  1. What did Customer Support say? Customer Support is the one that can provide official answers to you. The forum is filled with buyers and sellers and not Fiverr staff
  2. Sorry to hear. I am glad that you are feeling better now though. I experienced a really, really bad typhoon last Dec 2021 (We were thankfully safe, house was fine. We had a good supply of food and water. But we had ~3 weeks of no power) -- We did have a generator but we didn't leave it on 24/7. Mobile data was poor for the first 2 weeks (because a lot of things really got broken - communication poles and towers got toppled down). It was terrible and the worst thing I experienced. Anyway, what I did at the time was complete the orders I could, informed some buyers (whose orders would work for an extension) about my situation and they all gladly accepted an extension. But for several other orders really had to cancel (as they were time sensitive projects). I really saw the order completion rate drop to red because of that (As of course, expected). What I did was inform Customer Support about my situation, mentioned the order numbers of all mutually cancelled projects. Sent them a news article from I think was Washington Post or NY Times about the typhoon and explained my case. They responded something along the lines of empathy but said that they couldn't promise if it wouldn't affect the stats or whatnot (From experience, reading around the forum, they always say this line -- I can't recall in verbatim but thats the gist). And you know what! Right after the CS response, my stats all went back to 100%! Then I went on out of office mode. Jan 2022 came, returned back, everything went back to normal -- visibility of gigs were fine, inquiries came pouring in. I had a great start of the year on Fiverr. 🙂 --- Not to say there should be a next time, as that is a terrible thing. But you can also consider reaching out to CS and see what they can do if you're ever faced with something dire like that. --- I agree with the many suggestions above from these good ol forum friends of mine! Keep your Fiverr account open, your regular customers likely would come back and getting orders from them would help your stats recover much faster. And multiple streams of income is a good thing. Hold on there and push forward. You got this.
  3. What is that link? https://business.fiverr.com/ - this is the official link to Fiverr Business Also, like I said you only get the notification that you're listed if you've produced quality work consistently.
  4. Is this not possible at the moment? https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010559198-Custom-offers You can accept custom offers even if your Set your Availability status is set to “pause”. Check if you have any custom offer requests before you take time off. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360015529197 When you are unavailable, you can opt to receive messages from new customers to ensure that you don't miss any exciting collaborations. If you want to allow new customers to contact you while unavailable, select the Enable new buyers on Fiverr to contact me checkbox.
  5. There is no such tool. Produce quality work, communicate well, make a professional looking gig, etc. Or you know.. I heard there is a magic wand somewhere that makes you get orders immediately. Kidding 😁
  6. You know this is a meaningful discussion and I hope artists will be able to see this. Haha. Would love to chime in but I'm not an artist. I just use a Dell XPS 13 laptop, Google Chrome, Office applications and get on with my day! Tagging some wonderful creatives I know @mariashtelle1 @zeus777 @lenasemenkova
  7. The sellers that get featured on the Fiverr Business catalogue are handpicked by Fiverr staff. Its the same account that they use for the main Fiverr site, so no you don't need another count to sell there. You just need to produce quality work consistently and you'll get a notification that you are featured on the Fiverr Business catalogue.
  8. Ah! I see. Yes, I would agree that those should have an option available to turn them off too.
  9. Have you tried refreshing / clearing your cache -- then logging in back to your profile? I notice that sometimes happen to me too. But usually a refresh or a clearing of the cache solves it
  10. Not true. You should have gotten a sale if it was.
  11. Frank mentioned something before on ability on making a sale. Like when someone makes an inquiry but it wasn't a good fit. Not sure about the weight of conversion though, I would still believe that the actual sales and feedback would weigh more.
  12. No worries! Hmm. That's a very subjective answer as some people get their first order a day to weeks in, some months after and others never get even one sale. You might want to promote your gig to your previous clients, your socials, etc. Bring business to your Fiverr gig. Then with those initial sales and feedback, it will help the visibility of your gig. Think from a perspective of a customer, they come in and search for people who do the service you're offering. What edge do you have over your competition? Why would they choose your gig (with no sales and reviews at the moment) over those with a lot of sales and good feedback. Its not a question of how talented or the experience you already have but people will prefer those who already have lots of sales and feedback.
  13. That depends on many factors, there isn't an official time when a new set of buyer requests get released. Maybe it's just the lack of timing in which when new ones get released you aren't there to see it. Do note that there a thousand other sellers who have no levels who are also trying to get a shot with the buyer requests too.
  14. If you have no levels as a seller / new seller you only get to see a limited amount of buyer requests. A buyer request gets removed from your view once 10 other no level seller / new seller has made an offer on that specific request. So, the buyer request is kind of a matter of making the first offer once it appears. Once you get to Level 1 and up, you will be able to see more buyer requests and it will not be removed from your view anymore.
  15. If there was a way to turn off buyer brief (notifications) I would. Not a fan of it at the moment. However, I do like the initiative -- somewhat like a higher class buyer request that goes to you. 😆 I have never responded to a buyer brief, nor have I pressed ignore on it. I have received a loooot of messages (turned orders) from people who initially used buyer brief, and some even thought that I could see the buyer brief (some even sending me the exact link to their buyer brief) and I had to explain to them that I can't see those stuff. Haha.
  16. https://www.fiverr.com/users/<<yourusername>>/edit/notifications You can stop e-mails regarding inbox, order messages and order updates!
  17. Just ask Fiverr support directly! support@fiverr.com Although sometimes they can come off vague, depending on who you get. Haha, but they are the best to get an official answer.
  18. Haha, they should correct that! ToS will reign supreme here. It really has been (automatically) marked as complete 3 days after the delivery date.
  19. Because as you can see its washed out and only allowed for those in the "Pro" category You can apply for the "Pro" category, here https://www.fiverr.com/pro/about . Those under the Pro category are sellers whose experience, credentials and previous work are personally reviewed by Fiverr staff 🙂
  20. My favorite color is plain old purple 💜 Now I am reminded of the dress hahahaha
  21. No, not at all. The videos literally are what you should avoid.
  22. Interesting. Thank you Frank! Would you happen to know how different "rolling out to buyers" is to the set-up now? They seem to be the same thing as the normal Fiverr.
  23. Received the same notification as well. Mhmm...
  24. Ooh submissive @jonbaas hahaha
