  1. You received three 1-star reviews in a very short period of time (before 4 months), so it's clear what's stopping your gigs from appearing in search.
  2. You joined Fiverr in December 2021 and you still haven't been able to secure a single deal in two years. Fiverr will only promote sellers who are capable of generating revenue for Fiverr and not just filling up space in the search feed, with 0% conversion rate. Not to mention, the WordPress website building sub-category is completely over-saturated. There are over 1,00,000 sellers selling the same services as you, so you are late to the party. It is going to be very very very very very difficult for you to make space, and sitting idle waiting for impressions is not going to work. Try to get some clients from social media or elsewhere (you'll have to figure it out), as this can help Fiverr promote you a little bit (if you're able to provide good experience to your clients).
  3. The first thing you should do is check the specific terms and conditions of your visa and consult with the relevant authorities to ensure compliance with the regulations. In most countries (including Egypt), you are not allowed to work as a professional (be it a job or freelancing) if you are on a student visa. They only allow restricted jobs (e.g. you can only work inside your university campus, or only specific jobs outside campus). If you are caught, your visa may be terminated and you will be forcibly deported back to your country. If you have permission from the relevant authorities, you should write a ticket to Fiverr Customer Support and send them all the relevant documents/letters and seek their permission before opening the account. This is the best way to avoid any complications (on your Visa and FIverr account).
  4. It's also possible to make money sitting on the side of the road and doing nothing (hopefully you know what I'm saying), but does that mean you should do it or is it a suitable job for you? It is possible to make money in every sector and field but it does not mean that it is a suitable task for you and you can make a career out of it. Your question should be: What are the opportunities in the industry......And what's the potential...! Without any relevant information about you and your background, it is not possible for any stranger to provide you with valuable information that can really help you in your career. We could definitely sit here and write all day but that information wouldn't really help you in any way!
  5. ....and sellers will prefer to take orders from first-time buyers rather than repeat buyers. In that case, repeat buyers will always prefer to create a new account so that they are not ignored by sellers. It's not about whether Fiverr will sacrifice a little income, but it will ruin the entire ecosystem of the platform.
  6. Lmao, isn't this just fabulous? Got my life's first-ever 4-star review today. And guess what's interesting? - The buyer generously sprinkled a $28 tip - The buyer was extremely pleased with the results (was clear in chats). - And he was a returning client, too! 🙂🙂
  7. Since you mentioned it in chat and I am sure you are even going to use these terms with clients too, so just a heads-up that it's always better not to call someone brother or sister if you're chatting in a professional environment. It is also advisable not to use any overly familiar words, like boss, sir, bro, buddy, etc. You can simply call them by their name, like "Hi Rawque, thanks for your advice" --- or simply "Hi, thanks for your advice" (if you don't know the other person's name).
  8. Fiverr takes a lot of factors into account, and conversion rate and number of orders per month are definitely one of them. If your competitors are completing 30+ orders every month and earning thousands of dollars, however, on the other hand, if you are only able to secure 5 deals, then Fiverr will definitely not be happy. It's very simple: Fiverr will only promote sellers who are generating good leads and sales.
  9. Potential buyers will walk away after seeing images of two different people and they won't even bother to read the description or gig package after they get these types of trust issues. So, my first advice would be to remove this dummy image taken from any online website. Either put your professionally clicked image or do not put it at all.
  10. Haha, and maybe that is why Fiverr hid that online button inside the seller details tab, who knows!
  11. @farshad19rodar If you are talking specifically about game development and 3D related field, it's probably because it's the end of the year. I am a 3D artist and have many friends on Fiverr who have gigs related to game development. They always complain that they do not get much sales in October, November and December. Even in 3D category, I am experiencing this issue. Despite impressions and clicks, buyers are not taking much interest in purchasing and those who are buying are spending less money than usual. My success manager also told me that it is normal for sales to decline in the last months of the year.
  12. UI and UX is something that can vary according to the person's preference & taste and you will always find people who will stand in support of it and some people who will stand against it. Anyway, writing messages in short pieces is completely unprofessional (as it's not a Tinder chat). Maybe you should try to get into the habit of writing your thoughts in a single message--- you can create multiple paragraphs and give spaces if necessary but breaking a single message into multiple ones is never recommended (especially when you are talking to a client or another business). So, instead of calling it a "downside", you can try to find ways to benefit from it and get your brain into a good habit "...oh yes...breaking the message will feel terrible, So let's write a single message in paragraphs"
  13. Actually, nowadays I am getting orders only through promoted gigs. Whenever I enable promoted gigs, I start getting a lot of impressions (same like I was getting before....but organically) but if someday I disable promoted gigs, I get hardly 500-600 impressions a day (whereas earlier this number was in thousands). Haha, it's like if I pay, they'll have no problem giving me impressions. But yeah, investing small amounts is fine for me as at the end of the day things are going great.
