priyank_mod
7-9 hours of peaceful sleep.. 🛌 And taking reasonable time to respond with a calm mind if a buyer/order is being stressful. Not rushing to reply for the sake of my own mental health!! 🥰

First: Sleep + Health 2. Second: Family 3. House Chores (if anything is urgent to do) 4. Fiverr (Orders if have any to do) and other Freelance projects (local) 5. Driving even for 5 minutes so that I can take a fresh air for few minutes 6. Netflix (nowadays I am watching it every night so that I can get a good sleep) 56
emmaki
I find going on vacation mode for months on end does wonders for me. Until I come back. Rinse and repeat.

emmaki
Life is such a pain, isn't it? Your body never lets you do what you want to do. And even if you can do it, there's usually someone around to tell you that you can't do it. 💃 35 2

claire_winks
I try to stick to a good routine with sleep, eating regular meals and being socially active. Recently, I saw a great motto, "more green time, less screen time".

Living a fulfilling life is a matter of lifestyle choice. The dissatisfaction that you're experiencing with work might be a result of not engaging in other interests or perhaps not being busy enough. It's common to feel uncertain when we don't have enough work, leading to anxiety, and equally common to feel overwhelmed when we're swamped with too many tasks. The key to maintaining a happy, balanced life is to have little motivators that keep us going. This could be a daily dinner with loved ones, or treating yourself to something nice. The important thing is to find something that adds value to your day and keeps your spirits high. In doing so, you'll likely find that work becomes just one aspect of a well-rounded, satisfying life.

Thank you for your feedback, it means a lot. Maybe I chose the wrong words. I have a job irl and do quick side jobs here. What I mean is that I don't have to rely on everything I do for motivation and happiness. Tbh I hate it and am happy at the same time. I hate working and practice, but I'm happy because this is something I have to take on as a challenge every day. Because motivation is something that rises and falls by default, I don't want to wait and look for it. I just have to focus and finish what I have to do. That's it. I hope that makes sense.
nadiappp
Not every day, but every second day: 45 minute jogging. I strongly recommend it, even (and especially) to completely non-athletic couch potatoes. Couch potatoes can start with the wonderful Couch to 5k program, designed by the UK's health service NHS and hugely popular. 23
domenikbrenner
Never work more than a set amount of hours a day, and make sure you talk to at least 1 person a day. And when I say talk to, I mean face to face. No whatsapp, no phone calls. Just meet someone and have an actual conversation. It's stimulating the mind and puts you at ease. Socialising is very important, even for the most introverted people in the world. It lifts your spirits. 23
