  1. This looks like a system glitch to me. Have you tried contacting customer support?
  2. The screenshot you have attached is the sign up process as "Buyer". If you would like to upgrade your seller profile to Pro, you can visit: https://www.fiverr.com/pro/about and scroll down until you see 'Apply to Pro'.
  3. Your Gigs have a total of 11,624 impressions. What else are you expecting from "Fiber"? Fiber is constantly pushing your profile in front of buyers, but if you are not able to secure a single deal even after getting 11k+ impressions, what do you want? Do you want Fiber to spoon-feed you orders with his lovely hands?
  4. How much did you earn? You should be bothered by this rather than having a keen interest in the income of "strangers".
  5. There is a high chance that the buyer is a scammer and is trying to get free work from you. Even if he is genuine, he is on the wrong platform. To avoid any trouble, just say goodbye to him.
  6. Congratulations! ✨🏆 Have a little party with your butter sandwiches and then get back to work, haha! From time to time, Fiverr offers temporary boosts to new sellers and gives them a short opportunity to showcase their skills and talents. However, this boost wave does not last long (if you are not able to secure a deal). So, try to secure as many deals as possible, so that Fiverr can recommend you more, otherwise, you may get stuck and left without any orders in the future without any additional boosts.
  7. Here's what I personally do: I never give any discount if it is my first order with that buyer. However, if they have budget constraints, I assure them of providing a discount in future orders if they buy from me again. This way, it's more likely that, lured by the discount, they will come back and buy from me again because they have the discount pending, hehe! And if it's a genuine (and easy to work with) buyer then this thing will always work with them. If the buyer says they only need the service one time and have no future orders for me (and still need big discounts), I just say goodbye to them!
  8. Conversion rate definitely plays an important role and is a factor that Fiverr considers, but from my experience: - If you're making good sales, your conversion rate doesn't matter. This month, my conversion rate dropped from 8% to 2.6%, but I didn't see any negative impact on my gigs and getting good impressions as before. So, Fiverr cares more about “revenue” than “conversion rate” (as far as I have experienced). Making changes to the gig does not necessarily mean that it will impact your rankings in a negative way. It's just that you need to know what needs changing and what doesn't! For example: If you are going to change/remove your top performing keywords, obviously your rankings will be affected, but however in another scenario, if you are going to replace your low performing keywords with something else, then you may see even better results. So, it's all about doing research, analyzing your existing gigs, and then taking action (rather than jumping to any conclusions directly).
  9. Yes, he has definitely "amazed" his buyers (as promised in the profile caption) by publishing his lovely & cute profile picture in the delivery even though his services are related to SEO. Definitely, a gentleman who keeps his promises.
  10. Things would have been way better if they had invested same energy and time on the Fiverr main platform instead of sitting on forums and spamming here, haha!
  11. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies as this solves almost all CSS related (and other) issues.
  12. The real disappointment and frustration is that you are using ChatGPT and breaking forum rules to write your answers.
  13. I have seen many people on here bragging that they're not getting impressions, or that they have lost a feature, even though they have 1k+ reviews and have been selling for years. The public metrics you see are not the only metrics Fiverr considers. There is a lot more that goes into the backend and is recorded by the algorithm. Even when I was not a member of Seller Plus, I had Cash Advance and Early Payout options on my profile, but now since I have opted for Seller Plus, my cash advance feature is gone and I only have Early Payout facility. It is all about your metrics whether you will get any feature or not and it is also clearly mentioned in their terms. So, they are definitely "NOT LYING" (as you're claiming) as they have already stated in their terms which you can read here: https://www.fiverr.com/content/seller-plus-tos
  14. @zaidurrahaman93 Just three magic words for you: Get a life! I do not know what pleasure you are getting from wasting your time on useless things. Creating topics daily here on the forum won't get you any sales (if that's what you're trying to get). You have been a member since 2020 and I am not sure what you are even doing. Just like you are spamming the forums, I am damn sure that you are also spamming Briefs or the Fiverr platform in general and that is probably why FIverr has marked your Brief as spam.
  15. Not to brag, but I was able to secure 26 orders with just 183 clicks and make $1,538 in sales through promoted gigs. If you are not able to secure a good quantity of orders even after 1000 clicks, then:- 1. Either your Gigs are not that promising (if your buyers are not coming to your inbox after clicking on your Gigs). 2. Or if they are coming in your inbox but you are still not able to secure a deal then you need to look at your communication skills.
  16. There are many newbie sellers on this platform who do not even know the basic functioning of this platform. Can you even imagine the huge backlash Fiverr could face if buyers are scammed again and again (if they implement your suggestion)? And do you think customer support has that much time to resolve all these issues? Stand your ground and provide them with evidence as to why the cancellation CAN NOT be accepted. Do you go ahead and deliver the source file directly without any prior updates? I personally send them frequent updates (almost every alternate day) and proceed with the work only after their confirmation. So, there is no way that the buyer will come in the end and say that he did not like the work. So, it's all about how you execute the project and how you establish your communication with the buyer during the order stage. Most of the issues can be resolved only with good and solid communication.
  17. Okay... and so that newbie and scam sellers can send incomplete files (or even an empty zip file) to the buyer and still get the order approved and scam the buyers? To cancel an order, it must be mutually accepted by both parties (buyer and seller) to successfully close a dispute. If you feel that you have provided satisfactory work as per the buyer's specifications, you have every right and option to reject the cancellation request by explaining to the buyer why the cancellation can not be accepted.
  18. My daily budget is set to $50 and the CPC cap is set to default ($3 if I am not wrong).
  19. This is not a new feature. It's just that you have just become eligible for this feature. It's really very helpful and gives amazing results whenever I promote my gigs, but usually I keep it off because my organic traffic is more than enough to keep me over-booked. But this obviously depends on your performance and metrics and based on them, Fiverr will decide how much exposure it will give to your promoted gigs (or gigs in general).
  20. It's very common to notice occasional spikes as Fiverr temporarily promotes your profile, allowing you to show your talent and skills. The duration of these spikes can vary from a day to a week (that's completely on the algorithm), so during these periods, try to secure as many deals as possible and deliver exceptional results. If you are able to secure a good amount of deals, make good sales, and deliver good results, this will increase the chances of Fiverr recommending you to other potential buyers.
  21. It is your earnings and stats, feel free to share them wherever and in whatever manner you want. Why would Fiverr have a problem with this! But make sure you are sharing “only” information that pertains to “you” and does not contain any information about buyers & other people (like their username, order details, etc).
  22. If you are asking this question like other newbies here on the forum, I would say that you are not ready to receive the TRS badge yet. You do not even know how the platform works and how basic things work here. Coming to your question: This is a manual process and meeting the requirements does not mean you will be assigned a TRS badge. It may take a month or forever to get the badge. There are many sellers who have been waiting for more than 3 years and have not received the badge yet. So, on your part you can just wait and continue working for your clients without worrying about TRS.
  23. Do not share any personal information like your address or contact number as it is against the TOS and could get you in trouble. What you can do is first reach out to customer support and seek their permission. https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets
  24. This is a screenshot of the email that Fiverr sends after someone is demoted. As stated in this email, they pause gigs considering the "creation date". But as another member suggested above you always have the option to pause gigs manually as per your preference.
