  2. As a new Seller on Fiverr, the idea of having a full inbox and a steady influx of orders is very exciting! However, the reality can quickly get overwhelming. Once your gigs start to gain some attention, you will notice a significant increase in business. You must learn how to manage Buyer demand and your personal availability, so you can give each order the necessary attention. Otherwise, you risk a drop in Buyer satisfaction, order cancellations, late deliveries, and negative reviews - all of which impact your business. Learning to manage your workload will also help you achieve a healthy work-life balance. Whether your freelance business is your main source of income or a side hustle, taking on too many orders at once can cause you to overwork yourself. Your mental health and well-being are critical to your personal and professional success. Managing Incoming Orders Although Fiverr Buyers can head to your Gig page and place an order without warning, there are still ways to manage incoming orders: 1. Extend turnaround times Offering quick turnaround times is a great way to increase the value of your services. However, if you are struggling to deliver on time, you may submit work that is not up to your standards. Go into your Gig settings and extend each timer by one day to better set expectations and give yourself a time buffer. You can always change it back once you learn to work faster and more efficiently. 2. Communicate honestly When communicating with prospective Buyers, be upfront and honest about your current workload. Let them know that you are very interested in working together and that you can deliver as soon as [X date]. It can be tempting to make exceptions for Buyers who are willing to pay more for extra-fast delivery, but it’s important to prioritize your mental health and orders that have already begun. It’s okay to let Buyers know that you are unable to fulfill their request right now and would be happy to help them out in the future. 3. Request an extension If a Buyer places an order before you have a chance to discuss your availability, you may request to extend the delivery date. When doing so, be sure to communicate that you value their business and want to give their order the attention it deserves. Most often, Buyers will appreciate the fact that you know your limits and will take the time you need to deliver a high-quality product. Managing Availability If the volume of orders is too high, and you’ve already followed the steps above to manage your workload, adjust your availability. Here are tips for taking advantage of the Set Availability feature: 1. Use it to catch up on orders If you need to take a break from answering new messages and receiving new orders, you can essentially pause your profile by setting yourself as Unavailable. If you have the capacity, you can choose to still accept messages from new Buyers and let them know that you aren’t accepting new orders at the moment, but you would be happy to get an order going with an extended delivery time. 2. Take some personal time It’s necessary to take time for yourself, your family, and other important things in your life! When you need to focus on things unrelated to work, set your profile to Unavailable for as much time as you need. Depending on how long you’re away, you may realize that your ranking might have changed once you are back, which is normal as your competitors may continue to complete orders and get buyer satisfaction responses while you are away. As you complete the orders your ranking can go back to where it was before. In addition to managing your incoming orders and availability, you can lean on others for support! If you frequently realize that you have more work than you can handle, it might be time to build a team that you can lean on. There are other excellent Sellers on Fiverr, such as virtual assistants or people in your industry, to whom you can delegate tasks. Want to read more? 3. While we do our best to diligently vet users to safeguard buyers from dishonest sellers, we also encourage all buyers to play an active role in ensuring you're not falling prey to any scams while working with a freelancer on our platform. Here are key tips to consider when doing business on Fiverr: Use discretion when sharing sensitive information When working with freelancers, sharing sensitive information and data may be necessary for them to get the job done. If you are able, have freelancers use their own login credentials and add them as an admin. In these cases, adhere to the principle of least privilege; meaning granting admin access only for what is necessary for the job. In cases where sharing your password is unavoidable (e.g., for website building or community management), consider using a password manager as a secure way to share credentials. After project completion, be sure to properly offboard freelancers by revoking their access and, for added security, consider changing your passwords. Keep conversations limited to the platform It's crucial to restrict your communication with freelancers to the Fiverr platform. Not only does this adhere to our Terms of Service, but it also protects you from potential scams. Communicating off the platform complicates our ability to resolve any issues and makes it nearly impossible for us to intervene effectively. While we can typically review on-platform conversations, issue refunds, and address concerns, these actions become challenging if communication occurs outside the platform, which leads to far longer resolution times. Contact customer support If you ever feel uneasy during your collaboration with a seller, you don’t have to take matters into your own hands. Simply inform our Customer Support team as soon as possible. They will be able to investigate the situation, offer guidance to resolve concerns or assist in canceling the order if needed. Remember, while we implement various security measures to protect buyers, taking a few extra steps can further ensure a pleasurable and secure experience on the platform, free from scams and potential issues.

