  1. Is there a back button anywhere on that screen? Fiverr's argument is that the final rating is shown and that there's an option to go back and change the rating, so that buyers who see rating they didn't intend to give can go back and fix it. Another user mentioned that there's a back button on the desktop version, but she had to scroll waaaay down to find it (which is counterintuitive, of course, and not something that everyone will do).
  2. Thank you! Now, I'm not sure we're allowed to ask buyers to rate us from their desktop computers, and not from their apps... Fiverr is odd. With the new review and level system, they're trying to convince us that having all 5-star reviews isn't important, but those who, say, have all 4-star reviews would lose their level and all the perks and features that come with it. @Kesha, can you please pass on what @alliemadison12 noticed about the reviews made from the app to the relevant team? This could seriously harm a lot of sellers if their buyers are busy and leaving their reviews from their phones.
  3. That smiley seems to be indicating that they're marking what went well, not what went wrong. The only hint that they're marking what went wrong is "closer to my expectations"; that one does look as if the buyer wanted the delivered work to be closer to their expectations. I suppose that, if the buyer chooses anything less than 5 stars, Fiverr asks them what went wrong. But it should be clearly stated on that page. Out of curiosity, can you check if the situation is the same if you're reviewing from a desktop computer (or laptop), instead of the phone app?
  4. This is forum, not Customer Support. Submit a ticket to Customer Support and ask them.
  5. I'm not sure that that kind of contact outside of Fiverr and Fiverr's forum is allowed. It could be a ToS violation.
  6. The main site, too, or just the forum? I hope you'll stay with us!
  7. They're all scammers. Best case scenario, you end up working for free. Worst case scenario, there's identity theft. If you read Fiverr's terms of service, you will see that all the communication has to stay on Fiverr. Break that rule, and you could get permanently banned.
  8. What, you're both pretending to offer custom artwork, but your gig images are stolen from the internet?
  9. Yes. Private reviews. There has been (and still is) a lot of talk about it on the forum.
  10. Is there anything official about it, or were they doing some tweaks to the forum (we know that they are changing the forum), and all Clubs got disabled until they could fix them?
  11. You added the wrong picture, you need something mafia-style. 😸
  12. Let's hope that sellers who say what they'd like to buy won't be spammed now...
  13. I hope you're right! (Sorry, couldn't respond sooner, I'm still limited to 10 posts a day) And that is your right. What's not okay is to pick a seller who offers only one free revision, and then demand additional revisions for free.
  14. I never bought on Fiverr so I'm not sure, but I think it's not possible to cancel a revision request. You have to deliver something (or cancel the order), or it stays in revision forever. It was always like that. Buyers were always able to keep requesting revisions. That "Late" thingy was always showing if the order wasn't marked as completed before the deadline. Until recently, we thought that it didn't matter if the initial delivery was on time, it just looked annoying. However, with the recent change in the level system, it turns out that everything (initial delivery, revisions, order getting marked as complete) needs to be finished before the deadline.
  15. Me, too. If there are too many 5 star gigs, this is a logical solution.
  16. I'm using Google Chrome, and I'm still seeing the old ratings (one decimal point, not two).
  17. Only with the permission from Customer Support. And, of course, it will depend on why your account was disabled. If it was for breaking the rules, you're highly unlikely to get the permission, and any and all new accounts that you create might get banned.
  18. I've noticed the same. There are buyers who search for gigs with 1-day delivery time. It's one of the filters. And if many sellers in a particular niche have 1-day delivery time, it can be difficult to compete with a longer delivery time. Fiverr used to encourage shorter delivery times, and it can be a strong selling point (there even used to be a flashy badge or something, for express delivery, that is, for gigs that had 1-day delivery time and always got delivered on time). I see that @arianelaurent offers editing and proofreading, and I find it easy to imagine impatient writers who'd like to get it ASAP. 🙂 (And, of course, if someone offers something like bug fixing, which is urgent by default, having a delivery time of 7 days is unlikely to appeal to buyers)
  19. How about a rough sketch? Would that work? (Just an idea, I'm not a designer, so I don't know if it might work that way)
  20. That's not the first red flag. She refused to place an order (first red flag), then she pestered you (another red flag), then she complains about other sellers (yet another red flag)... I wouldn't work with someone like her. In my experience (after 1,800+ orders), nothing good comes out of working with buyers like her. I typically politely tell them that I'm sorry, but I can't help them/I'm not a good match for their needs/I just got hired to work on something big and wouldn't have enough time to dedicate to their project/feel free to come up with your own excuse.
  21. You are only allowed to have one account.
  22. They're asking you to violate Fiverr's Terms of Service and, quite possibly, get yourself permanently banned from Fiverr. Of course it seems kinda off. What kind of materials are those, if they can send them via email but not through Fiverr? A large video file? They can upload it somewhere and send you the link, no need for your email address. In theory, it might be someone who is confused, or is new to Fiverr and doesn't understand the rules, but most likely, they're being dishonest, and at best, you will end up working for free (there are worse options, from getting you to send them money, to identity theft).
  23. Not necessarily. Not everyone who is eligible actually promotes their gigs; as a matter of fact, I keep seeing people who say they're giving up on promoting their gigs because they don't like how it's done, how it gets abused, and how they're essentially paying to receive spam (of the "give job plz" kind) in their inbox.
  24. I never get the notification 12 hours before, because I deliver before that (as in, days before the 12-hours-before notification could arrive). I don't wait until the last moment. Delivering on the last day might make buyers anxious, or angry, while delivering a few days early makes them happy.
