  1. Marvel Snap for me, these days. Plus whatever story based RPG I have time, an hour or so at a time 🙂
  2. I am sick and tired of those messages. I started receiving such messages on the forum, via my gigs, etc. At this point I mark it all as spam, because that's what it is, Spam. Just reply Hi and mark as Spam. That "hi" is Spam if they don't want to buy something from you...
  3. Generally when you receive an email like this chances are that you won't be able to receive your account back, so keep that in mind. As they say, it can take up to 90 days, maybe a bit more. So it depends quite a bit. The thing is, we can only speculate here, only customer support can help you in any way here.
  4. Well then it's clear what happened. You are not allowed to have more than one account on Fiverr. So if you have 2 accounts or more than that, Fiverr most likely identified that and stopped the duplicate account. It's the only logical explanation.
  5. Well academic content is not allowed on Fiverr, so this might bend the rules. But no one can tell you if it's ok or not aside from Fiverr staff. So go to customer support and ask them directly.
  6. Well as a digital marketing expert you may want to use those skills and promote yourself. When people see you rank high and you're successful, they will trust you and thus order from you. But if you are an expert in marketing and can't rank your own stuff.. people will find that sketchy. Wishing you all the best. Good luck.
  7. I mean new client for you. Not Fiverr. If it's the first time working with a person, I for one don't go for very large orders. I got burnt in the past.
  8. You can't remove any reviews. Fiverr will even give you a warning if you ask for any changes to a review. As Gray said, the only situation when they do remove a review is when it's offensive or abusive, etc. But those things are rare. Most likely you saw another gig they have, but who knows. People can't change/remove any review the way they please, that's for sure.
  9. It's hard to say. For me, Promoted Gigs has been on a decline revenue-wise ever since January ended. But I always saw it as an extra way to generate some income, not a primary revenue generator. Hopefully it remains the former option, and it doesn't transform into the latter one...
  10. Considering the results, I can see why you opted out. I can't say I had extremely good results, but overall the ROI was positive for me, so I will keep it. Seller plus, I am keeping it solely because I am one of the first 200 that opted for the service, so we were grandfathered into premium without a dime. Some of the benefits are helpful, the success manager isn't exactly an exceptional service since they can offer limited help, but it can be helpful especially for newcomers.

  12. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4405489899153-How-Promoted-Gigs-works-Ad-ranking-explained?segment=seller It leads you there
  13. You can easily press the LEARN MORE button. It explains better than anyone else.
  14. I wouldn't touch milestones with a first time buyer. You can't rely on a new buyer to stick to 3-4 milestones, I learned that the hard way too. The milestones system is fine, but you want to use it with a return client that knows how the system (and Fiverr) works. Otherwise, you will always have all kinds of issues. Fiverr also focuses more on first time buyer experiences, so canceling such an order can bring in some issues as well, at least for a few months.
  15. Hey Did he place an order with you? Or you did all this work without a pending order? If he didn't place an order, you can easily mark one of the messages as Spam or go to his Profile and block him. If you have a pending order with him, things are more difficult. Ideally, you want to cancel the order if you can't fulfill it!
  16. To be honest Promoted Gigs has never been extremely impressive, at least in my case. It's lucrative, and it does bring in clients that can be repeat buyers in the long run. At least that was the case for me. The downside is they count all the income generated by that buyer as Promoted Gigs income, which is not exactly accurate.
  17. None. I am a member for the most expensive thing and barely have any messages, let alone orders right now.
  18. Spent 4.81, sales $35 in my case. And pretty sure they counted that from a repeat buyer. So yes, pretty bad results all across the board.
  19. Pretty sure this doesn't affect buyers, as those are seller fees.
  20. You won't receive a job if you're active, that's meaningless. Another problem is that you say you're a Professional Digital Marketer and trainer, I can tell you right away that most people here will encourage you to use those digital marketing skills you have to promote your business and reach customers.
  21. I am pretty sure it's based on your previous performance. I am in this program and didn't get it. Yet... I guess.
  22. It might be due to editing your gig. It can also be from bad private reviews from new/older clients, or you not having a great performance when compared to other sellers in your category. So yes, there can be a number of things here.
  23. Customer support already told you. Your account is disabled and what that means is you can't withdraw any money until they make a decision. It can take up to 90 days, and you will receive an email when you are allowed to withdraw.
  24. Well I am not sure Fiverr allows you to close an account that has a warning, just so you can start with a clean slate. I might be wrong, but it seems it would be very manipulative to do so.