  5. Setting Gig prices on Fiverr is about balance. Buyers want to feel that they’re receiving value for their investment; Sellers want to feel that they’re being paid fairly for their work. Consider how Buyers look at your Gigs, and then consider the tools Fiverr has created to allow you to create a Gig that both sells and expands your earning opportunities. PACKAGES Most Fiverr Gigs allow for the creation of tiered “packages.” Essentially, these are variations on your basic Gig, increasing service levels and adjusting costs accordingly. For example, a writer might offer three packages offering documents of varying lengths—one for 500 words, another for 1000 words, and yet another for 2000 words, clear choices to fit the Buyer’s specific needs. Your packages might reflect other factors: a voice-over recording artist might offer something similar in the recorded length. One tier might offer a 30-second recording, another a 2-minute recording, and yet another recording an entire chapter of an audiobook. Pricing reflects both added value for the Buyer while respecting the value of the Seller’s service. EXTRAS Most Gigs also offer extras, allowing Buyers to customize your Gig to their needs by purchasing options to create precisely what they need. For example, one popular option is rush delivery in just one day. You may have set standard delivery for three days, but offering the option of paying a reasonable premium—and having that job delivered sooner is often appealing to entrepreneurs anxious to get a job done. Extras can represent all sorts of options, including additional research, added features, or supplementary rights. For example, artists offer a variety of rights allowing usage across specific media, and a visual artist might include extras offering editable source files. By offering added-cost extras, you can keep the cost of your basic packages low. As a result, Buyers will perceive your Gig as a good value but often spend more than the basic price. Extras offer an opportunity for the Buyer and potential for your income. RAISE YOUR PRICE! Finally, remember setting a price for your Gig, packages, and extras isn't a “set it and forget it” task. As you gain positive reviews, revisit your pricing periodically. Keep an eye on your competition, and don’t hesitate increasing your price as your experience and ratings grow. You’ve earned it! A good practice is to create a personal milestone to increase your package price by $5 once you reach 50 reviews and another $5 when you earn 100 reviews. Remember, your ratings and reputation on the site also signal to the Buyer that you’re a worthwhile investment. Raising your prices over time is vital to establish your value and legitimacy and to drive your growth. Some Buyers may be concerned that raising prices might slow sales, but perception is everything. Modest incremental increases (as opposed to suddenly doubling the price of a successful Gig) are in your best interest and will increase the perception and trust of potential Buyers. And remember, you can change pricing anytime—up or down—depending on market conditions. Want to read more? 6. Hi, I am a "programmer" (I use the term loosely, because what I really do is write automation scripts), and I am currently juggling 2 projects, 2 repeat customers that are looking for new offers from me, as well as several potential customers. The problem is that the Fiverr messaging system alone is a terrible way to try and mange projects. I can't even search message content, which means I leave money on the table when I can't go back to find clients who requested things in the past that were not possible then, but now thanks to AI, they are possible. So I'd like to suggest, for an added fee, you integrate something like Monday.com into your product, which will allow us to track ongoing and past projects in such a way that it makes us more efficient and helps us make Fiverr more money. If you can't or won't integrate more project management tools into your platform, can you at least make messages SEARCHABLE, you know, like how I was able to search for messages in email back in the 90's! Thanks! Chris
  7. i have been creating forex account management gig and they have been denying the gig, why others are still on fiverr rendering the gig to people, please what can i do or how can i write the gig so it wont be denied again...
