  1. Hi @adrianaguirre, unfortunately it is on the seller to enforce their revision policy. Fiverr's system won't enforce it for you. That means if you only offer ONE revision, make that crystal clear to the buyer before the order starts (for custom orders), when the order starts, and whenever you make a delivery. Once the buyer has used up all their free revisions, charge them for the extra revisions by sending them a gig extra. If they don't accept the gig extra, you can redeliver the same file since you are meeting all of the order requirements. If you break your own rule by allowing the buyer to receive as many revisions as they want, you are creating more work for yourself and CS agents can't really protect you if a dispute happens because you are breaking your own rule. Your revision policy must be made clear to the buyer at all stages of the order. On this current order, you've already confused the buyer on your revision policy, but try to let your buyer know your revision policy and see if they will pay for additional revisions. Remind them of the value of the free revisions that they've already received (e.g., 6 revisions x your cost for each additional revision, such as $20 = $120). You may have a unhappy buyer (or end up doing more free revisions on this order) but take this as a lesson learned and remember to communicate/uphold your revision policy clearly with any new buyer that comes your way.
  2. Now there is a spam button on the mobile app! (from the new Help Center article): Even so, I complained to my Success Manager that my response rate was falling even though I was religiously marking every message as spam, right away. My Success Manager looked at my stats and said that one of my spam messages (that Fiverr already marked as spam) was "accidentally" counted towards my response rate. She immediately changed my response rate back to 100%. So it looks like the system can be wrong sometimes. 🤷‍♀️
  3. That's crazy! What kind of labels do you have and how do you use them?
  4. Hi @jobaer1213, start by reading these articles by top-rated sellers: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282146-how-to-be-successful-on-fiverr-common-questions-answered-and-a-collection-of-great-posts-that-helped-me-achieve-trs/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/236500-i-am-a-top-rated-seller/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282129-the-biggest-seller-mistakes-and-how-to-avoid-them/
  5. How many do you have @filipdevaere? I only added a few new ones so I have no idea.
  6. If you've already reviewed your gigs and made the required changes, you should be good to go. Just close those alerts and monitor your gigs to see how they perform.
  7. Hi @melanielm! When you view your buyer's (or seller's) messages in the inbox, all you need to do is click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and it will show the label icon. Once you click on that, you can add any label that you want. After adding your labels, you can then go to the upper-left corner and click on the "All Conversations" drop-down to select how you want to sort your messages. This helps me find messages without scrolling down the list. I just label each buyer and then sort it out. I also delete a lot of older messages because the deleted messages will come back the next time the buyer messages you.

Although there isn't a shortage of content writers (I'm one of them!), there is a shortage of good content writers. I didn't originally offer writing services when I first started (I told my clients I wasn't good enough) but they assured me that I was a lot better than many writers on the platform. As long as beginner freelancers have great profiles & gigs, plenty of writing samples (to give them credibility in lieu of reviews and orders), AND are actually good writers, they should have no trouble beating out most of the competition. My portfolio (in the form of PDFs) attracted new buyers when I was just starting out. As these new buyers complete orders, Fiverr will also promote them by showing them in search because they will be high performers in their category. New sellers and writers who put little work into their profiles & gigs, have poor writing skills, and zero work samples have very little chance of growing a strong business here on Fiverr.
  9. Hi @robiulislam6, it's perfectly okay to set up gigs in different categories. When I first started, I had 7 different gigs in data entry, research & summaries, writing, presentation designs, beta reading, and more. It's nice because when one gig is down, I get orders from the other gigs.
