This isn't true. The process changed some time ago. If a buyer cancels and reorders within 2 weeks it does not affect your profile and isn't counted towards your cancellation stats.

As long as your gig is receiving impressions, it is in the search results. Sellers cannot always find their own gig in the search bevause fiverr's algorithm matches gigs to buyers they think are well suited for it. It is not uncommon to not be able to find your gig. It isn't a problem, and spending time searching for your gig is not a productive use of time. Instead, try to learn from others who are doing well and focus on delivering the best service you can.

The change happens on a certain date each month, when your seller level review happens. From level 2 to top seller though, it is based on manual selection.

It's normal to not be able to find your own gig in the search results. It isn't a bug, it's a feature of Fiverr's algorithm, to match specific buyers to specific sellers that they think will be a good match. If your gig is getting impressions, it is still active in the search results, and not something you need to worry about at all.

Yes, editing your gig pulls it from the search results briefly while the team verifies it as far as I know, to make sure everything is appropriate etc. It's not for very long, but it can have a temporary effect on impressions & views, so I try to only edit mine occasionally, and make sure the changes are well researched and thought through.

Instead of a free trial, maybe offer the trial for $5, or as @Venonusa mentioned, a prerecorded video demo to show what your class is like. I would say if they aren't willing to pay even $5 for a trial, and aren't satisied with a prerecorded video preview, they probably aren't worth spending a lot of time and effort on, as they are probably just looking for free content rather than legitimately wanting to test your services.

This would probably be better asked to the Fiverr staff, but I would consider this to be a likely flag for suspicious activity, so it's possible it will cause problems. Why are you changing your paypal account all the time?

Because buyers can cancel for any reason at all. For him, the delivery is not fine, because the delivery didn't include the signed document he wanted. It isn't fair, but that is how it is unfortunately.