  8. matching your logo designs effectively with the right industry-specific pick is essential for you to get more exposure for your work and attract the right clients. With Fiverr Logo Maker, you have the option of adding unlimited industry-specific options to your work, but just like too much of anything good, adding too many options that aren't strategically chosen can be counter-productive. So how do you find the happy medium and get the most impact for your choosing efforts? Our must-read article on industry selecting says it all, but here are the cliff notes: The (Not So) Secret Formula to Success with Industry selecting is... The more specific your industry picks are, the higher your logo will rank in that category. It's really that simple. Industry selections in our logo generator are divided into Head Industries, Sub-Industries, and even more specific micro-industries. The key is to be as specific as possible without going overboard – remember, you want your work to be easily found by potential clients who are looking for a logo design just like yours, not lost in a sea of too many options. Using a wide array of Head Industries on one design is not going to be as effective as using a well-suited Sub-Industries or micro-industries. Adding too many industry picks to your design can actually hinder your design's ranking, so focusing on the industry in which your logo has the highest chances of shining is your best way to stand out in a specific category. Random Industry picks will Give You Random Results Would you rather be on the first page of results in a specific industry, or on the 100th page of a more general collection of designs? It's a no brainer. By matching your logo with specific Head Industries, Sub-Industries, and micro-industries that are perfectly suited to your design, you are increasing the chances that potential clients looking for logo designs in those industries will find your work. Industry choosing is an opportunity to tell the algorithm exactly which buyers will be most likely to purchase your design. Going with too many different industries will water down your work, and make it difficult for the algorithm to place you in front of the right clients. Remember, the algorithm is advanced but it's not mind-reading – it relies on the data you provide about your design to determine where it should appear in search results. The Best Industry picks are Relevant and Specific It's the small fish in a big pond vs. big fish in a small pond scenario. Hint: You want to be the big fish 😉 Here is how you can strategically target relevant industries when adding industry picks to your logo designs: Stay Relevant: Aim for the most specific industry that your design is applicable to. Get down to the nitty gritty: Narrow it down to the micro-industry level, if you can. Know when to make the cut: Eliminate the random industry picks that don't make sense: If it isn't relevant or specific, don't add it. Get into your target buyer's mind: Look at your logo from a buyer's perspective. If you were looking for a logo for a real estate company, the chances of you selecting the motorbike-themed logo on page 100 is pretty slim. Rather, you're more likely to select one of the first relevant logos that come up in your search. Choosing RELEVANT and SPECIFIC industry pick can mean the difference between getting found first and being lost in the noise. With a little thought and strategic planning, you can tell the algorithm exactly which buyers you're looking for, ensuring that your logo designs are being seen by the right people, in the right industries, at the right time. Below are some examples of logo designs that we've optimized for maximum search results. Green industries are the industries we've added to maximize results Red industries are the relevant, yet less relevant than others, industries we've removed to ensure relevancy and specificity. Remember- It's not about right or wrong, just pick your preferred top areas. You can always come back and change it according to the logo performance. Our recommendation is to stick with four or five of the most relevant options. 10. Hello, 2 days ago someone "accidently" bought from me and wanted to have a refund (He/she said they wanted to wait until I got better options before). A few minutes later the person asked if we could do .. instead and do the other thing they wanted later (without paying again of course). Then they wanted a refund again which I accepted (the person was literally asking every 2 minutes if Im there and stuff, so I reported them which actually worked). I thought everything would be good now (besides the fact that my success score went down) but they messaged me with another account stating that the old account has been banned. I blocked them immediately because I dont want to deal with customers like that. Once I blocked them they created more and more accounts (I blocked every account that messaged me because they were all the same country, created in april and asked nearly the same question). I already contacted fiverr support once they made new accounts but they didnt reply yet. Today everything was quiet until I got a order from the person when I wasnt online. Now I dont know what I should do, I updated the support ticket so fiverr knows whats going on. I cant block them because they bought already. I also dont want to deliver the order because I dont want a bad review. As well as I dont want to cancel the order because 1. They wouldnt accept it 2. They would keep creating new accounts and 3. It would increase my cancelation rate dramatically. Does someone have any advise to handle with that? I also only got 2 days left until its marked as late, I hope they support answered my ticket until then. I think they created around 8 alternative accounts now. I will also put a screenshot of their accounts under that post. I really dont know what to do. If someone has an advise than please let me know, Thanks!
