(no, no need to hit the _ key 1000x, just click the horizontal line in the toolbar after your minimalist post)

(20 characters help, in case it´s still unclear ;))

click the horizontal line

Hey, that’s better than acetylcholinesterase OR supercalifraglsoushk. Nice one!

I can still read this post. Geeeez !

When I meet someone I ask them their name, where they are living and stuffs. And I call by names. The only ones I call sir/mam are persons above 60 or so.

What about teachers???below 60???

Treat everyone the same, address them by their first name. If they don’t give you, use their screen name. For example, you can call me Fast.

Or if your buyer has a weird name like rgb6913, just call him R or RGB.

Or you can just ask questions without using names.

“Hi, I was wondering if you could explain…”

“Here’s your delivery, if you have questions…”

Hmm… Which subject your buyer teaches you? Lol. 😅

Jokes apart, if they are not my teachers I won’t call them sir/mam. Why should I?

I once had a client who had a doctorate in philosophy, I knew because I had to write his LinkedIn summary. So when I delivered that order, I called him Dr. Tim. I figure people with phd’s expect to be called “doctor.”

But a regular client will only be referred by his first name, if he provides one.
