  2. So I hope I'm being dim but I can't for the life of me find my subscriptions. I have 2 buyers that both started a subscription last month and I completed both of their first orders in the subscription. About a month has passed and I know the next order for each is due to start shortly but I can't find them anywhere. In the help centre it references the 'order page' and the 'subscriptions tab' but I can't see this anywhere. Does anyone have any idea?
  3. I have noticed to get subscriptions for my all gigs(8). i have set for two gigs, and thinking ofr other how to add it. But suddenely i have found that there is no subscription option after a week later. And, i can't delete or modify those two gigs with subscription i have set. Is this a game! What should i do then!

  5. I would love to be able to setup weekly subscription gigs. Or bi-weekly. I know I can do custom offers. I am talking about setting up a gig that is strictly for subscriptions. Monthly does not work for me and I don't want it combined with the basic gig and a subscription is an option. It seems simple enough to give us this flexibility.
  6. If the gig is done in 7 days can the subscribe buyer request the next one right away? Or are subscriptions only meant to be one illustration (in my case) each month? I do not know what to tell my client who would like to get a subscription to me but doesn't know how these work here and asks me if I can explain ot to him. So again. If a monthly subscribed gig order is finished in less than a week, is that going to: a) trigger the beginning of the next order for that month? b) trigger the order meant for the next month? (therefore, if he subscribes for 6 months and I finish all of his 6 order in one week his subscription will end) c) not le him place an order to me for a month, until a "cool down" happen? Please help me on this one. Fiverr is very ambiguous about this feature in their description.

  8. I am a seller in fiverr and recently I have got the option to activate subscription in most of my gigs. I am going to activate it. But If I want to send a custom offer to any buyer in subscription form, the rebate percentage is not working. How can I send it ? Please help.
  9. How many repeat order is required to activate subscription option in fiverr gig ? I want to activate subscription in one gig of my fiverr profile. There is one return buyer with so many order. But there is no repeat business score showing till now. My gig category is eligible for subscription. What is the criteria for it ?
  10. So I have been a seller on Fiverr for over 1 year. I have always maintained a 100% completion rate. I had a repeat client forget about his subscription, and so I had to request that he cancel the order. He has continued to come back for other orders and I am in good standing. This was my first and only cancellation, to date. Now my Order Completion score has fallen to 90%. What gives?! How can I have a 90% order completion rate when I have only had one cancellation...and one that was not my fault. Does anyone know how to remedy this issue? It makes me wary of using the subscription option.

  13. Fiverr give me a new option that is called subscription. Should I add the option or not? Will this effect on my gig ranking?
