Another discussion on the topic (chronological-view): https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/262261-fiverr-seller-plus-worth-it/?sortby=date Just because one meets the technical qualifications for consideration, does not mean one has earned TRS, nor meets Fiverr's unknown hidden metrics. Those are a secret for a REASON. As for levels, another thread with an alternative viewpoint: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/217955-your-level-doesnt-matter And a thread on what some sellers might encounter upon 'leveling up': https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/148025-level-1-hell-pass-the-test-new-sellers/ Nah, nothing to contribute to this one. https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/240510-sponsored-gigs-progress-report/ This one reflects back on recognizing red flags (scams), BUT also should address the Seller Rights when threatened with cancellations before the order is complete, but after the work is delivered. Fiverr states "Orders are not eligible to be canceled based on the quality of service/materials delivered by the Seller if the service was rendered as described in the Gig Page." in the Payments Terms and Conditions (which ARE a part of the ToS). HOWEVER, the next line after that one is "You may rate your experience with the Seller on the Order Page, including the overall level of service quality received." So: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/212415-cancel-order-or-i-will-give-you-a-bad-review/ (This link could have gone under the next section, but fit better here.) Yup, those links are the ones I usually share! I'll only add: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AW9ENJIt1o (In the video ^ one thing not mentioned is that your TIME is a part of your 'property' too. Just like physical properties, people will trespass on your time, too.) Echo: NO. Fiverr itself says "Fiverr’s services start at $5.00. While it can be tempting to offer promotions or discounts to start your orders rolling in, offering your work for free is not a recommended approach to connect with or entice potential buyers. Set your potential buyers' expectations and set the precedent that your work can’t be obtained for free. It’s essential to know your worth as a seller and not to compromise it to attempt to attract buyers." Source: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010949038-4-Things-to-Do-Before-Creating-Your-Gig?segment=seller Note: The Payment Terms and Conditions and the Community Standards are ALSO INCLUDED in the Fiverr Terms of Service contract that you've already agreed to.
  4. I'm mostly a hobbyist digital artist (I prefer pencil and paper), but a sibling of mine has a cintiq that enables, quote: Cost-wise, it was saved up for over time. The only other comment provided on the centiq was: As for computer specs, that's more complicated: Again, this was over time. Not all at once. Budgeting is great and I totally support anyone who does, but what some people can forget is that 'buying a new X' can often be done a bit at a time. Not always, but often.
  5. So, you only render? No designing? You gig title could use improvement. The word 'do' is rather weak. Think like a Buyer: if you were buying your service, what would you type in the search bar? https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011094958-SEO-tricks-for-gig-titles
  6. You might have to reach out to Fiverr Customer Support for this one. Though... "draw" usually implies 2D, and your category is 3D?
  7. Well, as long as we're not limited to Fiverr jobs... I use to work in a photo printing lab in the early '10s. There was a fad for a while where disposable cameras were put on wedding reception tables for the guests to use as they liked. Outdoor receptions usually had a few fun pictures, but indoor receptions were usually not well-lit enough for good shots, even with a flash, often resulting in many images where nothing could be seen, even with the negative scanner settings on max and the computer image editing software. (LOTS of fingers-in-front-of-lenses, which ruins exposure contrast.) The lab policy was to only print out the images that had something that could be made out, even if it wasn't of anything. As long as the cameras weren't an after-hours drop-off, we often encouraged such orders to add a CD to the order, so that they could mess with the images themselves on their own time and see them better from the comfort of their own homes. We even would include a print with thumbnails of all the images on a roll with any film order. It's been long enough that I don't remember all the details or pricing, but I do remember one person who had probably at least a dozen of these 24-exposure disposable cameras. Was easily a $50 order at least. ($3-4 per roll of film for processing, and about $0.10-.30 per printed image depending on paper type. CDs were about $2-4 each, and could fit about 100 images each.) It was kind of sad, because of the possible ~300 exposures, we probably only printed about 30-40. The weird part is that, after they came to pick up the order, they then insist on printing out a copy of ALL the images, after they'd seen that most of them were pretty much nothing but either black rectangles or fingers (another $30). A real head-scratcher, that one.

  9. No. You have access to a search engine. Use it. 0000 GMT is the cutoff time, though sometimes the actual update is delayed and the numbers will show 0 for a few hours.
  10. That's a bit sad, but in it's own way somewhat of a good thing. As you noticed, they can be a BIG time sink, and there are so many other forms of exciting and/or therapeutic entertainment out there! I will say, since you've had two strikes already, and if you're willing to give electronic games one last chance, to make it a visual novel OR a puzzle game (WITH NO TIMER). I'm basing this on the knowledge that you're a reader/writer, which usually means you go at your own pace, and probably would prefer to 'stick a bookmark' in when needed, and to reduce/eliminate the need for quick reflexes. As for which I'd recommend, you'll have to give me a bit, as I'm just starting supper, and will have to think on it. --- (As for my current game, I'm still playing Oxygen Not Included at a very slow pace. Other things have been taking priority.)
  11. I stumbled across this. LOVE THEM! (Just wanted to say that.)

Awe thank you, and WOW, that was from a while ago!!
      Oh good memories indeed. 😄

There are times that I get stressed out due to some buyers cough cough but I'm so glad I joined Fiverr, I can't thank my friend enough for recommending it to me!!

  12. I'm not clicking that. To answer your question, edit your gig as often as NEEDED, but as little as possible. There is no limitation as to when you can edit.
  13. That's too broad of a question. It could mean anything from technical (hardware/software) innovations, to consumer interest (economics and market research), to rediscovering classical techniques and applications (history as it applies to today). Predicting industry trends long-term is difficult, if not impossible, especially since the market is fickle, and things can change in an instant (see 2020). Also, we are your competitors. If I did happen to notice a trend that I could capitalize on, why would I share it? Exclusivity is a part of having competitive advantage.
  14. Question: What kind of reply are you looking for?
  15. Since the thread was bumped again, adding this one:

  17. This can be found here, https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011028318-Managing-your-Gigs , in the second paragraph. (Do NOT count on those numbers staying that high for very long.)
  18. Wrong. You have a licensed character in your gig image. That is NOT good. It is very unprofessional. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4410883326481-Gig-image-guidelines-Making-the-most-of-your-Gig-image?segment=seller --- ---
  19. I've never encountered the post limit in this new forum. (In the old forum, flags were considered posts, and I would occasionally run out due to flagging.) But I also seldom post for the sake of posting. If I write something, I do my best to be either meaningful, thoughtful, helpful, and/or contributive.
  20. No. The first post was quite clear. If you don't understand what 'hate speech' is based on that, Google it, or ask someone in-person who you trust. This is not a topic to be taken lightly. (I also highly doubt that you haven't come across it before.) https://www.fiverr.com/community/standards/objectionable-content

  22. I know this thread is old, but I just found this one and I HAD to share. Responding to a Buyer Request anyone?
