  1. Number 9: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/253722-community-standards-forum-rules-2021/ If you need help from Fiverr, contact Fiverr. https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new
  2. How long would it take you to get an ID card, or other form of valid ID? Your account might be locked during that time, but there have been several under-eighteen Sellers that have reported no problems reactivating their accounts, once they've gotten their IDs. Probably should contact support first, let them know you're waiting on your ID. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010968038-Verifying-your-Identity and
  3. I think those are PDF files? I know you can save images in a PDF for your own gallery, that will have that effect, but I've not seen that work in a Live Portfolio. Wish I could give you a solid answer, but I'm honestly not sure. (Handy link on Live Portfolio's for anyone who may be visiting this question/topic. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010509437-Live-Portfolio-and-Project-Portfolio?segment=seller)
  4. You can forward your Buyer this link: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360049982453-How-do-I-tip-my-seller?segment=buyer
  5. The answer is no, you cannot. The money in your account can only be withdrawn in specific ways, and must be withdrawn all at once. Please see: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010530278-Withdrawing-Funds?segment=seller
  6. If it was specifically "canceled by Buyer", then it might be a chargeback. As long as the order was completed to the specifications of the gig, you might be reimbursed, but only Fiverr knows all the aspects of the order. If the Buyer had a legitimate complaint, you might not be. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010978618-Chargebacks-and-seller-protection
  7. Put the image in the video for a frame at the very end, then select that frame to be the video's thumbnail.
  8. Short answer: you can't. Longer answer: the Fiverr Choice badge is granted by Fiverr and is much like the Rising Talent badge: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011204777-What-is-Rising-Talent and while it is possible to earn, it's best to focus on self-improvement over trophy-chasing. There are, quite literally, over 2 million gigs on Fiverr.
  9. Any time you edit your gig, it will go through a verification process. During this time, it is removed from the search. The amount of time this takes can vary from a few hours to several days. Some people report that they never recover. In general, gig editing advice can be simplified to: "As infrequent as possible, as often as needed." If you're gig is doing well, chances are that editing isn't needed.
  10. The entire Fiverr forum recently migrated to a new platform, so old links often will be broken. If the URL starts with [fiverr.forum.com] instead of [community.fiverr.com] then it's an old link. Fortunately, most old links contain the title of the thread, such as https://forum.fiverr.com/t/how-to-get-any-orders-at-all-and-get-more-once-you-have-a-few/502078 Fortunately, Google is amazing. You can run a search for the title, and use the [site:] option to search within the new forums themselves. (The in-forum search option doesn't work near as well.) "how-to-get-any-orders-at-all-and-get-more-once-you-have-a-few" site:community.fiverr.com You can also just copy/paste the title! No need to retype or bother to remove the hyphens. Works just as well. The quotation marks may-or-may-not be needed, though. I've not experimented without them, since I know I'm looking for the exact title. I also don't know how well other search engines work.
  11. It's absolutely okay to not use up all your offers.
  12. From the Fiverr Terms of Service: It doesn't say anything, specifically, about FaceBook, though I would recommend reading the ToS/T&C for FaceBook's ads to be sure, as breaking a third party's ToS IS a violation of Fiverr's ToS.
  13. Check out the Tips For Sellers category (https://community.fiverr.com/forums/?sortby=posts&sortby=posts&sortdirection=desc&forumId=16). You'll find hundreds of threads offering advice on a variety of things to consider and/or improve. (Note: Not all advice can apply to all gigs or categories. Be sure you check multiple sources **as there are some false tips**(https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/215551-top-5-fiverr-myths-debunked/), even among the top threads.) It takes a lot of work to make it as a freelancer, so be sure to research and plan accordingly. "If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail." (Attributed to Benjamin Franklin)
  14. Short answer: 1) Have something that people want to buy. 2) Know who those people are, and market to them. Longer answer: Check out the Tips For Sellers category (https://community.fiverr.com/forums/?sortby=posts&sortby=posts&sortdirection=desc&forumId=16). 15. The only way I know of to make *sure* the primary image is indeed primary, or to guarantee any specific order, is upload them in the order you want them in, one at a time, and sometimes saving in between the uploads. As for how they'll appear as thumbnails, you can get a good idea of how they'll appear by checking them from your profile. HOWEVER, they'll appear differently depending on monitor resolution as well as differently on mobile. It's best to leave a decent margin to account for those variances.
  16. Sounds like a chargeback. You'll have to ask Fiverr Customer Support for any info that's not in the article: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010978618-Chargebacks-and-seller-protection
  17. > “Gig positions are not permanent and can rotate daily.” This can be found here, https://fiverr.com/support/articles/360011028318-Managing-your-Gigs in the second paragraph. --- You can check here to verify that the gig is active: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new/gig?level1=not_searchable
  18. It's reported to be a bit slower than the ticket system, but you can reach Fiverr CS via: support@fiverr.com
  19. As long as the ORIGINAL delivery was made on time, Revisions can show 'late' without affecting your statistics. However, a Gig Extra might mess with the clock, from what I've read here on the forums. For those, additional delivery time needs to be added on from the time of the original deadline plus the time needed to finish the additional work, and not the time that the Extra is made or accepted. So, it depends on if 'extra revision' is a Gig Extra or an order Revision.
  20. There's really no need to start over. There are topics on this discussion here on the forums from people who were primarily buyers for years before deciding to become sellers, and who had no trouble due to the appearance of an older account. On the other hand... There have been mentions of people who've taken the 'new account' route, then discovered that they couldn't use ANY of their previous gig or profile images or descriptions, because they were 'copied' from their original account. If you do choose this route, be sure to inform Customer Support first. Whichever you decide, I will say that I think you'll have trouble getting orders. I glanced at your gigs and I'm not particularly impressed. That's not to say you can't get orders, but that you should improve your current setup first.
  21. Oof, I gotta sound this one out. Axe, but could also represent 'cut' or 'chop', but might be ex- something... Mailbox, postbox, letterbox... specifically, closed, which could imply 'outgoing'. Sneeze, sick, ill, achoo... Eight ball, billiards, possibly 'prediction' considering, but could be the phonetic 'ate'... DE, or the... Helmet with white cross, rescue, safety... ... . . . Accelerate the rescue?
  22. Do you mean a Seller's gig? Have you checked their profile page? If that's gone, then they may have left Fiverr. If it's not gone, then you can try to reach out to customer support and politely ask that they contact the seller for you. It's possible that the Seller might be on vacation, though I'm not sure how likely that is. HOWEVER: Sellers have the option to say no. If a Seller finds a Buyer difficult to work with, or harder to please than reasonable, or even rating an order anything less than 5 stars, blocking the Buyer might be the only option to stop a Buyer from ordering again.
