  1. Hi everyone! A really simple question here. I want to grow further on Fiverr, so I'm considering going for a Pro status right now. But it seems that currently I earn more than the sellers with Pro status in my niche. Most of them have only a couple of reviews and 0 orders in queue. And I've been seeing these profiles at least for half a year. So I'm kinda afraid that might not work out well for me. Any advice? 😊
  2. @mahfuzanik75 Hey, it seems that I'm in the same situation. I see that you are doing okay on Fiverr. Could you please tell me how long they were reviewing the documents, if you remember? They are taking this process for more than 10 days for me, which is kinda frustrating as there are people who've been waiting for months.
  3. So after I delivered the order, client asked for a revision in which he said that he will provide details later as he is dealing with family problems. A client said that he needs 2 days. I don't want to hurry someone who is going through tough times. Could taking more time on revision be bad for my profile?
  4. Hey guys, Even though I'm honestly a newbie on this platform, I think I got something that can help others (perhaps newbies too) understand this platform a bit better ...and maybe stop blaming Fiverr's staff in most of the situations. I have analyzed my gigs and noticed an interesting pattern, which proofs Frank's (the author of Fiverr 3.0 article) thesis about resilience of gigs in this new (well, not so new now) system. You see, every time I had a decrease in performance, which usually happens after one of the events, such as: Canceled order Rejecting a buyer from ordering (basically saying "I don't offer such services, please find someone else". There is always a chance of a buyer who doesn't really address what you offer, no matter how fully you describe your services) Delivering late (a lot of people noticed a slight decrease in performance after receiving a "12 hours left" notification Several revisions before the delivery - the impressions would fall down to like 50% for a couple of days, maybe a week or so, after which there would be a slight increasing vector, which would hit the max daily impressions number again. This pattern goes on and on, so it's kinda promising for those who suddenly get a decrease in statistics and wonder why is that and what to do further. Yes, bug situations on Fiverr occur from time to time, but most of the time you can see what brought you to the sales decrease, if you think about it just for a while. So yeah, I can tell that this system actually works smooth. One interesting thing, perhaps, is that my position in the search doesn't follow these patterns. I may fall down and up for (I guess) other different reasons, following a different timeline (60 and 90 day performance thesis, read "Fiverr 3.1") I'm sorry if my expressions are a bit obscure, as I still have to work on my English. In any case, I hope that clarified the whole picture and actually helped you!
  5. I am, thank you very much. It's been a tough month, but it's always better to be somewhere safe. More like my account got restricted due to geolocation, but yeah, I guess it's still considered underperforming.
  6. That was a great post, thank you! I know it may be a bit complicated to analyze, but if I send everyday cheap custom offers to one of my buyers (basically he needed tiny custom orders after the first default order), am I ruining my performance? Because therefore the average selling price is far lower than my basic package. But the buyer is returning every day, so that should be great for metrics... A bit confusing situation.
  7. Thanks for advice. I appreciate that. 2-3 weeks is surely a bigger amount of time for it to work out then I thought it needed, wow. I suppose you are trying to say that Fiverr staff needs some time to handpick my gig and take a look at it before allowing it to be promoted. I guess I should wait then. I may have underperformed in terms of pausing the gig (had to move from Russia in order to continue working with Fiverr) + one order got canceled after a lot of revisions. I hope it won't take a lot of time for everything to boost up though! Do you mean using "Promote with no cap" instead of placing a max bid of $3? I will of course follow your suggestions, though I would say it doesn't sound very significant.
  8. Hey everyone, So I was using this feature called Promoted Gigs for a week, and for some reason it doesn't seem to work really well, even though I tried different strategies. I have watched a webinar on how to use this feature and read a bunch of @frank_d posts on how to use it (so I think I got it pretty well) For some reason the only outcome of this feature is 2 impressions per day, no clicks, and no money spent (the category of the gig is very popular) What I have tried so far: Editing the gig Trying out different bids and daily budget (currently on max bid of 3$ and recommended daily budget) Turning the promotion on and off The gig category is popular, my gig is on the first page, and I don't seem to be on any kind of black list or something like that. Don't wanna annoy the support if that's just a trifle, so maybe anyone has dealt with this kind of stuff? Maybe you have heard about it? Any advice would be great to hear.
