  1. I am writing to express my concern regarding a sudden notification I received today on my Fiverr account. A few days ago, I received a similar notification and promptly contacted the support team to clarify that I have not engaged in any activity to artificially boost my level or ratings. I do not request my clients to leave positive reviews or 5-star ratings. Unfortunately, I did not receive a satisfactory response last time. The reply I received only mentioned that Fiverr's Terms of Service had been violated, without providing any specific evidence of the violation. The request was then marked as resolved. Today, I received another notification, and my account has now been restricted. Upon reaching out to the Support Team, I was informed that my account is scheduled for permanent suspension in 60 days. I have made every effort to clarify that I have not violated any policies, but I have yet to receive a further response. I am respectfully requesting the Fiverr Safety & Trust Team to manually review my profile and all related activities. I am confident that a thorough investigation will demonstrate my compliance with Fiverr's guidelines. I sincerely hope for your prompt attention to this matter.
  2. Need Help...

    Today suddenly got this notification on my Fiverr account, a few days ago i got a notification same like this and i messaged fiverr support team behalf of this and told them i didn't done anything to boost my level or rating. And i do not ask my clients to write a positive review or feedback with 5 star rating or something like this.

    But also last time i did not get any proper answer from the support team, they just send me the as usual reply that our TERMS & RULS are broken. But did not show me any evidence where did it broken. And they marked the request as solved.

    Today i got another notification and my account are restricted...

    And when i reached to Support Team they are saying my account will be suspend after 60 Days Permanently.

    I have tried my best to clarify that i didn't done anything wrong... But not get any further replies yet.

    How to deal with this... Need Help

  3. Hi, i have faced the same problem some days before, then i try my verification with my mobiles default MOBILE BROWSER (not with the fiverr apps). It solved my problem of submit the document correctly. You can try that too. I hope it work for you also and solve your problem… (Before scan the code on mobile do not forget to login to your fiverr account in MOBILES Default Browser )… Good LUCK