  10. Hi @morphmaster, just go back to your video in your gig gallery and click on the edit button: It'll instruct you to freeze the frame at the spot where you want to be your gig thumbnail. I usually make my first slide the gig thumbnail:
  11. Hi @midsummervoice, I've never asked for referrals as a seller, but a lot of my business comes from referrals. Some of my clients even ask if they can share my gig link with their social media circle, and I don't refuse the offer! I think you've listed great ideas and wanted to highlight this one tip you gave: ⬆️ This is key for this to be successful if you are asking for referrals. Include your gig links as part of the delivery process and mention any referral discounts/offerings there. Seller Plus Coupons is another great spot to mention referral bonuses. Where sellers shouldn't ask for referrals is in the inbox and when there isn't an open order. I'm more than willing to help my sellers out as a buyer, but I'm also a seller as well. So any messages I get from my sellers also affect my stats as a seller. I had an incident in January when I went out-of-office because of an off-grid camping trip. I was notifying all of my buyers for four months that I would be out-of-office (but didn't even think of notifying my sellers). Lo, and behold, my wonderful sellers, whom I haven't heard from in months, decided to ask for referrals and business when I was out of office. My response rate plummeted from 100% to slightly below 90%. I still wanted to help my sellers out but the timing was off, and it put me in a really tight spot as a seller.
  12. As a buyer, I think Fiverr's current private review is spammy and annoying with the 2 private reviews, public review, and multiple alerts to leave reviews. So I agree with @bethanyvo that reviews should be a part of the order. I know I've mentioned it several times on the forum, but as a buyer, I'd like to see three buttons at the bottom of the delivery: 1) Yes, I'm satisfied with the delivery, 2) This order could've been better, but I approve the delivery, 3) I'm not ready yet The first option could automatically give the buyer 5 stars (privately). The second option could give the buyer an option to choose the star amount on a slider scale (also privately). This would then make the private reviews mandatory (but very easy to do). Then, I'd like Fiverr to get rid of the spammy notification to leave reviews and tips and just leave the tip option and public review option available at the top of the order screen. Maybe we can include @miiila's suggestion to split up seller/Fiverr reviews in that top section because sometimes negative buyer experiences are the result of buggy issues on the platform. There are so many times I wanted to leave negative private reviews but they were more because of how spammy Fiverr was making the experience. Streamlining it this way would better achieve what @visualstudios was mentioning: There are soooo many ways that the buyer experience is NOT frictionless (I don't like how Fiverr added more questions in the order requirements and now are endorsing spammy custom offers straight to my inbox from newbie sellers that I've never had previous contact with). But that rant's for another thread. 😊 Edit: I just saw the title - I don't think buyers need to leave feedback in order to download the product. Orders can still auto-close without any feedback/buyer acceptance of the order.
  13. Hi @midsummervoice & @rizwan14321 - I completely agree with both of you that my solution is only a bandaid and workaround until something more permanent can be implemented by Fiverr (so that's why I've stated "In the meantime...). 😉 The inbox does needs a lot of updating to be more user-friendly - I would like to see a better separation between seller and buyer messages (such as when I'm operating as a buyer), an easier way to scroll through the conversations themselves, a way to quote previous messages, as well as the helpful notes on the sides that both of you mentioned.
  14. Hi @rizwan14321 & @midsummervoice, I know @Yoav.M is passing information on to the appropriate folks at Fiverr. In the meantime, the best way to create notes right now in the inbox is to create custom labels for your messages so that you can "sort" all conversations to show only the relevant messages: For example, I created categories of "Seller" (so I can easily see all of my seller messages when I'm operating as a buyer), and "Potential Buyer" (so I can see all my messages from new contacts who may place an order). I use the existing labels of "Starred" for "hot" potential buyers and repeat buyers who are likely to order within the next week, "Follow-up" or "Nudge" for prospects who need a little more support before buying, and "Repeat Buyer" (not showing in the screenshot) if I want to see all the buyers that have ordered 2x or more from me. I might create more labels if the need arises, but these labels make it really easy to quickly sort/find the messages from buyers and sellers (even from 7 months ago) that I've labeled in a certain way. I never have to scroll through my messages (I only have to scroll through the conversations). I go through my lists every now and then to update the labels or to send out Seller Plus coupons to give some of the older buyers incentive to come back. Sometimes I'll delete messages entirely, because when buyers come back and message me, all of the old messages come back into my inbox as well. That helps to keep my inbox clean. Hope this information helps!
