  1. This is based on a 60-day period. For e.g: 60 days (01 October to 30 November) is 95%; 60 days (10 October to 10 December) is 86%; And it can also mean 60 days (11 October to 11 December) is 80%.
  2. Let the customer know what can be done within twelve hours, and if they agree to a compromise, deliver on time. If they think more work needs to be done, it will be your decision whether or not to cancel the order.
  3. It is given in recognition of your ability to deliver high-quality work, but it is not a permanent status. Thus, it is only appropriate for them to take away the award and give it to another "rising talent." Continue to deliver good work and you may be considered for the "Fiverr's Choice" status, a designation that indicates high quality work. Both "rising talent" and "fiverr's choice" are temporary promotions, so you should understand that they are not permanent.
  4. You had delivered just 24 hours ago. It means your gig is searchable. Just do a good job and wait for the algorithm to be in your favor.
  5. I use voice-to-text software most of the time. I find it to be convenient, which is why I prefer it over typing on a keyboard. I also would like a new phone just because of Astro Boy, although it is not an expensive purchase, I find it difficult to make a conscious purchase when my current phone is just four months old.
  6. You must accept the fact that you are competing with many other sellers who are more established than you. If your account does not look polished, the general perception is that you are not worth the money. Sellers should have an awareness of the level of services they can offer, their ability to provide services to non-English speakers, and whether they have made an effort to prepare their gig. The thread starter has not fully utilized the 1,200 characters made available to him in the gig description section and he has ended that writing service gig saying "begin your writing journey with me". I don't see how you can say that your business is ready to tier up and/or that you have put in an effort building a storefront for your business.
  7. To advance to the next rank, you need to earn “duty performance points.”
  8. Asked Answered If you are deemed "established" by the algorithm, I think you will negate this effect.
  9. When I began to work with promoted gigs, my organic impression rate declined and it never recovered. I thought this was the case until recently. I had been enjoying the benefits of a "promoted gig" for some time before I suddenly lost that feature. My impressions dropped to 200+ per week, and I had no new buyers for three months. Then, suddenly, everything started to get better. It's stronger than before since.
  10. I would like to see my favorite singer (a Taiwanese) live. As a diehard fan, I have seen her perform in concerts around the world (China, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, London and various cities across the U.S... you get the idea).
  11. Bad for you, good for others. The truth is that if your business is suffering, it means that another seller is taking your customers and making a profit from them. 1 person frustrated, 1 person happy. (I'm sorry that it's your turn to be on the burning end now) The right amount of sellers is contributing to a company when there is a need. To be positive, you are an established seller and I am sure the algorithm will work out for you in the end.
  12. It has been very effective, to be honest. You just don't like it because you don't feel busy anymore.
  13. Though I charge the fees I've listed, buyers often ask me for a discount and say that other sellers are charging lower fees. I'm assuming that you haven't purchased on Fiverr before or that you didn't leave any reviews for the services you have gotten. I'm not sure if you're referring to music services or other kinds of services. Since you mention a specific need of "sounds cheerful" and "uses a lot of 7th chords" in your post, I'll assume it's an additional difficulty or complexity. Many sellers (mostly Western) honor the rates listed, and those on the lower end are often new sellers trying to attract attention by listing low fees. Let's be honest here. If every single seller is doing that with you and I'm assuming that it's plenty--well, perhaps the problem is you.
  14. Just because it's not benefiting you, it doesn't mean that all sellers are "going down". In my opinion, removing buyer request is the best thing that could happen to serious sellers. They'll know their profit margins, and if they're not doing well, they'll make the adjustments. Don't use it, then? If you are unhappy, you should go.
  15. I recommend a change to this "additional offer" to $1,000 or more. It used to be upgradable with "custom offer" but that upgrade is no longer available.
  16. There is an option that allows sellers to directly send you a message, but I have not seen these requests yet. I think the problem is with the seller who provided you the service; they probably forwarded your profile name to other sellers for them to contact you. If tribalism is the case, you can just see if these sellers are all from the same country.
  17. Do not send a Zoom link to any buyer unless it is part of the order or you are getting paid for the zoom call (you can charge a symbolic $5). Not every buyer has the video call icon. I personally don't do zoom calls at all because I am lazy to doll up for the call and it's not polite (in my opinion) if I don't do formal wear for a work call.
  18. Request for it with the Customer Support. I would advise paying for the order and getting it delivered. However, I understand that you may have difficulty obtaining delivery, so I recommend contacting customer support to verify.
  19. Sorry, couldn't resist. If a buyer places an order without discussing it with you first, and the order is something that you do not provide, you can cancel it and contact customer support to explain the situation. They will manually adjust your cancellation rate accordingly. No. Change your minimum order time to 48 hours if this bothers you.
