  4. Folks, I hope you're doing so well. It's been over 2,3 years that I'm working on my profile and earned over $50K+. I've completed all the requirements for becoming a TOP RATED SELLER, but still not getting. I tried to reach out Fiverr, they said that it is a handpicked program, so things will be evaluated manually. I'm very good at communication 99% of clients are happier with me I have a lot of repeating clients, it means anyone gets help from me, comes back to me for sure I've been ranking on 1st page for most of the keywords Now, I'd like to have some guidelines from Top Rated sellers, maybe they can guide me something?   5. Hi, The option to add a work sample is not showing when I go to deliver the order to the client. The place I marked in the 'image' is supposed to show an option where I can choose if I want to add a gig sample. Which I can turn on or off. But there is no option here on my account.
  6. Hey, Fiverr Forum People Hope all are doing well and passing sweet time! I've recently noticed in some group posts that Fiverr has disabled their account suddenly without any notice! Is it possible? Or it might be they do not check why Fiverr has done that! Or how may I know Fiverr is going to do such action? I hope experts will pay kind attention to this Question.   7. Guys, this is something very interesting that I'm going to share with you. Since it's been over 3 years that I'm doing Fiverr On & Off, Fulltime & Part-time. During my this journey, I considered Fiverr Support one of my best friends (sounds funny? to me as well) lol. Fiverr is becoming a great community & great things come with great responsibilities. But definitely good & bad people are everywhere, so sometime I as a seller encounter issues with Fiverr buyers & I had to reach Fiverr Support which is always my last hope. Whenever you're trying to reach out to Fiverr, try your best to make choice of Right Words write less & meaningful write in a way that they could easily understand your issue because those guys have hundereds of requests to entertain Make proper evidence of the case, and readability of your content should be HIGH So writing less, meaningful & better readability could help to solve your issues quickly.   8. A buyer ordered from my voice over gig, as per usual I completed it using the script provided by them in the order. After completing the order and the buyer accepting the delivery completely, they are now coming back to me saying it was the wrong script, and they'd like me to re-record the one they meant to send. They also placed the order wrong. They paid for 1800 words assuming they sent the other script, but sent a 1000 word script. I'm offering a discount of the difference for what the order should've costed on a re-order of this script. They're still giving me a hard time and want me to re-record it for free. I already did the work and delivered as required, I'm really not in the mood to re-record because of something that isn't my mistake. I'm worried about a bad review. What should I do here?

And I'm not sure why, I posted my gig about 2 days ago and its in the category of social media marketing which is popular so I have no idea why there wouldn't be any request, if anyone knows please tell me because I need to solve this issue! My percentage of "Inbox response time" is going down, and I'm not receiving any messages from new clients, besides that I have responded to all the clients that I have had, and the percentage keeps going down. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've already placed a ticket, if you're wondering. If someone knows what I can do to resolve this issue, I'll appreciate it. Thanks.
  13. For me, it's been like rollercoster ride, sometimes things will go by your way and sometimes they don't. When I first started freelancing on Fiverr, I didn't get my first order from around 2 months and I was feeling hopeless that will I get any order? Then a client approached me through my gig. I was feeling happy, I did my best on the project and the client was satisfied with my work in a run. Then I was hoping for next order, but it took a lot of time. I was amature that time, so I started doing a lot of research on Fiverr, reading a lot of Articles on fiverr community, started answering and asking questions on Fiverr forumm, then I got to know How to use Buyer Request properly, So then I also started to send Buyer request on a daily basis. But there was no response from the other side and one day a client responded and I got the 2nd order from buyer request, I completed the project. So now I am getting orders from gigs and buyer requests. One time, a client liked my work so much, that he give me a tip, so that was some kind of good experience. And there was a time when a client come again and ask for one more order. I enjoy my work, I am artist and I'll love to draw and paint. So working by doing what I love is a wonderful feeling for me, yes it take efforts, yes I have to work on my skills daily. cause working on your skills and doing projects is the core of Fiverr platform. We all once an amature, but as time passes and as we don't give up on our passion, hustling to be better, we all become more than amature. And that's what make this journey of Fiverr a roller coster.   14. TL;DR: Can I reboot my profile and start from scratch? Hey everyone, thanks for clicking on and reading this. I'm a writer, and I've been on Fiverr for almost a year. In my time on the site, I've made many clients happy with great stories they loved, and that's great. Yet, I haven't made a lot of money and I still have a regular day job. Fiverr represents a very small fraction of my monthly income. I had a few friends who were sellers on Fiverr. They're writers as well and were able to make it their full-time job only with a few months of experience. I'm not quite there yet, and I am disappointed with my own performance. I don't see a way of improving things. But, I know this is my own fault. I started my profile at a very chaotic time in my life, and because of that, my performance suffered. I'd miss deadlines, or deliver work that wasn't up to my own standards. Because of this, I got a couple of not-so-great reviews, including a 1.7 that tanked me. Even though that review is older it continues to be the first one that customers see when they get to my profile. Apparently, it has something to do with the fact that the buyer wrote a long review, although I'm not sure. I recently had to cancel two orders. This completely tanked my completion rate and bumped me down to "New Seller". I achieved Level one in January, and I feel I'm back to square one. But I am in a much better space mentally, and I can dedicate more time to Fiverr, if I had the chance to start over, I'd do a much better job of it. With all this said, my question is: Should I give up on this profile? Can customer support nuke it so I can start from scratch? I'm not sure that's even possible but asking can't hurt. I'm not sure if I want to continue with this profile. I don't even like the name I picked and I can't change it (which at the time, I thought would be possible). I haven't gotten a message, let alone a new order in almost a month. The only exception is a repeat buyer that recently came back. I completed his order and it did improve my completion rate, but it's not enough (currently 80%). I'm only getting radio silence from buyers. I wrote to support, and the only thing they sent me was a canned response about how to improve my profile to attract buyers. Fair enough, admittedly that is something I have to do, but people are not even seeing the gigs in the first place. I feel like I've been buried by the algorithm. Its a shame, because im relatively close to Level 2, all I need is a little push, a few more sales. But April was just terrible for me, im not sure if there's a way to recover and get back on track. Anyways, this is starting to feel like a rant. If anyone has any advice on whether I should "restart" my profile or not, I'll appreciate it! Thanks!

My city Kharkiv is being bombed, I myself on the territory of Ukraine in the shelter now and I was very upset when I saw a message that Fiverr want to stop my account.   24. Hello Community, a week ago a client booked my website development service without any personal conversation he bought my premium service. and also drop the requirements. The next day we started developing and needed more information on the project but the client does not respond so we skip that part and continue developing after a week the website is fully developed but the client is still not responding. unfortunately, the website is on my server. I remain with two option: 1. I can mark the order complete and wait for the client to respond so I share, his website file/data 2. Or contact the Fiverr team to cancel the order { but it cost us time and money } please help me out
