  1. Welcome to the forum, @ahmedkutty! I couldn't find your profile, so I assume you haven't set up a gig yet. That's your first step. Without a gig, you can't earn money. Here are some articles that can help you: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/286042-📈-fiverr-simplified-two-tips-to-selling-more-earning-more/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/284256-no-orders-here-are-7-updates-you-can-make-during-the-slow-times/
  2. @shihab045, it's best to follow @seven_sign's advise and practice so that you can pass the test in 3 months. There are no issues will having an account with no gigs - I had mine for 2.5 years before I posted any gigs. It simply means that you have a "buyer" account now. Opening a new account simply to pass a test misrepresents your skills. It would also violate ToS if you didn't properly shut down your current one. So I wouldn't do that if I were you. @breals is right - it takes hard work and effort to build your business on Fiverr. That includes utilizing your 3 months to improve your English skills so that you can pass the test.
  3. Hi @lillicampagna, I've asked for your post to be moved to "Improve My Gig," since it contains a gig link. 😉 You might want to include English in your bio. You can still have Italian there, but having your bio in English will be helpful to buyers who might want to purchase your artwork. I also noticed that you don't have much in terms of images or text in your gigs. Try being more descriptive in the gig descriptions and utilize all gig images and PDFs to showcase your work and portfolio. Also, you might want to retake your photos for the hand modeling. Buyers will not only be looking at your hands but the quality of the pictures as well.
  4. Have you tried setting up a Payoneer account? I had a similar situation when I couldn't make a withdrawal from PayPal and Customer Support couldn't help me. I had to set up Payoneer to access my funds. Now I use both because if PayPal doesn't work, usually Payoneer will.
  5. I avoid the personal statements and statements of purpose in my writing gig. I should probably add those to my Negative Keywords. The closest I would get to those two documents is proofreading in the form of annotations or comments (not track changes). Students would have to do their own edits. @syedatif2 - Also, you claim: "Acceptance Rate 100% Among Top Institutes" - this is a promise that you can't (also a ToS violation). It really isn't hard to review the ToS and Community Standards to make sure you are in compliance. Please take some time to review these requirements! https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service?source=footer https://www.fiverr.com/community/standards?source=footer
  6. Hi @pendragon2, In both of these cases, you could have had the buyer cancel with "ordered by mistake" and it would not have affected your seller stats. I have done this several times with my buyers. This requires that you first talk with your buyers and communicate this clearly so that they can cancel it correctly. Here is how you do it: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/281489-mistake-order/?do=findComment&comment=1775844 This is absolutely true. If you didn't talk with the buyer and just canceled because the buyer placed an order, then this cancelation should affect your seller stats. If you had discussion with the buyer and determined their request was outside the scope of the order, you could have the buyer cancel as "ordered by mistake," or you could cancel through Customer Service and it should not affect your seller stats. Sellers are not penalized for buyer errors (if canceled correctly). You'll have to submit a ticket to discuss this with Customer Support (they won't find this post). You can submit a ticket here: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/selling-on-fiverr/orders/general-inquiry
  7. Hi @vickiespencer, For my proofreading orders, I set the word count and frequency with the buyer and then enter the agreement in the text box:
  8. Hi @zubairahmad1491, are you still facing this issue? If so, you should contact Customer Service. You can submit a ticket here: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/account-and-security/report-bug

Thanks for the reminder to slow down and breathe! 😊
  10. Hi @ahasan6541, it might be due to the updates that Fiverr is making to Buyer Requests. I have seen about 300 less buyer requests a day since they made the announcement last month.
