  1. Hey guys, Even though I'm honestly a newbie on this platform, I think I got something that can help others (perhaps newbies too) understand this platform a bit better ...and maybe stop blaming Fiverr's staff in most of the situations. I have analyzed my gigs and noticed an interesting pattern, which proofs Frank's (the author of Fiverr 3.0 article) thesis about resilience of gigs in this new (well, not so new now) system. You see, every time I had a decrease in performance, which usually happens after one of the events, such as: Canceled order Rejecting a buyer from ordering (basically saying "I don't offer such services, please find someone else". There is always a chance of a buyer who doesn't really address what you offer, no matter how fully you describe your services) Delivering late (a lot of people noticed a slight decrease in performance after receiving a "12 hours left" notification Several revisions before the delivery - the impressions would fall down to like 50% for a couple of days, maybe a week or so, after which there would be a slight increasing vector, which would hit the max daily impressions number again. This pattern goes on and on, so it's kinda promising for those who suddenly get a decrease in statistics and wonder why is that and what to do further. Yes, bug situations on Fiverr occur from time to time, but most of the time you can see what brought you to the sales decrease, if you think about it just for a while. So yeah, I can tell that this system actually works smooth. One interesting thing, perhaps, is that my position in the search doesn't follow these patterns. I may fall down and up for (I guess) other different reasons, following a different timeline (60 and 90 day performance thesis, read "Fiverr 3.1") I'm sorry if my expressions are a bit obscure, as I still have to work on my English. In any case, I hope that clarified the whole picture and actually helped you!
  2. Dear expert sellers. I am on Fiverr since covid-19, however, I am unable to get orders continuously. I have made changes to my gigs several times but all in vain. Below, I am giving my gigs' links. https://www.fiverr.com/users/haseen84/manage_gigs/assist-in-statistical-data-analysis-visualization-in-excel-stata-spss/edit?step=0 https://www.fiverr.com/users/haseen84/manage_gigs/do-quantitative-data-analysis-interpretation-stata/edit?step=0 Please, if you can spare some time and give me some valuable suggestions/recommendation for the improvement of the gigs. Any help will be highly appreciated. Best!
  3. So after I delivered the order, client asked for a revision in which he said that he will provide details later as he is dealing with family problems. A client said that he needs 2 days. I don't want to hurry someone who is going through tough times. Could taking more time on revision be bad for my profile?
  4. Hi everybody! Suddenly my statistics gone down without any warnings or bad ratings. Besides, I don’t see the notifications about messages from clients. What’s happened?

  6. Hi, I want to learn how people are finding my profile and which queries they have done to click on a gig. Is it possible to Know which keywords did people search, matching with my gigs, which demographics and channels funneled their searches ?
  7. Hello, I've been trying to connect with customer support for a week. Instead of responding to my problem, they keep marking the problem as solved. I have had one cancelation in the past 60 days after competing five other orders yet my rate is sitting at 60%. When I ask why my rate keeps dropping instead of increasing, no one has an answer. This is making me want to cancel my account.
  8. Hello everyone, I am writing here today because I want to express my concerns with the lack of transparency from Fiverr with its sellers. Suddenly, my gigs that used to get thousands of impressions every day now don't even get a hundred and are not eligible for the promotion. When I asked Fiverr customer support about this, they told me that there are some "internal eligibility standards," "additional quality metrics," and other metrics that can affect my gigs. The lack of transparency from Fiverr regarding those "internal eligibility standards," "additional quality metrics," and other statistics makes me feel anxious and frightened as a seller on the platform. I am writing this bring light on to the importance of sharing these statistics with the sellers so they can work on improving and being the best seller Fiverr wants us to be. From reading the forum, I noticed that I am not the only one with these concerns. I see that questions such as "How to become a Top Rated Seller?", or "Why am I getting less impressions?" are extremely common here and is a concern that many seller are having. I know Fiverr says that they take a deeper look into your work ethic and all communications to promote sellers to a Top Rated Badge, but that just sounds too vague in my opinion. I wish there were specific guidelines on how to become a Top Rated Seller. (IF YOU ARE A SELLER AND ALSO HAVE THESE QUESTIONS PLEASE COMMENT BELOW YOUR EXPERIENCES or HEART THIS POST) I hope that someone relevant inside Fiverr's Product Management team reads this so they can improve on being more transparent with their sellers.
