  1. You should never work on a project unless the buyer places an order with you. When a buyer places an order, they will be required to pay. This is how you know their payment is verified. You can also take a look at the reviews that other sellers are leaving for the buyer. If you are on Seller Plus, you will also be able to see into their buying history, price range, tip percentage with you, order completion rate, ratings that they gave other sellers, and more.
  2. It's spam because they are asking you to move communications off of the Fiverr platform (i.e., T-lg-ram or email). This is against Fiverr ToS. Block them immediately by marking their message as spam. You might want to read this article:
  3. For some reason, Fiverr did not consider your profile "high-quality." If you offered something that was against Fiverr's Terms of Service (or worded it so it appeared in violation to ToS), or copied another gig, this may have been a reason for this decision. What services were you offering? Did you copy any other gigs when setting your gigs up?
  4. You only need to watch it once...nothing will happen if all you do is watch the course over and over again. After watching, implement what you learn from the course into your business. This has helped me optimize my gigs and understand what is required to get that first sale. As @jonbaas mentioned, "ranking" or getting your gig seen requires that you understand how to connect with your customers and deliver quality services.
  5. Hi @hasnainshaik547, your level status is updated on the 15th of each month, so as long as you maintain good seller metrics on the next evaluation date, Sept 15th, you should level up then. Also, FYI - if you're asking for tips, please post in "Fiverr FAQs" or "Fiverr Questions" ..."Seller Tips" are for experience sellers to share their tips with others. 😉 (I've requested that your post be moved to the correct category.)
  6. Hi @expert_raina, normally Fiverr will tell you in the email why they could not approve your seller profile. What did they say?
  7. @gigachadsigma - as @filipdevaere & @jonbaas mentioned, most of the forum members are fellow sellers. The buyers who will be buying your services will most likely be using the marketplace to look for your services (not on the forum). The forum is a great place to connect with other sellers and learn how to improve your business.
  8. @vect_plus, t's normal to experience fluctuations in orders - some months you'll make more than others, and sometimes you'll have slow periods as well. Take a look at all of your sources of orders - there may be some sources that you are not using or taking advantage of: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/285033-getting-orders-👀-where-are-they-coming-from/
  9. Hi @fazeenamansoor, right now that's only one data point. So you'll have to monitor how these statistics perform over time to really see if it is a good statistic or not. Higher impressions mean that your gig is seen as relevant when a buyer looks up your service in search. Relevancy is determined not only by how relevant your gigs are, but your seller statistics, quality of service, and ratings compared to your competitors. Higher clicks means that those who see your gig are interested enough to click on it and visit your gig page. If you get orders, that means your gig convinced the buyers who did visit your gig that it was worth ordering. Ultimately, it's the orders that you want to be getting. @jonbaas also had a lot of good advice on setting good business goals to improve your business. You can read more about how Fiverr works here: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/243824-welcome-to-fiverr-30/
  10. @zannat_wp, Fiverr gives a boost to new sellers temporarily, so that your gigs will have a chance at being seen. You can also increase your chances of being seen by being responsive to inquiries that come in, getting orders, and delivering quality services. Everyone starts as a New Seller in the beginning. Just like any business, it requires research and hard work to learn how to connect to your customers so that you can start getting orders, and then more hard work and quality deliveries to keep your customers happy. Here's another great resource that can help you with your business: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282146-how-to-be-successful-on-fiverr-common-questions-answered-and-a-collection-of-great-posts-that-helped-me-achieve-trs/
  11. Wow @anniejenkinson! Why haven't I heard of this before? Where would I find this?
  12. Hi @md_jahid1, Welcome to the forum! If you are using templates, most likely buyers will not look at your offers. You need to read the requests and tailor your answers to each buyer and project. The template you have only talks about you - not how you will help your buyers solve their problems. Please read the articles below to learn what buyers are looking for when reviewing offers that are sent in response to their buyer requests: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/205473-buyers-request-39-offers-should-you-bid-❓/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/200007-read-people-be-original/ Hope that helps you!
