Did you get a bad review and/or poor recommendation(s)? Do you send buyers' offers at all? Did you leave fiverr for a long time? Do you spend more time on fiverr? Did you edit a vital part of your gig? I asked those questions because some of it can be the reason why you are experiencing this and if so, try to rectify the problem. However, you should continue to promote your gig(s) on social media, PINTEREST & QUORA inclusive. Take care!

RISING TALENT is unlike other sellers' level on fiverr; i have seen a seller with 2 reviews and has the RISING TALENT BADGE. In my view, fiverr awards the rising talent badge to sellers they wish to give. No know criteria qualifies a buyer for this badge. However, quality service, good r e v i e w s, abiding with fiverr's TOS and promoting your gig can be a additions!

Does a seller's Nationality determine how successful he can be on Fiverr and does buyers have preferences for sellers from specific countries/continents?

pros and cons are relative; depends on personality, culture, level of a seller and whatnot. A Top Rated Seller may have 'weekend orders' as cons, while to a new seller, it is an 'answered prayer' (pros) . however, just like freelancing, every profession has it pros and cons and i recommend GOOD MANAGEMENT as a fuel, to your freelancing career.