  11. Jack up your prices.. if you charge Mcdonald's prices you are going to get Mcdonald's customers along with all the aggravation that entails. Can I have more fries. My servings too small. Can you give me a large coke, im a regular customer (pun intended). people who order your gig because its sounds good and then ask what they have ordered. Revisions to infinity & beyond. What’s going to happen then?. You are going to be stuck in a vicious circle of working with low ball customers repeatedly asking for discounts, revisions and extra work. It’s a shortcut to failure and will eventually fail because the bad feedback will soon start to pile up and you will be left with a failure score that removes you from search. The only way to success with this is to hire a lot of people and whip them constantly to row faster while offering prices so low no one is going to complain. Before you know it you will be in meksell hell. If you want to do it you can do it. A lot of people on here do and they are not too hard to find. You just need to find some slaves who will do the work at a low enough price to make it profitable. I tried that at first and the only way it works is if you pump out orders at the speed of light and keep doing it. Obviously you are going to have to do something for this to work before you get overwhelmed and start looking for the nearest bridge.. The something depends on the services you are offering. If its copywriting, delegating or outsourcing or employing low cost workers is not going to work. Simply because the quality of work is going to vary enormously and it’s going to result in bad feedback from one order to the next from the same customers. If it’s copywriting though you can charge serious wonga by finding the right customers. Higher prices do translate to higher profits if you can find the customers.If. I had a lot of luck on my side. Going back a very long way someone who was a friend of the owner of Moz approached me and asked about writing reports for websites. You may not think there is a lot of money in this but trust me this is the gateway to upselling heaven.if you know what you are doing. The problems with this was at the time people were ( and still are) using software to generate reports which are meaningless & generic. The idea was to take time and write real reports and turn people into repeat customers. This was the definition of finding an opening in an existing niche. I also found some (a few). people on here who were trying to push a specific service but their pricing was wrong and their packages were worded wrong and pushed the wrong way.. I went and approached some friends and set up a business just offering this one service. We bought an office in Europe and bought in people to do the work. I then did the same for another service and bought an office somewhere very low cost, not in Europe and put someone in charge of it. The biggest problems with upscaling are this. #1 if you are going to employ people in any shape or form they are going to try and copy what you are doing or steal your customers. That’s a given and you need to work on the basis they will do this. To combat this you don’t show anyone the whole picture and just keep them focused on their own tasks. #2 regardless of how much you delegate. You will need to keep a very close eye on what people are doing that are working for you. People will always try to “do it better” AKA shortcuts. for nearly two years I was surviving on four hours sleep a night. #3 you need to find the customers if you are not selling them McDonalds.. There are corporate customers on here with single user accounts. One of them Ive known before fiverr existed and has sent me a huge number of corporate customers. This guy is the cfo of a company right at the top of the fortune 100 and there are plenty on here. Trust me on that. Where can you find people like this? Linkedin, the place is a goldmine. Also chambers of commerce . I will admit I’ve had help from some extremely wealthy individuals who I have come into contact with through other means. Biggest problem is getting help on here. When you run into problems you are going to be on your own to a large degree.. Not because people don’t want to help but do not really understand issues that are beyond their own experiences. In the distant past ive asked for things which I know would have helped me scale things on here & address issues and easily scale to at least three to four times what I was making but many things were misunderstood and I just dropped them. One thing I would pay for here are project management tools. This would make life 1000 times easier and enable everyone to scale up. Just in case you think this will not work. It will. I’ve no problem showing my earnings on here. this post is full of typos and spelling errors. I dont care. fix them yourself or whatever and go and make some money.
  12. That's another one - Fiverr's operating costs, like almost all tech companies, are ridiculously overinflated. I could run something like this on 1/10 the budget, easy. A lot of overpaid management should get the axe, to start.
  13. A seller can't do that. First of all, it's infringing upon the rights of the image copyright holder, and if you use it, you will too. Second of all, Fiverr already has a system in place for sellers to license images. We're supposed to use that or document the licensing if the images comes from elsewhere. In this case, I would not accept the delivery if the order is still open. You can reach out to support and let them know what's going on, and you can (and should) not accept any delivery if licensed images was part of the agreement. If you didn't agree on that, and the images were just a "bonus", it's still theft, and should be reported. Dishonest sellers only serve to damage the reputation of the platform.
