I think it's all about gig research. Make a unique gig before publishing gig and your gig will be ranked just active in forum.

For the same reason we no longer use computers that fill a whole room.  We found a better way to build computers.

Clicks and impressions are reduced, clients are not knocked me. And I can't get the order.

If want to develop at Fiverr then keep researching, watch tutorial on YouTube, follow Fiverr forum, read Fiverr forum tips for seller pages post daily and take action.

You could send offers to buyer requests that you can do well.

You could change the title of your gigs that start with "I will do create..." so they start with "I will create...".

Because some of these buyers,

Their work is being done by us, but they are not paying.

I completed the job but they did not pay

They are not short on money, they took advantage of you.  Why would you ever start on a job before they place the order?  Rule #1 is never start until they actually order.

A buyer orders, pays, and then you deliver. That is how Fiverr works.

If you bypass this you will have worked for free.

Well, why would they bother to pay if you have already delivered it all without an order in place? You gave it away for free.

No, they are not. maybe some of them or he/she has more important things than paying seller's.

Then maybe you weren't aware of that. if you would offered him already then fiverr will automatically complete your order.

must try to contact this buyer. I'd wait for his response. if he/she doesn't respond then contact Fiverr CS about the job you did for this buyer.

some buyers try to steal the seller's work without paying not letting you know. not all buyers do that.

Never was a buyer. Was just a scammer looking for easy pickings and reeled one in. 🎣
