  1. It is meant to discourage sellers who have trouble communicating in English from providing a service that requires the use of English, such as writing. Let it go. Wait 90 days.
  2. For every established seller who works in the gig economy, one of the biggest insecurities is a slow start. There is a cool down period, followed by a warm up period. If sales do not pick up quickly, some sellers can go crazy.
  3. Your gig description is too short, try to make it longer (take advantage of all 1,200 characters!) Use tags more effectively. Although you may be charging a fair price, on Fiverr, buyers who are willing to pay fair for a gig are few and far between. In addition, the fact that you did not put in an effort in your gig description makes you seem less professional than other sellers. It will be hard to convince buyers to spend hundreds of dollars on you. My personal recommendation is to soften your price until you get ten reviews.
  4. Step 1: (Top right corner) Step 2: Step 3: Step 4: Step 5 (choose either issue with an order or cancel an order) Step 6 Step 7 - Choose the order you have problem with and write your issue in the form fields. Check in once a day to see if the customer support answers (you will probably get an email notification)
  5. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy Patience: I prefer not to communicate with a client about the same thing over and over and over and over... It is frustrating for me to communicate with those who can't speak English fluently, but are sincerely trying to engage my services. I also find it tiring to continue to be pleasant when clients go on and on and on and on. #SMASHMYKEYBOARD Health (Mental / Physical): During November, I didn't have many orders. I thought business would be slow, but within a few days, I had seven large orders. I worked 20 hours a day that week. I stress ate and gained 3kg in two weeks.
  6. If this is the order / review: It's because you didn't provide good customer service. You'll be lucky to not get a warning or kicked off the platform.
  7. So: My thoughts: The buyers will not know you are enrolled in the "plus" program. The plus is useful to sellers who do not spend much time reading the forum and the additional analytics is valuable to optimize the gigs. The coupons will help sellers close sales by stimulating "impulse purchase" (though I will say it's limited and like subscription offers, is going to be opportunistic).
  8. I am also a seller on Fiverr. I have never been encouraged by Fiverr to send unsolicited offers to anyone, including ex clients. I was notified about this function and am aware that I can offer subscription(s) to clients if the opportunity arises and that I can make such an offer.
  9. It seems the buyer has provided instructions in a conversation below. If you did not receive these instructions, please contact the buyer directly. There is nothing anyone can do without some sort of link or to actually understand the problem.
  10. It is a form of spam. You may send them a "Merry Christmas" greeting instead. That way, you appear less business-minded and also remind them that you're still around.
  11. It appears that you did not meet the buyer's expectations regarding the quality of your work. What bug?
  12. The main advantage of being a Seller Plus seller is the analytic(s) and some of the functions available to you. You won't be "perceived" better by the algorithm (I think) or to the buyers... You may have confused "Pro" with "Plus." Top-rated sellers and Pro sellers are perceived to be more prestigious than a Level Two seller like myself. However, many Level Two sellers have been quite successful. In fact, I don't feel too bad for myself for the past few months as a Level Two seller.
  13. Read more here: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010451297-How-to-start-selling-on-Fiverr You may find the answer to your question by searching the forum, or doing a Google search; it's amusing to me that you can learn how to use the forum but you have trouble understanding the rules and regulations.
  14. Music keeps me energized and distracted at the same time. The upbeat tunes keep me stimulated, but I end up putting my hands up and waving them around too much.
  15. A successful foundation for your business is to be skilled at the services you provide. It appears that you have a solid foundation in digital marketing, marketing planning and marketing strategy to help grow your online presence. So why do you need us to give you "success idea"?
  16. Consequential recommendations First of all, please remove your vimeo URL and also your vimeo shows your gmail email. This is a violation of Fiverr's Terms of Service when you communicate with a buyer. Secondly, I recommend that you create a more general video editing gig in addition to your existing one. Lastly, I recommend that you rewrite your gig description. Try including relevant keywords (common search terms) in the first paragraph. Non consequential recommendation Structure your bio better with better spacing and paragraphs.
  17. It's actually a random picture. Such a coincidence! And me lifting my hands up in the sky, hoping to get your blessings. I want to be an established seller too. You might consider diversifying your offerings by offering a drawing of a real person gig. I imagine that such an service would sell much better.
  18. Based on my experience, staying online does make it easier to capture leads. I have found that many buyers are looking for sellers who are "online" and having an App on your mobile staying online to capture all the leads doesn't sound difficult to do. I understand that you say "we need to sleep"... my question is why don't you just "mute" your phone when you sleep? 一期一会 (Am I using this correctly? )
  19. Restructure your gig description first, keep the keywords in the first paragraph. See if there are better tags for your gig.