  14. I joined Fiverr only recently, earlier this year. So far, my experiences have been overall positive. I do find it interesting to see similarities and contrasts among the comments posted on Fiverr forum vs. those posted by presumptively active, or formerly active, Fiverr affiliates, sellers and buyers on sites outside Fiverr. While there are many success stories, there also seems to be an undercurrent of dissatisfaction about customer service, bad experiences with sellers/buyers, and references to obsolete systems of compensation for affiliate commissions, etc. -- with a general pining nostalgically for "how much better things were when they first joined xx years ago". I am wondering - has the Fiverr network really deteriorated in quality that badly, or is it because of explosive growth, increased competition, and perhaps internal staffing issues that are causing the discontent? Also - does anyone really have any genuine and reputable comparison vs. Fiverr's main competitors -- are they really any better? As a new starter in the freelancing world, I do note that it takes a lot of effort to get noticed, develop a professional reputation, and secure business -- far more difficult and time consuming than simply being the employee of someone else's company. But -- the potential reward, potential financial and personal freedom spurs me onward with optimism. I hope my decision to join the Fiverr network turns out to be a wise and fruitful one.
  15. I want to bring attention to an experience with a client. She requested specific file formats and a 3D version, which wasn't part of my gig. Firstly she appreciated my work and then denied it and called it bad work. Despite delivering promptly, they expressed dissatisfaction without clear reasons. She got a refund but kept all the files, blaming me unfairly. Beware of such clients who seek free work and manipulate freelancers. She isn't a client she is a scammer. She took all the files and the money and also gave a bad review and blamed me. She wants free work and also wants to put my reputation down because I am asking for my money for my hard work and time which she refuses to give me and takes all the files.
  16. Customer service is everything. Being buyer-friendly on Fiverr requires more than just meeting and exceeding expectations. Message Management is just as essential to your account's growth. Responding quickly to inquiries from potential buyers and buyers with orders already in progress will directly impact your buyer satisfaction and, in turn, help you level up faster. Your dashboard includes two crucial indicators related to messaging: Inbox Response Rate and Order Response Rate. Inbox Response Rate tracks your response to the first message from a potential buyer. The quicker you reply, the more likely you will close the deal and sell your gig. The Inbox Response Rate tracks the percentage of first messages you answered within 24 hours over the last 60 days. Your percentage will decline if you don’t respond within 24 hours. Respond quickly, however, and buyers are far more likely to close the deal. Our stats show that sellers that respond to new inquiries within twelve hours triple their chances of closing a sale than those who respond after twelve hours. Buyers are looking to get their job done and won’t wait long. If they don’t hear from you, they will likely move on to a more responsive seller. Similarly, the Order Response Rate tracks your responsiveness to messages you receive from buyers associated with an active order, including order start messages, revision requests, and any contact the buyer may have along the way. It’s a good idea to initiate contact once the purchase is made with a simple “Thank you, I have everything that I need to start your order and I will reach out if I have any questions”. This goes a long way in demonstrating that you’re genuinely interested in the buyer and value their business. Also, remember that Fiverr offers several highly effective tools to help you manage your messages efficiently. Download the Fiverr App to receive notifications on new messages wherever you are. You can set up custom Quick Responses to reply when you have little time, assuring contact with the buyer and protecting your response rate. If you’re unavailable for an extended period, be sure to visit your profile page, where you can click on “Set Availability” and enter the time and details of your absence. Buyers visiting your gig or profile pages will see that you’re unavailable and have the opportunity to leave a message. Using this feature ensures that your Inbox Response Rate won’t be impacted. And Remember, you don’t need to respond directly to spam or inappropriate messages. Each message includes the ability to send a report to Fiverr.. Sending that report removes the message from your queue and the obligation to respond. The key to attracting and keeping customers on Fiverr isn’t a secret. Like every great relationship, buyers and sellers thrive on Great Communication. Want to read more? 17. How do I have such a low seller Success Score? I am among the best-selling sellers on this site, with thousands of buyers (in 94+ countries), mathematically great reviews, more all-time revenue than most sellers, and otherwise fantastic metrics.... except -- for unclear reasons -- a low success score. I have dealt with some terrible buyers (most that were incapable of being satistifed -- the kind of buyer we all try to avoid), as we all have, yet, despite being a