  1. Yes. I was verified by providing the required documents. I understand that new sellers are not vetted though; one seller that I know of personally is now a level two and was never requested personal documents to verify their identity
  2. As long as you provide your identification and allow the seller to decide if you are a "real buyer," most level-two (and level one) members with a good number of reviews are at least somewhat reliable. I wonder if your personal experience has something to do with what you are willing to pay for a reliable seller who communicates well.
  3. Reading that negative review of your gig, I can see how the algorithm has determined that it is highly relevant (and influential) due to the context. However, it does not mean that it is true. Negative reviews are part of doing business on fiverr, so do not be disheartened; your gig will recover.
  4. You need to use your best judgment when evaluating buyers. Some clients use Google Drive, so if you give them your email address to work with them or evaluate files, then it is part of evaluating the buyer's requirement. But if you are giving them your contact information just to communicate outside of the purchase process, that is on you.
  5. Ask them to provide their passport or identification details. ( ´ཀ` ) Jokes aside. If they have already placed an order, why would you think they are not genuine? ( ° ᵕ ᵔ )
  6. The so-called gig rotation is an actual thing, no one can say for sure how long it will last. Nonetheless, I can tell you two problems with your gig: 1. You changed your gig description on Aug 13 in reaction to the drop in impressions, so the new gig description may be of poor quality. You can consider reverting to your previous description. 2. You won't get the impression you usually would if you set your status to "away" instead of "online," right?
  7. I can only guess because there is no official word on the matter. My most popular gig is not in the business category of Fiverr, and I cannot create a gig for it (not eligible?). I think that the more common gigs (writing, design) have a higher criterion to meet.
  8. I think you will get it as long as you are active. I think that you may have gotten the notification while you were away. It will come in the form of a notification to set up your account. I'm sure it will come.
  9. You haven't. It's just your profile picture brings back memory of me playing MapleStory many years ago.
  10. There was an invitation to create a seller buyer profile (looks like this)
  11. Check your profile page (under your profile picture) for a Fiverr business profile. If you find one, you are already on it.
  12. LOL. It's in those gigs that are already listed in Business and not those that aren't... Monumental confusion.
  13. It depends on whether there are boosters within the Fiverr business accounts. Some of the gigs will make sense to sell on Fiverr Business, like personal assistant (PA) services and virtual assistant services. You're right though, why will anyone limit their exposure. I can see why I will want to create a gig to be on business if it is currently not in that category.
  14. Fiverr Business Buyers don't see most Fiverr sellers' regular gigs. They see a list of selected sellers. Fiverr Business Buyers pay $100 per year to maintain their accounts, so they are technically better buyers on paper. However, most of them get their first year for free.
  15. There are a handful of Fiverr Business Clients. These buyers will not see the regular gigs. So, having my gigs in the Fiverr Business category will allow me to reach the largest audience possible. I just don't understand this particular notification; it seems to imply that I can create gigs specifically for the Fiverr Business category.
  16. I just received a notification that tells me to list gigs exclusively on Fiverr Business. I can now see the placements of my gigs in "Fiverr" and "Fiverr Business." Is it possible to manually add gigs on Fiverr Business?
  17. No buyer is a noob. It is up to you if you're willing to communicate with them and understand their needs... if not, there are many sellers who are willing.
  18. If you don't think it's working, try deactivating it. It seems like you're running your own Twitter ads anyway.
  19. HAHA ( -_•)╦̵̵̿╤─ A digital marketer asking "how to get lots of orders" on a digital platform. Jokes aside (Sorry for that). As a new seller, there is little you can do except to wait for the algorithm to promote you and take advantage of that opportunity by earning the trust of your first buyers who will help you gain momentum.
