    my gigs issue

Maybe you're not eligible anymore. And if you're wondering why you aren't eligible, we also wouldn't know as Fiverr has their own metrics. You can read more about Subscriptions here: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360017173498-Subscriptions
  2. You talk to Fiverr support (support@fiverr.com). They will only allow you to use 2 accounts under one internet connection as long as the services are different.
  3. Yes. Your profile can be your company, and you can use we. As that will be one account, during the verification process an ID will be needed so likely it would be the owner/head/manager.
  4. Yes Fiverr will disable all those accounts if you don't inform them ahead of what you're doing and if they are all offering the same service. If you're going to make a team then use one account. How is that a team if each of you have different accounts? That would be different emails, different payments? Anyway.... bad idea.
  5. It would be nice to see your logo in person, Viz! Kidding! Haha. On a serious note, I do think socialization and networking is a good idea.
  6. Why do you want to deny buyers from certain countries?
  7. Fiverr was never easy to begin with. Also your gigs fall under a very saturated category. Before you delete your account, might I suggest you read this thread.
  8. I wanted to comment pineapples for fun, and hope you randomly come by my comment haha! Assuming you have pizza wrecker radar on you! 🤣
  9. I was curious as to why a post from 2019 has resurfaced. But I am totally fine with this as its two of my favorite gentlemen from the forum going about....... 😂
  10. A discovery I've made is that if you've had an order with a seller, the seller will always be able to see buyer's data relevant to them under the "with you" tab (meaning only data from the orders the buyer and seller has done together). The data a buyer can completely opt out from (as in the picture) falls under the "On Fiverr" tab, which is of course all their orders done on Fiverr. Well it does make sense I guess why data under the "With you" tab doesn't go away. The seller will always have known this data in the first place, its just.... well organized now. Haha.
  11. You can read more about it here: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360017140717-Seller-Plusoverview
  12. Completely? I always thought it default is in the dashboard regardless if you signed up for it or not.
  13. I'm interested to see if anyone has enrolled in this too! Want to explore it as well. Welcome to Seller Plus though! The good place.... 🤣
  14. Haha, I had to Google Translate that... https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service For removal of doubt, in custom created work (such as art work, design work, report generation etc.), the delivered work and its copyright shall be the exclusive property of the Buyer and, upon delivery, the Seller agrees that it thereby, pursuant to these Terms of Service, assigns all right, title and interest in and to the delivered work to the Buyer. Some Gigs (including for custom created work) charge additional payments (through Gig Extras) for a Commercial Use License.
  15. Rayhan, if it is true to be more online you should have more sales by now.
  16. If I understand correctly as stated in the official write-up from Fiverr, it is yours unless otherwise stated by the seller's gig page or description. As long as you paid for it, its yours. I am no lawyer though! 😄
  17. Haha, reposting it for posterity!
  18. Where did you get the info that when your gig appears in search you should get orders
  19. That's an interesting point. It just mentions in general a "purchase" so I would think it means any purchase. It might be best to get an official statement from Fiverr Support (support@fiverr.com), as the forum is filled with buyers and sellers. Staff doesn't actively read threads here.
  20. Yeah that's the thing, just because its "ranked", doesn't mean it should get an order.
  21. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011569298-For-Commercial-Use-license-details By purchasing a "Commercial Use License" on Fiverr, the seller grants you a perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased delivery for Permitted Commercial Purposes. Unless clearly stated otherwise on the seller's Gig page/description, all intellectual property rights of the purchased delivery are hereby assigned to you.
  22. What is a refer link? You mean the referral program? You can read the mechanics of that below. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360016139438-Referral-Program
  23. If I'm understanding this correctly you want the share the link of your gig to someone who doesn't have Fiverr (and is a potential client) so that they can make an order on your gig? Yes, that's fine. Just don't be spamming your link to people.
  24. Disclaimer: Not to be taken seriously 🤣