successful seller -- for a decade on this site (since 2014) -- my newly-imposed low success score means that I -- as it stands right now -- may no longer be able to sell my popular service(s) here. I don't see how I can "improve" from this low success score, and big-gig-weighted "strong negative impact" seller satisfaction metric (and certainly not in one month!). Out of all of my many completed gig sales, within the past two years alone, I have only had three 1-2 star reviews. That's well above average for my gig category(s), and easily outweighed by my many other great reviews. I work hard to please my clients. I always have. That's part of my branded reputation. That's why my clients hire me. So, who the heck has secretly reviewed me so low as to put me into "strong negative impact", low seller Success Score territory? "Show me my accusers". Why am I being penalized for metrics that I cannot/could not control? The new system sees only numbers and metrics, without taking into consideration the true reasons for those metrics. I am not a bad seller. In fact, I am well-respected on the site, as well as here on the forums. People know me. Forum users know me (all too well, in fact). I've influenced hundreds of big business brands.... I've created artwork, logos, and other business elements for celebrities, notable hotel chains, government officials (some running for election at the time), entertainers, a notable Country Music singer, new inventions (some that are already on the market), even an astronaut! Heck, I was even so trusted by Fiverr as to serve as a forum moderator for a while (years ago)! I've worked hard, over the years, to EARN my strong, positive reputation. So why are blanket uncontrollable metrics waiting to kill me, as a seller, here on Fiverr? Surely this new Fiverr system can do a better job of quantifying the value of its greatest assets -- proven, successful, respected sellers like myself (and others). I don't want to stop being a great seller, here, on Fiverr, yet, for some reason, this new system thinks that I should. Where's the fairness, or respect, in that? ---------------------------------------------------------- (NOTE: I am not trying to start arguments, just expressing my valuable thoughts and concerns)
  18. I broadly agree with what @coerdelion said, but the snippet was interesting to read, so thanks for that. But ultimately, you see the genesis of the issue with Medical AI (and also, to continue from what C said) Never mind the nice-sounding benefits after that. The bottom line for any business is money. It doesn't matter if an AI can or can't help them to save lives or give kids back to families 99% of the time. It's that 1% of the time. It will happen sometime, somewhere - and maybe not on Fiverr. And when that 1% happens, who will get the blame? It's natural to want to pass on the buck here, and the obvious scapegoat is AI and then "whoever thought this was a good idea". Because the parents or family will want answers that are tough incredibly tough to answer when there's the AI elephant in the room. That's potential national news stuff. That's inescapable name SEO doom and career ruin. That's laws like "Poor Little Johnny" being passed. The whole point of making medical language friendlier to patients is to calm them down, not to inform them. It's all about bedside manner. I used to have a friend who was a very good doctor and we would sometimes talk medicine and she never once dumbed it down for me, asserting that I was a writer, intelligent, and lived in Greece, so this shouldn't be tough if I put my mind to it. She was right - but the point of that little anecdote is that she also taught me that most of the job is patient management, since most patients are horrible to work with (due to being in a "bad mood" as a result of their poor health). And, not to put to fine a point on it, the general public is not very smart as a cohort, so smily face cards to show how much your tummy hurts it is. Decision-making trees only work if the people who create the trees are thinking of all scenarios including the most ridiculously negative outcomes. Right now, AI is in a bubble that will yield one of those outcomes in some form and some way somewhere. But patients and their families get angry when things go wrong, whether there was malpractice or not (and if you want to be shocked, look up malpractice deaths in the US and remember that the reporting is probably not as accurate as it should be). This is all about ROI, yes, but in my view, it is highly irresponsible to suggest to an audience (indirectly or otherwise) that they can make money doing this. This is an industry where expertise absolutely should be a requisite It has nothing to do with "fancy Gen AI models". As I said in my last post, and as many people in that linked OpenAI post stated, GPT is literally just deciding what word is best after this word. The body doesn't work like that. A doctor's favorite term is idiopathic ( = "we have no idea what's wrong with you sorry"). More to the point, this is not something for gen AI but expert AI. There are a LOT of medical studies out there that are essentially advertisements because they were paid for by a company. A professional medical person can spot these, but AI? If it's feeding off the internet, which is.... uh... y'know. The ultimate point of all this being the blame game. Someone will have to pay. It seems entirely obvious to me that if this hypothetical were to happen as a result of a seller