  14. Actually just a small edit: Gig rotation is still a thing that exists on the platform and I know this because I am going through the same phase right now. I am a Seller Plus member, so I regularly exchange emails with my Success Manager and she told that my performance, BSR and other metrics are perfect (even better than my competitors and I am doing very well in my category), but my impressions dropped significantly due to gig rotation. In my case, it's been confirmed by both:- Success Manager and Customer Support that it's a casual gig rotation to give others the opportunity (and has nothing to do with my BSR or performance).
  15. Your seller profile is not rejected. It is active and already ready to take orders. However, you need to take an action on your Gig before November 19th (perhaps change a field or any info) which you can check by clicking on the warning present in your account dashboard.
  16. The basic concepts are: - If a seller is not providing you work as per your instructions, ask for cancellation or contact customer support. This way you could have saved your thousands of dollars, but by showing your dissatisfaction here, you will not get anything in return.
  17. Why are you looking for WordPress developers in the first place (if you don't want ready-made templates and plugins)? Also if someone is using a plugin or template, it does not make them unprofessional. Using plugins is easier than coding, but it also takes time to master and research which plugin is the best in the market. It's not like someone will wake up one morning and call themselves a WordPress expert developer. 43% of all websites worldwide are built in WordPress alone, so it is quite understandable why WordPress plugins and templates are in demand. And they are WordPress website developers, so I am not sure why you would expect them to be experts in coding or Figma. From your message it appears that you hired the wrong people (in wrong category) and then you are complaining about receiving poor quality that does not match your requirements. Well, lots of respect for your brother for making music from scratch, but why are you comparing people from two different fields? Some fields are easy to learn and some are difficult---but everyone is doing their job on their part.
  18. Right now you can not do anything and you have to live with it. However, when you are eligible for Seller Plus: Premium, you can pay $40/month to Fiverr and get some nice features (including stopping auto-orders).
  19. The Fiverr algorithm sometimes acts silly but it is not so silly that it will warn you for using certain specific words. There is no problem in using any word as long as your intention is not wrong.
  20. First of all, if you are creating a new gig only for the purpose of getting it ranked and thinking that cancellation will not affect your new gigs, then you are wrong. Any cancellation or poor metrics affect your entire profile, and not just one gig. So, if you have a cancellation and if it is affecting the ranking of one gig, then it will also affect all your existing and new gigs. Coming to your question: The approval can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days. If you find that your gigs are repeatedly being rejected, you may be violating some guidelines or the gigs may not be of good quality. Are you not receiving any emails from Fiverr? If not, try contacting customer support so they can tell you the reason for the gigs rejection.
  21. Since you are a new seller, you will be able to initiate the meeting only from the orders page. Leveled sellers (Level 1 and above) also get the option in Inbox and can initiate a meeting even if they do not have any active order with that client.
  22. Yes, you will be able to make deliveries on your active orders and complete your pending work. It's just that your gig will disappear from search and you will not receive any new orders. False! Stop spreading misinformation.
  23. This will only make the situation worse. Why don't you spend some time researching and understanding the market trends in your gig category and then set up a good title and keywords all at once (instead of frequently changing them)? Also, the real problem may or may not be your title or keywords. It's that you're providing data entry, content writing, and image designing gigs, which are already over-saturated (due to AI and the high number of sellers on the platform). You created your account in 2020 but still have 0 reviews, so the question is: why should Fiverr give you a chance and why should people hire you instead of thousands of other sellers who are already performing better? The solution is: target a less-competitive market. Instead of saying "I will create the website content", you could say "I will write your privacy policy"..."I will write your landing page content", etc. And try to get some orders from outside the platform (from your social media clients or if any friend can help you get new clients), because that way at least you will some metrics score & reviews on your profile to prove Fiverr that you also deserve a chance. Simply sitting idle waiting for orders from the FIverr algorithm doesn't always work for everyone.
  24. No, it will not have any impact on your active or queued orders. This will only prevent any new orders.
  25. I think the algorithm flagged the words "do perfect rank" in your title. I know Rank Math is a WordPress plugin for SEO optimization, but the Fiverr algorithm may have misunderstood that you were trying to increase people's rankings...maybe! Other than that, I can not think of any other reason as WordPress SEO optimization is completely legal and definitely NOT a prohibited service. I am not sure if contacting customer support will help you get your gig back, but maybe try your luck and try to reach them out.
