  1. Hello i'm a new user ! I'm a designer specialized in japanese illustration. I only have impressions on my gig. How can i improve ? This is my work : https://www.fiverr.com/s2/ff4083d95b
  2. I just lose my sales like forever. I didn't found new sales last 1.5 months. Now, I need help to grow up my sales. Please help me.
  3. Hello! I've been trying to get $ and reviews for 2 months already. One order is failed, one of buyers (potatoesvolcano) don't answer. Messenger says he's "away". What am I doing wrong? Maybe my gigs are made badly? Or I should be more active on forum? Also, I'm in Writer's block. I'm trying to make app for cinema but my friends don't consider it a good project for portfolio. Meanwhile, I have less time for coding then usually because of academic term.
  4. I do not understand why my gig says it is denied, but gives me an active notification. Also states this: DENY REASONS Your Gig requires modification - General TOS violation When I don’t have anything on it that would be considered TOS.. Please help.
  5. Hi Fellows and Support Staff, Is this normal? I am a new seller. Created my first gig few days ago. And I cannot see any buyer requests. Is there a minimum numbers of gig you should create before getting access to buyer requests or is it a bug?
  6. Today I got Collaborator Rank in Fiverr Forum. Thanka all Forum member. Really Fiverr Forum is very Helpful.

  9. Hi guys. I'm a voice over artist, and a few days ago I created a gig to offer my services. However, for some reason, only my gig video is showing on my page. I uploaded 3 audio demos of my work, but they aren't showing on the actual gig page. If I go to edit my gig, they are all still there with the names, tags and everything else I set. They just don't show up on the page. I thought it was a bug or something, so I recreated my gig. I waited a few days thinking that maybe my stuff just needs to be approved by Fiverr or something. It's been about 3 days now and they are still not on the page. Just the gig video alone. I'm new to Fiverr so I don't know if this is normal for new gigs. What should I do?
  10. So I created my gig and uploaded the video. it was approved the first time. I needed to make some edits to it. So I deleted the video and uploaded the edited version. This time it got denied. Why???? Is there a way I can support contact. Or do any of you experienced people have a solution to this?
  11. Anyone please give me solution for my gig impression and click down day by day and didn’t received any clients message in last 1.5 months. Check this out : https://www.fiverr.com/s2/867522192c
  12. Can you tell me how i improve my gig?
  13. hello, I'm new to the Fiverr marketplace. I create a Gig. But I didn't get any order or buyer knock. Please, Help me, how can I get an order?
  14. Hello. I am having a problem with a certain client. I run a rap group that sells opens, which are open spots on our songs and the people who purchases the gig can get themselves a credit in one of our songs. I had a client buy this option from me, and we went through everything where I made him a beat, recorded my vocals, and then received his vocals and mixed and mastered everything together. The song was complete, and I sent him the final copy of the file. He stated his satisfaction. He mentioned that it 'sounded sick' and that we 'killed it'. I uploaded the song and everything to YouTube and was just waiting for the Spotify upload to process before I did the final delivery. I noticed the YouTube like ratio was very high compared to what we would usually get, so I simply asked him if those likes were real or not. All he had to do was say no, but all of a sudden he starts acting very aggressive and tries cancelling the order because I was 'accusing' him of botting and being disrespectful. He started insulting me and implied that I was a racist, saying "Would you ask a white artist you were working with that?" I tried to explain that we had already done 99% of the work and now it was just the matter of waiting a few days for the upload to process. He then calls me 'broke as hell' for not cancelling the order and giving him a refund. He threatened to sue me if I didn't give him the money back and take down the song. He claimed that we were SCAMMING him even though he CLEARLY said that he was satisfied with the song and how it came out. The only reason he began to lash out and ask for a refund was because of one question where we just asked about the source of the likes. I already sent a ticket to support about this but I heard they aren't that good at responding so I thought I would ask for help here.
  15. From the attached picture i screenshotted from the TOS page, there is a part that says ‘any exchange of personal information required from the completion of service must be provided in order page’ does it mean a seller can ask for buyer’s Email to deliver an active order? It is in the third line of the attached screenshot.

  23. Hello! I am here to make what I think is a potentially helpful tips post! Here are some of my observations on what works very well to advertise for yourself in a way that creates more buyers! 1. Promoted Gigs. Yes, this does work, at least for the gig I have that can use it. I recommend staying up to date with the amount you have to pay per click to beat competitors to the advertisement space and remain relevant. Last month, I paid roughly $10 in all, and I received (after Fiverr percentage) $76. It is a profit, for sure, and it can even land you a regular! 2. Buyer Requests. Definitely make use of the buyer requests tab under the "More" tab on your account. This is where a lot of early buyers will come from. You are putting yourself out there for people to choose you, so be careful and choose jobs right that you think you can accomplish, don't have too much competition, and really fit your style. If you are just starting on Fiverr, know the buyers request tab is most active for only a few heartbeats at random times around midnight to three o' clock or so based on my observations then. You may want to sacrifice some rest for getting requests out in these early stages of selling. 3. Social Media. It definitely never hurts to post your gigs on social media, especially if you have a large following or a supportive family. I definitely urge to even make an account you grow specifically for your work! You can build up your cliental not only on Fiverr this way! If you're lucky, you may even have thankful clients post your gig on their pages, which has happened for me before! 4. Adding Proper Tags. Even putting proper tags on your gig can really act as an advertisement in many ways. If you tag well and make a catchy and detailed (but not too detailed or cluttered) gig title, then people can more easily find you! I recommend looking at other similar gigs and drawing inspiration (not copying) from them! That is all for now! Hope this helps someone! I try to be detailed in hopes this gets to someone who needs it!
  24. Hello Community, Can someone help give me any advice in order to get some orders? What should I change? Or add? And how can I let people know about my Gig. Thank you in advance. https://www.fiverr.com/share/5Vzvy6