on Fiverr - it doesn't matter if they're a super-pro exert or an opportunist - then there will be a storm about that, especially considering that it has this webinar and the AI Hub. Fiverr will be the weakest link, simply because it's full of.... weak links 😎 and as a platform, it is ultimately their responsibility to make sure that sellers are etc. Fiverr may be able to point to the community standards if/when that happens, but realistically, do you think an angry public upset about the tragic AI death of Little Johnny who died because AI got something wrong will care about that? edit: Just remember that AI has no actual intelligence or free will. It is entirely informed by what it is trained on and what it is told to do. Medicine will always be a zero-sum game when bad decisions can lead to people being seriously harmed. Talking about ROI just reflects the unfortunate capitalist state of the industry. That's a whole other world of murk that starts with the Flexner Report, but that goes way beyond AI. It's a very interesting subject though. Rockefeller was heavily involved in it and it (the results of the report) pretty much destroyed anything that wasn't essentially oil-based pharmaceutical medicine. You know, the pharmas send teams to far-flung places of the world to find new herbs so they can synthesize what makes them work so they can package it up and sell to people - all while demonizing trad med - but the interesting thing is that for some reason, the snynths lose some of the potency that the original has. It's one of the things science can't solve. Medicine and ROI are two words that should never be in the same sentence. Do no harm.

  20. @Kesha A small thing to share- In our community profile page, the reputation score is not updating. It's happening for last few months. Is there any solution for it?
  21. Integrating a project management tool like Monday.com sounds like a game-changer. Having a centralized hub to track projects, communicate with clients, and search through past conversations would make life so much easier. It's all about efficiency, right? And I hear you on the searchable messages front. It's mind-boggling that in this day and age, we're still stuck with an archaic system that doesn't let us easily find what we need. It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack, except the haystack is on fire and the needle is invisible. And if you're ever looking to streamline your backend processes, definitely check out Xano Backend. It's like magic for no code database. It's not just about making our lives easier; it's about helping us deliver better results for our clients and ultimately making more money for everyone involved.
  22. I direct my buyers directly to other sellers by sharing the seller's link with my buyer. If my buyer really want to work through me, even after I share the other freelancer's link and prices, then I charge a project management fee that covers for the time and liability I take on to ensure the quality of all of the work the buyer needs including what I may do for the buyer. For example, I might do the writing and curriculum alignment while other sellers may do data entry or voiceovers.
  23. That sounds like a really tough situation. Dealing with blackmail is never easy, especially when it involves misunderstandings. It's good that you reached out to Fiverr support for help. They should be able to guide you on how to handle the situation and minimize any negative effects from the cancelled order. I also found some tips online on how to deal with online blackmail. If you haven't already, try to keep communication with the other party professional and avoid any confrontations. Remember, your reputation on platforms like Fiverr is important, so it's best to handle these situations calmly and professionally.
  24. Hello, my name is Kaue, I'm an image retoucher, I've only been on Fiverr for a short time, but I've been putting together a portfolio for a long time and thinking about how I'm going to set up my gigs until then that I decided to do it and go deep into getting jobs here. I don't know, I have the impression that it was good here at one time or only those with a good reputation get good buyers, have any of you noticed this? Even so, I decided to continue I received my first message, wow!!! a boom of joy, until I read the message and it was something like - wow, your gig is everything we need, we were looking for someone like you, please contact me on this - social network - "Mr. Spam" A bucket of cold water, ok, I reported it and block In the middle of the night I woke up Mr. Spam 2 now, I reported it and block, and so I believe that up to the 12th user, sometimes they changed the way they wrote, giving space in the name "s o c i a l M e d i a" sometimes they sent a photo with the name of the network profile written in the worst handwriting, and so it was. Today I received a new one from a user @ anything that I tapped on the keyboard, with the Fiverr profile logo, saying that my account was suspended and that I would have to send him my email to do a simple verification. Hahahaha.. on the one hand it's funny, but on the other hand the real reason for being here is completely obsolete, partly because of spam and partly because Fiverr doesn't have many criteria for those who create a new group and become co-participants in this spam. I believe I should stay a little longer, maybe I'll see the part of the work that I really want. Thank you and good work everyone!
