  1. If you sell marketing services, you should know how to market yourself, don't you think? Your gig graphics aren't very eye-catching. Also, 'without any hassle' doesn't sound very intriguing or professional.
  2. I don't. I always wonder when this topic comes up, "Why?" You get no benefit from keeping your money in Fiverr. There's no interest paid. I don't know how banking works in other parts of the world, but obviously everyone has some kind of account to withdraw money to. It should be easy enough to use your money from there.
  3. Did you have multiple accounts? If so, I'm not sure why you would have expected a warning. It's clearly stated in the TOS that multiple accounts are forbidden. Hopefully they get back to you within the 90 days.
  4. I'm guessing that you mean 'how can I spend my time on Fiverr?' I would suggest spending more time OFF Fiverr taking online classes, reading information, and otherwise improving your English, business, marketing, and service skills. Hanging around on Fiverr won't improve anything.
  5. I vote for a tiny skull and crossbones to show dangerous information (like staying awake 24 hours or TOS-breaking recommendations)
  6. It's still money you didn't expect to get when you started the order. Be happy.
  7. I never understood why someone would want a language they can't read tattooed on their body. At least do tons of research first. Very good idea to ask a translator! When something will be with you for life, you'd think people would take special care.
  8. This type of post deserves a new 'Like' emoji that transcends the up arrow or heart. Thank you for continuously sharing gold with us. Extremely informative. One thing I struggle with is optimizing a higher average price against what I want to earn and how much work I want to do here. Trial and error, to a point, I guess! Total aside, but I wonder if Fiverr will make a Seller Plus members' only part of the forum ever.
  9. Thank you so much for sharing your whole process. I've learned some interesting things. Sorry I missed the live stream, but other's questions matched some of my own going through. I feel all inspired now to make changes.
  10. No, it's not true, otherwise all the forum people constantly spamming meaningless comments on the forum would not also complain about having no orders.
  11. I feel a bit dumb asking this question, but where is this Project Portfolio option. I am a TRS and do not see any extra options on my gig pages to add examples of work. I'm a writer, so things like portfolios aren't quite the same as a graphic designer, for example. Maybe it is for specific categories?
  12. Nothing. I said you don't lose them because you did something wrong. That means you did nothing wrong to lose them. I don't personally know if YOU did something wrong or not. Losing those badges is not punishment, though.
  13. There's no reason to feel bad about this. These aren't permanent badges you lose because you did something wrong.
  14. I appreciate your attempt at a metaphor, but I disagree. A pipeline automatically brings water to everyone eventually. Fiverr doesn't automatically bring business to everyone. Also, people who received orders (water) once or for a even regularly can still stop getting them. Nothing is automatic on Fiverr. Patience is not how you build a business. Yes, it's a good quality to have, but simply waiting around for the orders to flow in will get you nowhere.
  15. I just had to chime in and say, "No!" No buyers should expect sellers to work at all without an order. No sellers should ever do work without an order in place. That is not only against the rules but a wide open door to scammers.
  16. I agree completely. I've had people message me with things similar to, 'god willing, you will take my order.' Ick. I turned down a buyer the other day (service I didn't provide) and their response was, 'I'll pray for you." To each their own when it comes to religion, but no deities are going to convince me to take you on as a client. All glory to Fiber forever. Congas! 🙌
  17. Offering something we're good at and always striving to improve. Whenever I receive messages from people asking how I became a TRS or how to get a single order, the answer frequently aligns with this topic. I can't bring myself to say, "You're not good enough at the service you're offering ." I hate feeling judgmental, but it often comes down to exactly that. I never say that, though. I evade such conversations. Great post. The 'mentor' badge suits you well.
  18. This might sound like a complaint, but it's not. I signed up for the discount month when they first announced Seller Plus. After some scheduling issues, I did receive an email from my SP manager. (I cannot do Zoom calls, etc. because of some hearing issues that make auditory comprehension troublesome.) I didn't get any specific advice, but I didn't have any specific questions either. Like you, I already had what I consider enough orders, but was eager to improve. I expected more, quite frankly... some type of 'here's my improvement or suggestion report for you.' Before the next payment, I contacted Fiverr and asked them to discontinue the SP subscription. They cancelled my involvement immediately, which meant I didn't even get a whole month of the service that I paid for. I only ever received one introductory message from my success manager. I've toyed with the idea of trying again, but I can't quite tell what I'd get out of it. Like Newsmike says, you get someone in Fiverr to talk to right away. But what for? Advanced analytics sound nice, but as I'm already getting plenty of orders, I'm not sure how they'd help. I don't expect to transition to Pro, so that's not a draw. I understand the mindset of "good enough" might hold me back (from my millionaire dreams?), but I'm not sure how SP would help with that. Eagerly following this thread for more information.
  19. That is a fabulous idea. It would benefit writers, too. One milestone outline, the next rough draft, a third final, a fourth formatting... or whatever suits the order needs. It's a bit like a multi-phase service package.
  20. 98/100 Score 36% repeat buyers in my main category. Repeat buyers give me 76% of my earnings, though. I read the additional information on the page. Curious to know how exactly things are weighted to come up with the score. Does the earnings/repeat buyer play into things? Also, (and I don't mean this to sound rude) but does this really matter? Other than knowing we're satisfying clients who buy more on Fiverr, it doesn't *do* anything, right? Are we being rewarded in some background way for pleasing people who pay more fees to Fiverr over a longer period of time? Interesting stats, though.
  21. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. (Don't rely on income from one source.) Don't undervalue yourself. Choose who you work with wisely. While this is harder on Fiverr because some people just order and you have to work for/with them, jumping on any chance offered often results in more headaches than it's worth. Keep building your marketable skills AND understanding of how to run and grow your business.
  22. I just had to jump in and compete. 😉 (I'm kidding!)
  23. I'd assume it would just close if someone informed Fiverr of the death or dwindle to a low-rated nothingness if not. Does Fiverr delete abandoned accounts? I would think they'd have to, eventually. I doubt you can pass down your account to your heirs. The reviews, etc. wouldn't reflect their ability to do the same job, would they?
  24. If you read the long, in-depth advice posts from sellers with an excellent track record of success, the Fiverr Forum will help you improve your business. That's really the only way, but it takes effort, not just random posting here.
