  1. It should be on the dashboard, as @simplyjam shared (that level 0 looks horrible!), but I'm still seeing the old dashboard.
  2. Didn't you publish your first gig less than 24 hours ago?
  3. It's supposed to be today, anyone seeing anything yet?
  4. Do you have impressions? If yes, then your gig is being shown to potential buyers, and you do have a chance to get an order.
  5. Stop breaking forum rules. No. The worst that can happen is that you get banned from the forum (if you keep breaking the rules), but your account on the main site will still be active.
  6. OP is a new seller with no sales, so they probably don't have that option. And they probably don't really need it, anyway (they offer writing, and I better not comment on that).
  7. If you don't have Zoom option in your inbox, you still have it on the order page. Communication through WhatsApp isn't allowed. And why would you need a virtual meeting for a writing task, anyway? There are writers who have delivered over 10,000 orders without ever having a virtual meeting.
  8. Not every buyer does that. Some of them talk to several sellers, and pick one to work with. They don't notify the others. That one is a scammer, and you have violated Fiverr's Terms of Service. All the communication has to go through Fiverr.
  9. The trouble is, there are buyers who keep extending the review time (45 days or even more, in some cases), and it's not always because the project is large. It can be for a 150-word text, too.
  10. Oh, yes, I did spend some time wondering what will happen on the 15th... Didn't exactly help me feel relaxed and happy to work. Definitely. I mean, if Fiverr got rid of the levels, there would be some sellers crying for their TRS badge, or level 2 or 1 badge, or whatever, but things would be less stressful. And it wouldn't make it more difficult for buyers to find a seller than it is now; search would still be there. Not that I think that Fiverr would ever do that. No more gamification, no more stressing out their sellers on every 15th, sellers actually being able to focus on work more than worrying about their stats, sellers daring to accept risky buyers and challenging projects because a not-so-good review wouldn't be the end of the world... It could be good for the business, but where's the fun in not torturing sellers? Agreed. What do you think, are those people aware that Fiverr is an Israeli site?
  11. Unless that website forbids data scraping. Some of them do, so it's best to be careful.
  12. Not all scraping is forbidden. What you did is forbidden, though. Think about it: how would you like it if someone sold your private email address, or personal phone number, to whoever paid for it, and then you start receiving more spam, some random people start calling you and offering you something you don't want...? Would you think that it was okay? What would you want to say to the person who sold your personal contact information without asking you for permission? Or, how about someone selling your sister's or your mother's personal contact information, even though they have never consented to that? Oh, and something else to keep in mind: just because you see that someone is doing something (and possibly getting away with it), doesn't mean that it's all right to do it. Someone might get away with robbing a bank, or with selling drugs on the street, but it's still illegal, and people who get caught get punished.
  13. And that's strictly forbidden. It's in the community guidelines, under "Prohibited Services". It doesn't have to be an error. Something triggers the system, then someone checks it out and sees another violation... It happens. Everybody has to wait for up to 90 days when something like this happens. Investigation takes time, and you're not the only seller they're investigating.
  14. It's not, it's the old system (when they introduced reviews for cancelled orders and lowered the minimum rating to 4.2). The new level system isn't live yet. It felt like I was going to lose a level too when I had that N/A and the "!" message, but I didn't, even though my rating was still N/A on the 15th. Then again, the TRS rules might be different...
  15. I had something similar, except that it was for the level 2, when my rating went N/A. I didn't lose the level, though.
  16. That particular seller offers various interactive materials where individuals give their email address willingly, in exchange for something. Did you offer the same, or did you merely offer to send a list of private email addresses?
  17. Not necessarily, could be a language barrier and/or didn't get the joke (and that one could be a cultural thing).
  18. Check out their response to the 2 star review they got.
  19. It might help in certain cases. For example, if someone needs a bug fixed, they're likely to look for sellers who are available right now to solve the problem. That's legit. There are also those with poor time management skills (or their clients have poor time management skills) who need something done urgently, but those tend to be awful clients. And there are also cases when a buyer doesn't care who does the job, as long as it's done fast and cheap (say, background removal), and in that case, whoever responds first to the buyer's message is likely to get the job. Other than that (services that are typically needed urgently, or services that just about anyone offering them could do), staying online doesn't matter. I get most of my orders when I'm offline.
