  1. Fiverr continuously cycles gigs to be in different pages on the search results. Sometimes at the front, sometimes at the back. This is to give everyone an equal opportunity to do well on fiverr. When you're on the front you will have more impressions. Nearer to the back of the search results will mean less impressions. Learning to search through the forum is the best way to learn how to improve your gig, stats, orders, etc on Fiverr. Since the same questions are posted every single day and hundreds of people have spent hundreds of hours answering them.
  2. Go to My Business > Buyer Requests. The amount varies. There is no specific action you can take to see more, other than to perhaps check regularly, and make sure your gig is categorised correctly. I believe going up in seller levels may show you more, but that may be outdated information.
  3. This seems really suspicious, why are you scanning files you will be uploading to fiverr? If they're your own files, you should already know they are virus free... Why do you want to know about the warnings fiverr will give if you are uploading clean files?
  4. Good luck! I'm sure you'll find that the new prices work well. Remember to give it at least a month or two to give the new prices a chance before deciding whether to swap back - whenever I change my pricing, there is usually a couple of slow weeks before it picks back up. The only thing I have ever regretted is not changing my prices sooner!

  7. but doing so will lead to losing a lot of regular clients. - What I have done in cases like this is messaged my regulars that I want to keep, and let them know I will be increasing my general prices, but that I am happy to continue keeping their personal rates at the same cost for the next 3-6 months. Tell them to ask you for custom offers instead. This is a really great strategy because it allows you to test the waters - you can still keep your regular clients at your regular pricing, but all new clients will be at the higher price point. You can then test it out and see if you are still getting too many new orders, or not enough, while having the "guaranteed" income from regular clients, who are also usually grateful for the discount. My very first client who ever ordered from me on Fiverr in 2018 still orders from me regularly now in 2022, even though my prices have increased by literally 10x in that time. You might be surprised!

  9. I think a voiceover would make this better and more personal/relatable
  10. Yes, it will affect your stats to deliver late, even if the client is ok with it. If you are getting so many orders that you cannot fill them on time, you have some options: 1. Limit your orders. In the my gig section, you can set a maximum amount of orders in your order queue. 2. Increase your delivery time. The time you advertise should be the time you can GUARANTEE to finish an order in, without extensions. Adding extensions is poor customer service and unprofessional. 3. Increase your prices. This should mean you will get less orders, but they will be higher value, giving you more time to deliver a better product overall to each client. Extending should be as a last resort that is rarely done. Even if a client gives you a good public rating, this is something that will likely be reflected in your private feedback score.
  11. The forum is a place for sellers to discuss issues and questions about fiverr. We are not customer service, so we cannot see any details about your account. We are just sellers like you. Obviously that screenshot does not give us any context or information about why your gigs were denied. You should read the terms and conditions to make sure your gigs are within the rules, or contact customer service if you believe there has been a mistake.

Improve your gig images, they are probably not good enough. Your gig description can be polished. Your keywords can be improved. You can upload better work samples. Swap your gig image for a gig video, check your pricing is competitive. https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282146-how-to-be-successful-on-fiverr-common-questions-answered-and-a-collection-of-great-posts-that-helped-me-achieve-trs/#comment-1780494
  13. If you had fulfilled all requirements on the 15th, you should have automatically moved up by now. It is an automatic process. If there has been a glitch, it would be best to reach out to customer support directly at: support@fiverr.com
  14. You should read the terms and conditions and find out what you did that is in breach. It usually takes a few hours to a couple of days for them to review it. The most obvious issues that can occur with a gig video are length, video format, and the content itself. The first two would automatically prevent you from uploading it if they didn't fit, which means if there is an issue, it is due to the content of the video. Most likely issues with the content are: You are displaying work or video content which is not 100% original and created uniquely for you, you are advertising services that fiverr does not allow, or you are breaching some other terms and conditions.

    Invoice

Hi there, your question isn't very clear. You should be sending your client an offer, which they can then accept and pay for, which will act as a digital invoice. This should happen before you start the work. You do not have to manually send any invoices. Fiverr does also store digital automated invoices for you in the billing history page: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360019738097
  16. Different VO's go about it differently. I have been a full time voice actress since 2018, and I prefer to charge per project. It is up to you how you do it. There is no law or rule to follow, it's what is comfortable for you. I personally do not charge commercial rights if a client has already purchased broadcast rights. I see broadcast rights as the upgraded option, which includes commercial usage as part o the broadcasting package.
  17. Broadcast rights are different to commercial rights. Commercial rights are added for those wanting to profit from your work, whether that is by selling something containing your work, or from revenue due to sales due to your work being used to advertise their product. Broadcast rights gives the right to broadcast the media on radio or TV etc. Someone might only need one of these, some people might need both. The way you charge them is up to you. I personally charge by the work, not by words. So for example, for voice over, I charge a base rate of X amount per 100 words for the recording, and the commercial rights are a flat fee that is the same whether the work is 100 words or 1000 words. It is up to your own choice. I would recommend browsing around and doing your own research to assess what works for you.
  18. Hi there, The only currency available or sellers is USD, as far as I know. This is because fiverr is an American site and so handles everything in USD. Buyers can see it in their own currency, but a fee will be charged to convert their money to USD to actually buy the service - seeing the price in their own currency is only to make it simpler for them. That is why you can only withdraw from USD as well, but can apply currency conversion at the withdrawal stage if you wish to convert it (for a fee)

  20. Did you perhaps copy your gig title or gig description from another seller? This could also lead to issues. Also, if you used your own screenshots, but copied code from elsewhere on the internet (the code is not original) then that could cause issues. It's not just about the specific screenshot being unique but the work itself
  21. Please learn to search the forum for questions. Lots of people have already asked this.
  22. Only customer service can help you with that - we are just regular sellers. You can contact them here: support@fiverr.com

  24. It's always best to reach out to customer support directly in cases like this, just to let them know that this is happening. Since it's not allowed to have multiple accounts for the same person, it's always best to play it safe by going through customer support so they can make a note on your account or do any verification they might need. 🙂
  25. You aren't allowed to create multiple fiverr accounts, so I would start with the one you have now, but just delete your old gigs if you don't want the same ones anymore. You still get to keep your ratings when you delete gigs and people prefer to buy from sellers who have a star rating rather than a new seller who hasn't proven their skills yet.
