Hello, I was wondering if it's still possible to do a video chat on Fiverr as I cannot seem to find that option on my end. Could you please clarify if this feature is still available or if there are any alternatives for real-time communication? Thank you.

However, as a seller, I face challenges when it comes to receiving payments on Fiverr, which makes me apprehensive and concerned. What if the buyer is not being sincere in confirming the order as completed even if the process was done perfectly and all order requirements were fulfilled by the seller during delivery. In the world of exportation "Letter of Credit" is a good tool for a large volume of goods. But what if the order is below a thousand dollars? I would greatly appreciate any information on alternative payment methods or other Fiverr-aligned payment options that you may have on this topic. The buyer is real but he once resided in Nigeria that was the reason for his local language. Because he later made a video of himself.

I buyer requested for a service from me that has to do with research and he engaged me for weeks as I was updating him bit by bit. As I was done with the necessary findings (because it is a service that has to do with local sourcing), I now realized that the buyer is a Yoruba man but with Fake identity Spain buyer's account on Fiverr. He has achieved frustrating my freelancing effort. It is so painful. To crown it all fiverr hide the option to block him from me.

Then your cash will start clearing for withdrawal and you can cash it after 14 days fiverr auto-mark the order as completed.
