  1. In my case, it's shown for a gig that nobody bought for a while.
  2. And who still don't mean much, not really. There were outrages before when new stuff was introduced, some people even left the platform, a lot more people joined... And that's about it.
  3. Sending multiple tickets about the same issue can get you blocked from support. And then you definitely won't be heard.
  4. I remember someone who wanted to offer logo design service while working from the phone only. They wanted to use some app to create logos.
  5. Wait. The information we're getting is contradictory, and even responses by CS can't be trusted (for example, one seller with a very low score contacted CS to ask for explanation, and was then told that his account was flagged (even though his profile didn't say that he was flagged), and then it turned out that his account wasn't flagged at all). Apparently this new level system came with a 💩ton of bugs and glitches, and CS representatives and Success Managers often give incorrect information (because they themselves haven't been properly briefed, if they were briefed at all). Fiverr representatives on the forum give contradictory information, too. Hopefully Fiverr will manage to clean up at least some of the mess before March 14th, when this thing goes live.
  6. If you have paid for it, demand your money back.
  7. If you can't defeat Fiverr bugs... @emmaki, any NLP resources you'd recommend?
  8. Is that a course on Fiverr Learn, or one of those courses from other platforms, like Udemy?
  9. You're never boring. 🙂 Just in case: no, this isn't a challenge. 😸
  10. They could be testing, some buyers get the new review, others get the old. I think that testing was mentioned somewhere, not sure if it's still going on.
  11. Fiverr has introduced a new level system that made many sellers unhappy (and that's putting it so mildly it's ridiculous), many sellers found out that their accounts are flagged for violations they claim they didn't commit, and CS is swamped with requests for help and explanations. On top of that, CS could be simply investigating your case, and that can take time, not to mention it's the weekend. Anyway, do as @vibronx said. Do not let the order close. Keep requesting revisions for as long as it takes for CS to respond to you.
  12. I'm sorry, but based on the screenshots that a lot of people are posting on the forum, everyone is receiving the exact same template response from Customer Support, with no further clarification (other than that the decision is final) and no resolution. What should they do?
  13. Hmm... Now you're making me wonder if you can tell Fiverr Neo to please respond as if it was a cat (like you can do with ChatGPT).
  14. I'm sorry, how could he possibly use your account from his PC?
  15. My posting reached its limit yesterday, so I couldn't, err, keep contributing to the conversation... Anyway. Right now, my success score is 10 (yay?). Barely any sales, but hey, at least the success score is high. And gigs with more sales definitely have more weight, which is very easy to see in my case: out of 2 active gigs, one's score is 10 (the one with more sales), while the other's score is 8 (and yet, my total score is 10, not 9). The funny thing about that 8 is that it's negatively impacted by effective communication... The one stat I always get highly rated on. I guess that some people, at some point, weren't happy with what I've told them. With the more clear TRS explanations, it's, well, clear that I'm not going to become a TRS. Not anytime soon, and possibly not ever, because my gigs are not in any of the in-demand categories. A useful thing to know. Not a fan of the new system, and curious if it's a glitch that got all those people flagged for inconsistent location, or if there's some cleaning Fiverr is doing.
  16. You're still getting impressions, so you can still get orders.