  11. Hi @rayane798, I suggest that you proofread your gig descriptions and profile. You can also take advantage of updating all the features that are available to you. This article may help you: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/284256-no-orders-here-are-7-updates-you-can-make-during-the-slow-times/
  12. Hi @seo_mikal, Welcome to the forum! A perfect buyer request is one that convinces the buyer to pick your offer over all the other sellers who put in offers. So you need to make sure that you read the request carefully and that you are tailoring your response to that buyer and that you address all the key points that are listed in the request. Here are some articles by buyers that shows you what they are looking for when reviewing offers from sellers: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/200007-read-people-be-original/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/205473-buyers-request-39-offers-should-you-bid-❓/
  13. If you have clicks, it means that people are interested in your gig. This means that they visited your gig page. If you don't get orders, that means the people who are visiting your gig weren't convinced to buy, and so they went to another seller instead. You'll have to do your research to find out how you can best connect with your customers so that they'll want to buy when they visit your gig page.
  14. Welcome to the forum @khaza_hasan! The only skills test I took was the basic English skills test required to post my first gig. Other than that, I haven't taken any other skills tests. Personally, I don't think they are really helpful to your buyers (who would rather see a portfolio of your work or work samples of what you can do).
  15. Have you tried contacting Customer Support? You can submit a ticket with them here: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/selling-on-fiverr/payments-and-withdrawals/withdrawals/unable-to-withdraw-funds/create-ticket
  16. Hi @mawieshams2016, your gig looks fun! Try to make sure that your gig is searchable and easy to find by your target buyers. You can also take advantage of updating all the features that are available for you. These two articles may help you: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/286042-📈-fiverr-simplified-two-tips-to-selling-more-earning-more/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/284256-no-orders-here-are-7-updates-you-can-make-during-the-slow-times/
  17. That might be a bug @sheraz3495, try reaching out to Customer Support to see if they can resolve your issue. You can submit a ticket here: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/selling-on-fiverr/seller-dashboard-and-statistics/dashboard/create-ticket
  18. Hi @katiecontentseo, What you have is just one data point, you'll have to monitor your numbers over time to see how your gig performs. What you really want (more than impressions and clicks) are the orders. So your main goal is to convert the clicks to orders. If people are clicking on your gig, that means there's interest in your services. If they leave without ordering, that means you didn't convince them to buy.
  19. Welcome to the forum,@chat5x20! I saw you other post and it's nice to see some positivity on the forum. 😊 I started posting on the forum in May and enjoy learning and interacting with other sellers and buyers here. It's nice to know that you aren't alone in this journey. What has been your experience so far?
  20. Welcome back, @webspace24! Why did you leave and what made you decide to come back?
  21. Hi @rayane798, sometimes it seems like there aren't any buyer requests - that's because Fiverr only allows a limited amount of sellers from each level to bid on each request. Once the limit is hit, the request can't be seen by other sellers in that level. Also, it might be the time that you are checking. I wasn't seeing buyer requests until I found out that if I checked during US hours instead of Japan hours (where I am), I could see a lot more buyer requests.
  22. You will need to request an official change of delivery date through the Resolution Center (otherwise the order will be considered late, and it'll hurt your seller stats): 1. Click on Resolution Center: 2. Click on "Extent the delivery time" From there you can select the delivery time that you agreed upon.
  23. Hi @nishikanto744, Welcome to the forum! Just so you know, "Tips for Sellers" is a category for experienced sellers to share tips with other sellers. If you want tips, please post in "Fiverr FAQ," "Fiverr Questions," or "Improve My Gig (gig links allowed)." The forum is a great place to learn and improve your business. Here's an article you can read to get started: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282146-how-to-be-successful-on-fiverr-common-questions-answered-and-a-collection-of-great-posts-that-helped-me-achieve-trs/
  24. Hi @zamananika10aza, Fiverr only allows a certain number of sellers from each level to view and bid on buyer requests, so since you moved up a level, you are now in a different pool and competing with Level 1 sellers now. It looks like Level 1 sellers are quickly responding to the requests so it isn't showing for you. Or, there may simply be not enough buyer requests at this time.
  25. I honestly don't know. I knew that making changes could impact the algorithm, so I chose to create 6 new gigs on the same day to minimize impact. These gigs were created about 2 weeks after my first gig, so all 7 of them were new and grew in visibility together. When I make changes, I write the changes in a Word document first so that when it's update time, I have all the information and can make all the changes and updates very quickly.
