  1. Oh please, stop spreading this misinformation. Checking your gig in search results is completely useless. Every person sees gig on different pages or on different spots based on their search history, purchase history, cookies, how they interact in search etc etc. You checking your own gig is completely useless.
  2. I am reporting you. Not only you break forum rules by spamming your gig link but you also give incorrect advice that has nothing to do with reality.
  3. Then I would advise you to read the article again, and @frank_d also wrote a follow up article called “fiverr 3.1” If you lost you promoted feature then it’s a very strong hint that your performance dropped and you really need to up your customer service. The better service, performance etc you deliver the better your placement will be
  4. Here is my review: it’s pretty… bad quality. Designs are outdated and the whole gig structure is also unclear
  5. Not by spamming a gig link. Sellers that utilise social medias put work into building their brand, content and months of work attracting their target audience. Sellers that use other sellers just po advertise their gig links In ready to bet are not getting anywhere, that’s why we still see so much spam and misinformation about “gig marketing” on the forum.
  6. Another set of weird questions from you. From the creators of “why water is wet?”
  7. Logo design category is the best for Logo design 🤷‍♀️
  8. Obviously as you can see on the message it’s a “big makeover” and buyer requests might not exist as they are right now anymore for everyone.
  9. Your offering is not clear, your designs are nowhere near minimalistic style that you advertise, stock images are not allowed to be used in a logo design
  10. I don’t see anything unfair there. You are a business and you are running your business, and every business encounters bad buyers. Though the example above I wouldn’t even call “bad buyer”, I get those kind of messages quite often and that doesn’t mean that client will leave a bad review if you send him an extra. You can’t expect every time you run into a slightest trouble that mommy aka fiverr will cover for you.
  11. And that’s where all this “Congress!” and “Conga” sellers coming from with their perfect 9/10 scores on English test
  12. Those things has nothing to do with getting or not buyer requests. I’m not sure how you even connected those things. And on top of that fiverr is in the process of removing buyer requests completely
  13. If you are afraid of bad reviews than you always will be open for blackmailing. One bad review with his professional answer will be his “scarecrow” for all scammers in the future. So what do you chose: forever be afraid of bad reviews, being bullied into free work and cancelled orders or just get one bad review and never get blackmailed ever again?
  14. That sounds like professional marketing 😂
  15. Your choice, but I would’ve replied something along the lines of “Sure we can do that! It will be just 5$ for those 6 (whatever he is talking about), let me know if you want to go for it and I’ll send you a custom offer for it”
  16. And what was the services you were providing with your gig? What was the title?
  17. It is, most likely it’s just a glitch. You can see a thin green line there on a bar and that means that it counts
  18. All you need to learn is covered in fiverr’s terms and conditions that you signed and confirmed that you read and understood them.
  19. No you can’t, you gig is not actually tips for buyers 😉 The only place you are allowed to advertise and post your gig link is in “my fiverr gig” category
  20. And can you please explain how spending time on the forum can make his clients purchase his gig?
  21. And I would call it “denial” 😉 Don’t you find that it’s too much of a coincidence that your first bad review was 5-6 months ago and that’s exactly when your ranking plummeted? And you also didn’t help yourself with a cascade of bad or semi bad reviews almost every month after that review which did not let those bad reviews to roll out of ratio that is taken into account over the certain period. And yes, one bad review can affect you pretty hard (especially when it wasn’t just one bad review) and especially if those unhappy clients filled out private reviews too and your happy clients did not fill out private reviews then that bad private feedback will have a lot of weight for the algorithm