  15. Hi @Yoav.M, it was in the link that I provided in my last post: It looks like the webinar is located in Fiverr's support articles (at the very bottom of the page), but it's a really useful webinar for sellers who want to improve their impressions, clicks, and orders. So it would be nice to see this one included with all the other webinars.
  16. Hi @princehyo, Fiverr recently changed how and when your Earnings are accounted for. Nothing will happen when you deliver an order. Once the buyer accepts the order (or the order auto-closes), your earnings from the order will show up as "pending clearance." This pending amount will not count toward your total Earnings yet. Only after you have passed the clearance period, will the order's earnings be included in your total Earnings.
  17. Hi @huzaifazahid_, how are your impressions looking right now? Are they growing, decreasing, or remaining stagnant? It really doesn't matter what we say because we aren't your buyers. Instead, pay attention to those clicks. If you aren't getting any clicks, it means that buyers aren't attracted to your gig card, and so they are moving on to work with other sellers. Your clicks will tell you a lot about the level of buyer interest in your gigs. Try to find unique ways to stand out, such as adding a title slide on your gig card with your own face, so that it's unique from other sellers offering the same service. Try to use the videos to pull out the unique selling points that make you different from others. I would also include more work samples because that is what will give you credibility to your buyers. Include examples for all of your gigs and utilize your entire gallery to do so. You get three pictures, 1 video, and 2 PDFs to do that. It's a lot of work, but anything you can do to assure your buyers that you have the skill to do their project, the better. When I was new and without many reviews, my work samples are what motivated buyers to reach out to me in my inbox. As a buyer, I wouldn't buy from any seller unless I saw their work samples and they were a perfect match for the projects that I have in mind.
  18. Why did you drop a level? Improve whatever stats below 90% and as long as you are above that on May 15th, you can regain your seller level.
  19. @ahmedz502, are you willing to share your impressions chart (several weeks before the break and several weeks after)? Here's mine:
  20. @newsmike gave you great advice: You might want to follow @newsmike's posts and advice, too. Based on my experience, by following @newsmike's advice, I was able to increase my average selling price significantly (from $15 to $180), reduce cancelations, and also learned how to stand up for myself as a seller. However, I did not "get more and more orders." I found out that it was so much better to increase my prices and only get half the orders than I had before. Because of my price increases, I still made more with half the orders. Here is my ASP (it averages out to $180 between the gig orders and few custom offer orders):
  21. Hi @mahrukh716! I don't think it's wrong to go out of office if you really need that time off. Just know that it does take time for your gigs to get traction and regain visibility in search. I took ten days off in March and used the out-of-office mode for it. I turned off my out-of-office mode at Day 7 to allow my gig to regain traction back in search. Even so, it was another 3 days for me to start seeing my impressions pick up again, and several more days before I started getting inquiries and orders. It took about a full week for my impressions to get back to where it was before.
  22. Hi Yoav! I'm back on the forum! It's wonderful to see how active you are and I've really wanted to jump onto the Fiverr Excel threads since I saw the notification about it! Love what you're doing here! Thanks for the link to all the recorded webinars! I was wondering if visual elements could be added so that it's easier for sellers to find the webinars most relevant to them (having that long list of text is bit hard on the eyes). I was looking for the promoted gig webinar (see link below), but didn't see it on the list: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360017729338-Promoted-Gigs#h_01G7PJWY4RXHXNWB1ZQED3C3S5 Are you planning to eventually have ALL webinars located in this section?
  23. Thanks for the correction! 😊 Don't forget to calculate based on March 15th (not today) to be sure that the rate will be above 90%. Update: Just saw your new post! Also use that extension button - it should be your friend. There really should be no reason to deliver late. I use the extension button a lot. As long as you are communicating with your buyer so there are no surprises, you should be fine.
  24. You don't need to contact CS, they will contact you. Fiverr should send you an email notifying you of the next steps that will be taken. Please allow them time to get back with you. It can take several days to hear back from a normal request and it may take longer since your access to the Help Desk is restricted.
