I keep getting a notification that I have required actions for this gig. I click on it and hit "Update packages to meet category standards" and it takes me to the homepage with a red notification in the top saying This page is available only to approved Fiverr sellers. But my seller profile should be approved because I've completed an order before. But I'm so confused what the required action is?

So can I still sell with that gig? There doesn't seem to be any restrictions

My seller profile was rejected but I noticed, I still got an order. I thought you needed a seller profile to get orders. So how exactly did I end up getting an order? Someone help because I'm really confused.
