Earlier I was having offer consultation service in my profile section, but now I am unable to see it. What happened ? Have they dis-continued this consultation feature or what ? I am a Level 1 seller as of now.

Just an update , after a lot of email and discussions and showing proofs to fiverr support team ! I got my amount !!

The sad part here is , I provided all the proofs to Fiverr Customer Care , including videos of software working which were sent to buyer also , buyer messages that shows that buyer was asking to add more features then the original order without paying me for it . I have everything documented but the issue is I checked the buyers profile on Fiverr the buyer is constantly active on Fiveer and gives new orders..... So they don't want to loose such person , and who cares about us....................

In my case after providing 7 revisions I went to Fiverr support , they canceled the order and not gave any reimbursement to me for my work ! The buyer got source code and 7 versions of software for free .

Hello All , hope everyone is doing great....... I recently received a order on Fiverr where I need to scrape data from multiple .msg files and I was provided with some samples stating that all .msg files will be having same format as of these . After that the buyer asks for revision again stating : that the software is not working , and on seeing the log files (error files generated) the .msg files were placed in windows some other location while the path was given of some other . I delivered the same order again as nothing was wrong with it and after delivery the buyer said that one more sample needs to be added as she forgot to send it earlier , but I was kind enough and gave it more time and build a new software which can handle that new sample as well . Now after this delivery she again send me error messages , basically that error comes when there are any other samples except the provided one..... So she has provided me with 2 different samples as of now , of which I have charged her for one only second one was done in kindness as she forgot to send it earlier... Now the buyer is saying that there are more samples to be added and she won't accept delivery until and unless i make it for all samples . Moreover she is not ready to share new samples with me , she is saying that do zoom call and see new samples..... So even if I try to provide / offer addition of new samples for no extra charge I can't do that without having those samples in my system .

I have delivered the source code also to them ! and can't compile in front of client as timings are not same as we live in regions apart moreover recording a video of this lengthy process isn't worthy I guess !

There are many other alternatives available but PyInstaller is still one of the best and easy to use ! Yes I went through that guide , it's that such exe gets marked as virus while others are not when using PyInstaller , the issue was not there in old version which I use normally , but for this specific delivery I've to use the latest version which has this issue 🙃🥲

I recently got an order which I delivered just now , the software was made in python , converted to .exe via Pyinstaller But the problem with Pyinstaller is sometimes it gives anti-virus a false alert of it being a virus More read : https://python-forum.io/thread-32589.html Pyinstaller converted files treated as virus . Why i need to convert it to .exe : To make it a standalone application , you can't run .py scripts in your system until and unless you have python installed and that too with all dependencies which that .py file have ! But when stand-alone application is created you can run it in any system no matter it has python or not ! SO NOW HERE MY CONCERN IS : Can fiverr take some action against me as that file is shown as virus ! However I've already clearly mentioned in my delivery that what all situation is there

Hello , hope you all are doing good in life . I recently shifted to IOS from Android but see a bug here , when buyer attach some media or file in their request we are unable to see it in IOS but it is well visible in Android..... There are other bugs also in IOS version of Fiverr , like buyers requests keeps repeating when we scroll down we see same requests as we saw above can't add screenshot of this , but adding screenshot of media file missing IOS : Here in truckingtmxp we can't see any media attached !! but when I open same in android you can see media attached.... Android : we can see a 8MB file attached

No you got me wrong ! I've delivered him what was initial order! But then he asked for new things which are not part of deal neither he is charged for it ! So now that revisions depends on me whether I want to do it or not as they are not part of deal ! I'm a software developer and you can't ask for new features afterwards ! As I've not charged you for them , but as courtesy i sometime deliver them new changes depending upon new features requested are small or not ! In last case he asked for major changes !! So i can deny revisions

Congrats friend ! make sure that you deliver more then their expectations ! Go a step ahead do a little bit more for what you are getting paid for to make them your repetitive customer , and increase your footprint

Hello , hope you all are doing good in life 🤗 I just want to ask when we deliver a order and it gets accepted ( accepted automatically if buyer takes no action , or buyer accepts the delivery ) , then the amount gets cleared in 14 days ! During these 14 days can buyer come back again and cancel the payment stating the delivery has issues or something ? Or I can rest assured that once the delivery is accepted ( automatically by fiverr or via buyer ) then I'll definitely receive my amount ?

Were the delivery made previously ( where timer was not reset ) and delivery where timer got reset came under same category of products ? I mean both were design / software or something else ?

But I don't understand the concept if the buyer has not re-viewed the old delivery what's the point of extending time for new one ? I mean fiverr already holds amount for 14 days even after order getting accepted in those days buyer can claim amount back in case of invalid delivery .