  13. Hi @shuvomallick69, Usually a sudden drop in impressions is due to a negative private review (which you'll never see). Fiverr also operates as a matching service and chooses to show your gig to sellers based on relevancy. And this is relevancy based on performance - so if you are not getting as many orders as other sellers, Fiverr will see you as less relevant. Hopefully some of these articles can help pull you out of the slump in sales that you find yourself in: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/104901-getting-through-the-sales-slump-upyour/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/235903-why-your-impressions-and-clicks-are-down/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/243824-welcome-to-fiverr-30/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/284256-no-orders-here-are-7-updates-you-can-make-during-the-slow-times/
  14. Hi @mursaleen5959, Welcome to the forum! You are in a competitive category, so you'll need to find ways to stand out from the crowd. Niche down and give make your USP (unique selling proposition) clear. The forum is a great place to learn and grow your business. Here are a few articles to get started: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/274399-what-happens-when-you-publish-a-new-gig-a-pro-sellers-guide/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282129-the-biggest-seller-mistakes-and-how-to-avoid-them/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282146-how-to-be-successful-on-fiverr-common-questions-answered-and-a-collection-of-great-posts-that-helped-me-achieve-trs/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282067-my-first-25-days-–-how-i’m-getting-the-most-out-of-fiverr-forum/
  15. Hi @ayomide_tunde, The Fiverr Rising Talent badge is a temporary badge given to only a few new sellers based on a manual review by Fiverr's Editorial staff. Not every new seller will be reviewed by Fiverr's team. Here's what the Help Center states: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011204777-What-is-Rising-Talent The best thing you can do is, like the Help Center states, "deliver high quality, original work, avoid late deliveries and cancellations, be responsive and always keep a professional manner" and to "use every feature at your disposal" when creating your gig (such as gig extras and subscriptions). I've never gotten the Rising Talent badge, but have gotten the Fiverr's Choice badge multiple times (the criteria is similar). It really gives a good boost in sales!
  16. Hi @rs_rahaman, Welcome to the forum! 😊 It can take time to build a business and it's normal to go 5 days without an order or inquiry, especially when you are just starting out and have less than 10 reviews. I looked at your profile and you have many happy customers - so keep delivering good, quality work and find ways to make your customers happy. That will give your gig better exposure in search and will make it easier for buyers to find your services. The forum is also a great place to learn how you can improve your business. Here are a few articles that you can read to get started (note: there are a lot of links in the first one): https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282146-how-to-be-successful-on-fiverr-common-questions-answered-and-a-collection-of-great-posts-that-helped-me-achieve-trs/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/286042-📈-fiverr-simplified-two-tips-to-selling-more-earning-more/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/284256-no-orders-here-are-7-updates-you-can-make-during-the-slow-times/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/243824-welcome-to-fiverr-30/
  17. Hi @nazrul780, The client will have a chance to leave a review after each subscription order. Since you have 6 orders in your subscription, that's 6 times the client will be able to leave a review. This doesn't necessarily mean the client will leave a review after each order. Clients aren't required to leave a review, however, this is optional.
  18. Hi @digital_jatin, You'll need to contact Fiverr Customer Support to get that resolved. All of us are just fellow sellers and buyers on the platform. You can create a help ticket here: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/selling-on-fiverr/gigs/create-a-gig/create-ticket
  19. Hi @abusalehrony30, it doesn't matter when you decide to publish your gigs, whether you do it all at once or one at a time. The important thing is that you set up gigs for skills that you are good at and can do.
  20. If you mark them as spam, it won't affect your conversion rate. I've tried to help many newbie sellers at first, too, but it never ended well for me. It's better for them to do things the right way, by researching, reading the Help Center, and taking action to improve their business. I hope you're able to get your conversion rate back up!
  21. Here are some things that you can do: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/286042-📈-fiverr-simplified-two-tips-to-selling-more-earning-more/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/284256-no-orders-here-are-7-updates-you-can-make-during-the-slow-times/ You might also want to read how Fiverr works: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/243824-welcome-to-fiverr-30/
  22. You can let them know that it isn't allowed for sellers to contact other sellers through their inbox. Most seller will immediately block them as spam. If they get blocked enough, Fiverr may even give them warnings and shut down their account. Also, it can actually hurt you as a seller if you are getting messages and they're not resulting in sales. Fiverr's algorithm will see that and assume that there's something wrong with you or your gig (if people are contacting you and it's not resulting in sales). They can always come to the forum, the Help Center, or contact Fiver CS if they need help.
  23. There's no such thing as "gig ranking" any more. Fiverr acts as a matching service based on how relevant your gig is to the buyer's search query. Relevancy is based not only on your gig title and description, but your seller metrics and performance, as compared with other sellers. You can read more about that here:
  24. You can start by reading this:
  25. Hi @melliflousvoice, You need to block out the identities/names of the buyers in your images when sharing their messages on the forum. All of these messages can be categorized as "spam." As soon as you recognize a message as "spam," you can click on the "spam" button to block these buyers immediately so they can't contact you any more. It's not worth it to waste your time talking with them!
