  1. Seems like they are asking for additional work. They key word here is “ask”. I don’t know what the original agreement was or how much additional work another 6 items is. My advice would be to embrace and pivot: ”Sure that’s definitely something I can do for you. It’s an additional $X. Would you like for me to issue an additional invoice to this order so we can get started on this additional request? Thank you!” (assuming this is an open order) They are dangling the “great review” carrot which doesn’t seem to be coming from a bad place, they are just hoping you will do it as part of the original agreement. It’s up to you to ask for fair compensation and be kind but firm. A lot of people are doing these requests for free hence the ask we keep seeing on this platform.
  2. It’s not that common. I sell $5k+ projects often and no one complains about the buyer’s fee, they understand cost of doing business. Some have asked for clarification and I happily explain what it is. I wouldn’t cover the fee if asked, not sure I would even take on the project if such a red flag appeared.
  3. This is not a video game. Fiverr’s algorithm is trying to reward certain behaviors/traits. If your gigs are not being served then look on how you can improve relevance, performance and trust signals.
  4. I don’t think pinning this would help as the majority of this forum doesn’t read anything, they will go ahead and post their rants. 🙂 Here’s a sneak peek:
  5. This topic is to help limit the number of posts that ask “where are my buyer requests?” in full-on panic mode. Fiverr is now pausing buyer requests on the app and I think on the desktop version as well as they will be replacing this feature with a new version soon. They finished testing the feature yesterday and it should start rolling out soon. I don’t know how the new feature will work but based on a test message I received it’s similar to “brief and match” only Fiverr will somehow help “certify” the requests one gets. Maybe they will break this into seller plus members and non-members. (So only members get those “certified” requests) We’ll soon find out!
  6. So have your friend post their question here. Not sure why your friend is using one of your multiple accounts to post their question.
  7. A new update happened roughly 90 days ago, in the beginning of the previous cycle. It signals that the search feature is now working differently. More info to follow soon. Could be unrelated to your situation though if you lost the ability to promote. Yes you can bounce back.
  8. So your title is “improve my gig” and it didn’t occur to you yo post it under the “improve my gig” category?
  9. I am thinking about writing a post about how to properly use this new feature as it may not be as intuitive at first. I had to have some things explained to me by the team who made this, as some terms are not super-clear. But then again not a lot of people have this feature since the seller plus subscription is not available to everyone. What do you guys think?
  10. I am not a writer so I’m not aware of the copyright issues mentioned. I want to remind you that if you are not using a Fiverr feature at all, it is hurting your profile. Not a lot, but it is definitely holding you back somewhat. So maybe use it but be creative about what you post and how it’s presented?
  11. 🎵"Residue still on my hand
It feel like I'm back in the kitchen (I'm back)"🎵

  12. I have conducted a quick survey and it seems like it's a trend right now on the entire marketplace. Also spoke with several Fiverr reps and seems like they can't really explain it.
  13. @miiila Fun fact: the number of impressions you see when viewing your gigs is less accurate than the impressions you see under the seller plus dashboard.
  14. Conversion rate has a lot to do with pricing. We are all differently priced so it's not a stat that we can compare directly. 🙂
  15. Didn’t I reply in our private thread? Apologies, I thought I replied. Check out our thread. 🙂
  16. Your stats exclude you from my ALL-RED club. 🙂 In all seriousness, this is a coincidence. The fact that you went Pro is one part of it. (I have shared my opinion in private) But another part of it is that Fiverr made a change. I don't have the full picture yet, but what I can say is this: you should stop searching for your gigs. I used to say this in the past but now, the move has finally been completed: Fiverr serves results based on so many metrics and factors, that all search results are catered to your specific history and behavior on the platform.
  17. I’m also not a video editor. I’m an animator/creative director. Not sure what this post was about, probably a way to promote your logo design, but thank you for including me.
  18. Those badges are old. The rising talent badge is awarded on brand new accounts that the system flags as potential great future performers and then someone from the editorial team awards them that badge. The choice badge is awarded by the editorial team based on current performance and buyer satisfaction rate.
  19. It's a great entry point for anyone who watched Fiverr's stock go to $300 and beat themselves up for missing the boat. If anyone has cash in hand and is willing to go long on Fiverr because they believe in the company and the CEO, now is a good chance as the entry point is fairly low. The bear run is not done yet, so if you are easily shaken, then you won't enjoy the next 6 months or so. But if you are willign to invest and then wait for years, then $30 doesn't seem like a bad entry point.
  20. As I keep saying over and over again: When Fiverr provides us with indicators of performance, it means they are tracking something before they start using it as a metric. So for instance, they were able to track our order response rate for at least a year and a half before they used it in our hidden metrics and before this badge came to be. Right now I can see at least 2-3 more indicators, that no one is paying attention to at the moment. But that's for another time. 🙂
