  1. As a business plan writer, I have some thoughts: 1. Working with english language If your English proficiency is not at an appropriate level, you are not qualified to provide "business plan" writing services. A business plan is a piece of document and you must have above average english comprehension. 2. Ability to communicate I am guessing that you have at least two orders so far. One is the order reviewed above, and the other is the canceled order you are talking about in this thread. I do not think it is likely that you will continue to receive complaints about your ability to deliver within the two (or more) orders you have received. Some unsatisfied buyers are bound to appear for all sellers, but I do not believe that they will come at a rate as high as what is seen in your case thus far. It is either you are incompetent or just have very bad luck. I can understand why the customer canceled this order based on your written English alone.
  2. I had a quiet two-week period and one very busy day in which I received six large orders; I only get 1 or 2 of these a week if I am really lucky. The search button should have been the default option. The buyer request function does not make much sense to me as a buyer, because when I have used it, I only received hundreds of spam messages. I agree that without the BR function, new sellers will find it difficult to grow their business on Fiverr. However, Fiverr already has enough sellers, so this isn't a problem for them. It's just an improvement of user experience for the vast majority of honest buyers and sellers.
  3. In the event of a cancelled order, there are two possible scenarios: the order is cancelled before it is accepted or auto completed, or the order is cancelled after it has been accepted by the buyer or auto completed. If the review and rating is given before cancellation, it will be visible. However, if cancellation occurs prior to the buyer reviewing or rating your gig, they will not be able to do so afterward.
  4. This is exactly the same as what @vickieitosaid. If you are certain that you will receive a negative review, reflect on your own actions and determine what mistakes you might have made.
  5. Your gig "create YouTube account from 2006 to 2009" sounds dubious, which can lead to heightened scrutiny. Your profile description contains the term "since 69", which I do not understand. Is this a term used in the Twitch community? your profile description is just weird. I know twitch didn't exist in so early.
  6. My click rate is 0.01111111111% I guess it's normal?
  7. Make the most of your 1,200 character gig description. Write a profile description that shows your personality and the value you can bring. Avoid copying and pasting the same information from your gig description. Use free tools like https://languagetool.org/ and https://www.grammarcheck.net/editor/ to make sure your english doesn't look so bad.
  8. I was going to post the same. He is talented at keyword stuffing, though.
  9. First of all, there are two points of view here, so we need to make sure that the seller is really at fault. Request a "revision" (you can continually click on revisions if you want without limit; this is an abuse, but it sounds like you should do it because the situation calls for it) and ask him to provide a screen recording as evidence that it works correctly on his end. Second, the instructions. The gig is for software, and so the seller can be technically correct. However, if the instructions will require a great deal of writing, it might take up the entire day; therefore, a payment may be fair. But if the instructions are going to be simple (one page), I find the seller unreasonable. Third, This quote can be used to help you get a refund from this seller when you talk to the customer support. Let him know that you will be posting a negative review due to the fact that you had a poor experience with his services. Serious sellers take this very seriously, because once a seller has a bad review, it can cause an immediate decline in the algorithm here, which will prevent them from getting work for quite some time.
  10. Make sure to write a proper profile description. Maybe not everyone likes "crazy" videos? You can use up to 1,200 characters in your gig description. You used only 565. Maybe you can add more information to make your gigs stand out?
  11. It isn't useful to me. I tried using it once, and problems arose: a 7-day delivery became more than 4 weeks. The milestones need to be manually accepted by the buyer one at a time, which is frustrating for both parties involved. The buyer wasn't happy that time, but they understood the limitation.
  12. Mingalabar It is impossible to identify the seller based on the video alone.
  13. Promoted gig function is not given to everybody, and it is not based on your recent orders; promoted gig status is granted based on your overall performance for a set period of time.
  14. What will you do if the inbox is not functioning as it should and does not upload the files that you need to evaluate a case (from the buyer)?
  15. There are doing so. These days, emails can be tied to associated accounts that you own, so I can see why it should be forbidden. I have had gigs created and denied before, and the customer service gave me a very generic answer: "Your gig is not desirable.". It was a personal statement writing gigs for refugees and another one for fiverr gig description.
  16. Yes. They will cancel the order if you can prove that the seller is not honest. The seller is likely to receive a warning from Fiverr and you did every other buyer a service by weeding out these inhonest sellers.
  17. Perhaps you got some negative comments in private, there are reviews that are visible to everyone and those that aren't. Your clients may have given you negative review / rating.
  18. I don't think your ranking will change but why will you make any changes when you are at the front page for your "niche". Won't it make more sense to change it later during a slow period?
  19. When you have over 10 reviews (at least) and have 3-5 orders in queue, you can increase your price at that precise moment. This is because the algorithm is likely working for you due to your work load and ability to convert, so it will likely tide you through.
  20. Fiverr is pay first before work—how come it's the opposite for you? As a seller, I have blocked some buyers. It's because these buyers are unreasonably low balls, rude or have been threatening me (sometimes unknowingly, especially when you have an existing order for additional work. This is a threat to the sellers like myself, because you haven't reviewed / rated, so depending on how the seller perceived the situation, it may be the case.)
