  1. The time can be extended because the whole point is to give buyers the time to check the delivery is ok. The 14 day hold period isn't relevant to the buyer. The buyer needs to submit a revision request anyway if they want changes, which will mean your order won't be considered complete anymore so the three day timer would be void because the order will go back to being open. If the changes are outside the scope of the original work you can say no, or you can send them an offer to pay for "extras" to cover the original work.
  2. You need to contact support and explain the situation at this point. Don't accept anymore requests to extend the delivery
  3. I think it might depend on the service being provided - I do agree that it makes sense though to extend it! I guess the best answer is to check - the deliver again button should have a note next to it that will tell you if the timer will reset or not. 🙂
  4. This can happen if the buyer goes to "out of office" or "vacation" mode. It's happened to me before and CS simply adjusted my statistics. However, since stats reset every 60 days, it's also possible for your stats to drop over time even if you haven't missed anything recently - if 50 days ago you got 100 messages in a day, and responded to all of them quickly, but at day 40 you missed someone's message, after 15 days have passed you'll lose the positive boost from the 100 messages while still taking a hit from the missed message 40 days ago, until the timer elapses on that one. That was a more extreme example but it's just something to keep in mind, because often people forget this can affect their stats, assuming a deduction is due to a recent action.
  5. Hi there, If you deliver a second time, the 3 day timer resets and you have to wait an additional 3 days from the time of the second delivery. If you just send them a message with a file attached, rather than a new delivery, this does not reset the timer.

    Fiverr Account

You're only allowed one account - if you have multiple accounts you can be banned. If you've since lost access to an old account, you should get in touch with fiverr's customer support. So yes, you should still be using your original, old account unless you get permission from fiverr to use a new one.
  7. Hi there, When you make a gig you will have an option to add files/images to create a "portfolio" for that gig where you can showcase around 3 examples of your best work. This is part of the gig creation process. You can also enable "Live portfolio" so any work you do for clients will get added to this portfolio in real time. The amount here is unlimited, so it's a great way to show off more work than the basic portfolio allows. Finally, you can also display some of the previous clients you've worked with, if you've worked with any major companies, which also helps to show your experience.
  8. To be a Pro seller you have to have actual experience, not just talent. You need to have demonstrated consistent quality and professionalism, doesn't have to be on fiverr, can be elsewhere in your career, but I would assume a 14 year old doesn't have enough experience/history to demonstrate this even if they're talented. I would guess it's more likely for a 17 year old who has been working professionally for many years. So yeah not an age limit as much, but a "proven track record" limit.
  9. I read the terms of service and it says 13 year olds can use fiverr! So do you think teenage sellers are allowed to sell on fiverr? --- Didn't you just answer your own question? 😂 yes, teenagers can sell on fiverr. For pro or top rated, not sure, since that's up to fiverr staff discretion and they don't make it 100% clear what all of their criteria are. I would assume they could possibly get that though, if they're already allowed to sell on here.
  10. The fiverr forum is just made up of other sellers - we only know as much as you do and can't really offer technical support. You should open a ticket request with seller support from the help page.
  11. I think it could be a combination of things - your gig images don't look very impressive, a gig video usually performs better, your prices are way too high for your first order (you can get someone with many reviews to write 500 words for $5, so why would anyone pay $15 to someone with no reviews? $15 is still low but often people will go for the cheaper option if they are also better established), but most importantly, you aren't a native English speaker and this comes across in how you write. Your English clearly isn't bad by any means, but people hiring English writers are looking for someone with a perfect grasp of the language. Your writing style comes across very stilted and overly formal, it isn't fluid, and the way you write your request is a direct advertisement of your writing services.
  12. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360017972518-Fiverr-Cash-Advance What are the eligibility criteria required for Fiverr Cash Advance? Eligibility criteria are automatically defined and are subject to change. Your eligibility can change, as it is based on your sales and performance history. Note: Cash Advance is not currently available to everyone and, at the moment, we are not accepting requests. Stay tuned for updates. It seems they don't disclose the requirements at this time, but you do need to be selected based on certain criteria.
