
  3. I'm not sure if this can be avoided. Buyers can cancel for any reason, and this can happen even a year after the order completed (and with an acceptable review from the buyer). I'm curious to see how @mjensen415 responds to your question.
  4. Hi @nbniloy113 - please reference the source when you copy/paste content from the forum. In this case, the content isn't really relevant because you can't see the seller's impressions and clicks.
  5. Hi @nbniloy113 - thanks for posting this topic because I think it's important for all sellers to know. However, if you are going to copy/paste content word for word, please quote the source. This is the second post that you copied without referencing the source. Thanks!
  6. I have mine turned off because I already get notified via the mobile app. I guess you can turn on your email notifications if you want.
  7. I think the second article I provided you should help the most @tarek255! You are in a competitive category and need to make your gigs stand out from the competition. Write your profile and gig so that it appeals to your target buyers (don't make them generic). Address their pain points and show them how you are the solution to their problems. Show them what makes you unique and what you can offer that no one else can.
  8. Hi @mdabdullah14251, this makes sense. You haven't done anything on Fiverr for the past 5 months. No orders, no gig updates, nothing. You did share your gigs on social media, but that's activity outside of Fiverr and wouldn't affect your impressions and clicks if you aren't getting orders from that promotion. Fiverr won't promote gigs that are not actively performing (responding to inquiries, making deliveries, keeping buyers happy, etc.). This is why "waiting" for orders is the worst thing you can do. Fiverr expects you to work on your business in order for you business to work for you. 9. No that was me misspelling this all over the forum. Sorry for the confusion!
  10. The last time (only time) I used OOO, I got a ton of messages, all from existing clients. So, I don't really see a benefit from using this feature if I'm already using Request to Order. New buyers are much easier to turn away with a QR. Existing clients require a lot more interaction. Also, my vacation is for 6 weeks (and I've never taken more than a day off at a time). This is a big step for me. I don't know if I can step away from Fiverr for that long. 😂 I have several subscription orders and long-term orders to work on during the holidays, so I'll see how this goes.
  11. No, I'm just using my Request to Order feature and Quick Responses. It's the same thing except it doesn't take my gigs off the marketplace.
  12. That's good to know! I probably won't ever be in the business catalog because I cater mostly to individuals, not businesses. That would also explain why I only see Fiverr Business buyers asking about my curriculum building gig or research and summaries.
  13. No! Stick with your current account. What have you been doing for the last 5 months to get orders? How do your impressions and clicks look like? What kind of inquiries are you getting, if any?

  15. Hi @mohid07, Here's a post that I just made for another web developer today: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/294514-whats-problem-my-gig/#comment-1857416
  16. Since X ≠ Y, this is easy to prove. If the client orders a package that doesn't align with what the client is asking for, you can: 1. Offer a gig extra to add on the additional service that is outside of the scope of the order. In my order requirements, I have my buyers check boxes for everything they want whether it is within the scope of my package or not). The order requirements state that if they click on something not included in the scope of my package, I will send them a gig extra for the additional service. Tips for success: As soon as an order is placed, make sure you understand what the buyer expects and what the order requirements are. If there's any discrepancy, this needs to be resolved as soon as possible. Clarifying the order requirements upfront makes it easier to prove whether the delivery aligns with the order requirements or not. 2. Cancel the order and reissue a custom order that accurately reflects the buyer's order requirements. I love this option because this allows me to have order requirements that clearly reflect what both I and my buyer agree on. I used to take the hit to my order cancelation rate to do this, but thanks to the new cancelation policy, it doesn't hurt me anymore. I usually wait until the buyer is ready to do both the cancelation and acceptance of the new order so we can do one right after the other (the new order has to be accepted within 2 weeks so it doesn't hurt your seller stats). 3. Cancel the order and contact Fiverr CS so that it won't hurt your order completion rate. Whenever a buyer orders something outside of the scope of my service, Fiverr CS has always been great at ensuring that it doesn't affect my seller stats. Because I'm great at documenting everything that's including in the scope of my services, it has never been a problem for me to prove when a buyer is asking for something that's not included.
  17. It's natural to have slow periods in business. My slow months were in the summer when my customers were on summer break. I'm getting a lot of inquiries right now but I'm turning customers away because I'm on vacation.
  18. Hi @asad4132, Here's how you can grow your business without briefs: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/293675-%F0%9F%93%88-fiverr-simplified-get-matched/
  19. I haven't. I'm still waiting for the invite to create my Fiverr business profile. Sellers are vetted by Fiverr to participate in this program. Per my understanding, sellers' Fiverr profiles don't "convert" to Fiverr business - the Fiverr business profile is separate from the main seller profile on the platform. Sellers should be able to switch back and forth between these two profile modes via their profile edit page (two buttons should appear). More about this is in the Help Center: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4412909373841-Fiverr-Business-Setting-your-profile?segment=business#h_01GFGDWHXZ1J657BEKBY8BDBNS

  24. Hi @nayemstudio777, I noticed your last delivery was 7 days ago, so that isn't bad. How do your impressions, clicks, and orders look like? Are you getting any inquiries?