  13. I'm not quite sure what you mean - surely if you're overbooked, just don't send the custom offer? That, or set your queue limit even lower to prevent accidental overbooking if that's happening often enough to cause issues. If you're getting too many orders, increasing your price can also be good. You get fewer orders, but the price increase makes up for it, and you usually get higher quality buyers too
  14. To be successful in that area, you should optimise your SEO but also make sure to use an attractive and professional gig video (increases clicks by 30-40%), make sure you do competitor research so your gig is competitive, ensure there are no spelling errors in your description, a great original portfolio of your own work, and offer professional and prompt customer service for any enquiries. If you made any edits to your gig recently, note it can take up to 2 weeks to climb back up the search results. Also note that no matter how excellent all your SEO stuff is, fiverr constantly rotates which gigs are on the front and back pages so that different sellers get a chance to make sales. This is beyond your control and will always cause your rankings to drop no matter what. It is up and down for everyone like that. It is normal and part of how fiverr works.
  15. Can you be more specific? If you mean, a client outside of fiverr contacts you and asks for you to design a logo, or create a commercial for them, it would be fine for you to order these services from sellers on fiverr, to resell to your own client. However, you will need a commercial license with your order to be able to do this legally. You need to purchase a commercial license for many services if you want to profit from a seller's work. Check each seller's description, gig extras, and FAQs to find out their commercial license/resell policy and cost. Some sellers let you do this for free as a bonus, others do not. You are also allowed to link external clients to your fiverr page in order to carry out an order for them, but all communication and payment must occur on fiverr.
  16. Yes, you can sell themes and plugins on fiverr with a GPL license.
  17. For me, sometimes I have buyers who are waiting on something (like a script or concept image or whatever) before they can place an order. Occasionally in these cases, I follow up, but only ever once, and only in the kind of context where they have explicitly states they want to work with me but can't order yet for x reason. The cases where this is actually appropriate are pretty rare, and it's a normal part of the process for some buyers to not mesh with you and just leave - and that's ok.
  18. At a guess: They don't go up in real time, I think the numbers are instead updated daily. So if you click on it, then refresh, it shouldn't show anything different because it's only updated once per day.
  19. You should have different gigs that match the specific things you can do, rather than one general gig. Especially since your offerings are so diverse. Texturing and animation are two completely different services and currently your SEO probably matches neither so you aren't getting any hits since people will be searching for something specific. Pick a few of your best areas and make a few gigs that specifically focus on those skills, with a strong portfolio of previous work to show that off. I think that will help a lot. While you might be able to do the full package of 3D rendering, that really might not be a specific enough niche to cater to what people are looking for.
  20. Has he delivered the work already? If so, click the "reject" button on the order page. Then (or if the buyer never delivered the order), click the resolution center and press the button to request the delivery be cancelled. The seller will then have to press "accept" and you will get a refund
  21. When you edit your gig it is temporarily removed from search results while Fiverr team check to make sure it's compliant with their standards. Usually within a few days it is back up and within a week or 2 your stats are back to normal or even better than before if the changes were good. Just double check you don't have anything in your FAQs that could be taken the wrong way (that someone could find offensive, or that could imply a breach in the terms and conditions).
  22. No apologies needed, I completely understand and I'd be concerned too!! But I'm sure CS will provide an explanation or a solution soon, try not to worry too much. 🙂 Keep us updated with what happened, because it is a little strange!
  23. It can take 24 hours to hear back from CS. I would just be patient. I have never not had a response from them, sometimes it just takes a bit of time. 🙂
  24. No, it won't be a problem. You can safely update the metadata and pricing. In fact, not doing so is what could harm your gig because your metadata may not be as suitable or ideal to the new section it's been moved to. Fiverr is telling you to change it because that will be helpful to you. Remember, when you make more sales, fiverr makes more money - so they do want you to succeed.
