  1. I'm pretty curious about the context for this question? Did a buyer or seller on here actually ask you to pay that kind of fee, or is this related to something else? I've never come across this before on Fiverr...
  2. Fiverr continuously cycles gigs to be in different pages on the search results. Sometimes at the front, sometimes at the back. This is to give everyone an equal opportunity to do well on fiverr. When you're on the front you will have more impressions. Nearer to the back of the search results will mean less impressions. Learning to search through the forum is the best way to learn how to improve your gig, stats, orders, etc on Fiverr. Since the same questions are posted every single day and hundreds of people have spent hundreds of hours answering them. https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282146-how-to-be-successful-on-fiverr-common-questions-answered-and-a-collection-of-great-posts-that-helped-me-achieve-trs/#comment-1780494
  3. If you go to the My Business > Earnings tab, you will see buttons for Paypal, bank transfer, etc. Clicking on one of these should allow you to set up your preferred payment methods. You can also click on your profile picture, and go to Settings > Payment methods. However, as you are now - you're already ready to get started, and you do not need to set up payment methods before you start getting orders. 🙂
  4. @breals <- this user is absolutely right. Please make sure to read this and make the adjustments needed before doing ANYTHING else. It is not appropriate to post personal information like this publicly. 5. Hi there, the message was moved to spam because the buyer was likely spamming you, deleted their account, or violated Fiverr terms and conditions. Either way, this will not negatively affect you or your statistics, and you have not lost a real client. Fiverr scammers and spammers are very common, and unfortunately it seems one of them likely messaged you. Even if the message seemed safe when you got it, fiverr may have flagged them based on their other behaviours. They would have probably never given you a real order.
  6. You need to do your own research by analysing your competitors. Search on Fiverr for other gigs in your niche, look at who is doing well, and analyse how their titles are made. Of all the people succeeding the most, what do their titles have in common? Additionally, Fiverr does provide an SEO analytics tool if you purchase the Fiverr Plus subscription. That said, SEO really isn't the most important thing for getting clicks and orders, in my opinion. In a competitive niche, the SEO for popular gigs will all be the same. A good gig video is what would really set you apart, combining that with a high quality portfolio and gig description that has been proofread etc. SEO really will only get you so far. I wouldn't bother spending hours on that. Other aspects of your gig promotion are more important.

  8. The forum badges just indicate how active you are on the forum. They have no effect other than that. It just shows that you post, like comments, or have your comments liked frequently. They don't serve any purpose and do not affect you as a seller on fiverr. The forum is completely separate. There is no benefit to getting the badges. It is just to encourage people to post and interact a lot here on the forum.

  10. I was able to find her, however her gig is paused. This means that it is removed from the search results - most likely the seller is on vacation, and it may become available again if she activates the gig again. Her average response time is 1 day, so it could be worth just sending her a message to ask if she will be back anytime soon. 🙂
  11. Do not accept a delivery until they have provided all necessary files. Accepting the delivery is saying to fiverr "they have done/sent everything I need to close the gig"
  12. Yes, anything you change about your gig will likely have an effect. Whenever you make a change you need to wait at least 2 weeks as for a while it will be removed from search results while fiverr checks the changes, which will mean you will lose clicks and impressions for a bit and you may find your gig ranks low or is removed from the search for a bit. So always wait a couple weeks between each change to get a real idea of whether the change is good or bad. If you edit it two times a day your gig will never have the chance to be seen or climb the search results because it will constantly be removed from search to be reviewed after your changes.
  13. There is no sending of anything to people IRL via their address. There is no real world interaction here. Everything is digital delivery, sending it to their fiverr account. You are never supposed to get a client's address, email address, etc. Everything is directly through fiverr, with digital delivery to a client's fiverr account. Click "deliver now" on an order, and you will have the option to attach the digital file. Do not send it through email or fiverr DM as this is not protected by fiverr. Only use the deliver now button, to deliver a digital delivery.
  14. Seller Plus doesn't lead to more orders. Seller plus gives you access to a dedicated support agent who you can ask for feedback to improve your gig, advanced information and data about your gigs, and 1 week payouts instead of 2 week payouts. This is the same regardless of your field. If you would find it useful to have a dedicated support agent to inform you about what improvements you can make, or to see more information about your gig, or if you would benefit from the 1 week payout feature, then it could be worth it for you. Making improvements to your gig based on the feedback you get and advanced analytics can lead to more sales, but you will not automatically get more sales just because you have seller plus. You would only make more sales through seller plus by implementing feedback from your success manager or based on your advanced analytics.
  15. You are allowed to share external contact details such as twitter if it is necessary to complete the service. In this case, I would say it is necessary, since your service relies on your twitter page. You can therefore share the link via direct message, or via a "getting started" document that contains key information for new clients about your service

  17. I think you can unlink it from twitter directly.. Maybe like this? Then best thing to do would be to link a clean twitter so there is no confusion
  18. You are better off deleting the gig entirely and creating a new one, that way the link will change. As you have no orders or feedback yet, it is the perfect time to do this as it won't affect your sales
  19. You definitely should consider changing your gigs to SFW art only. If people then commission NSFW stuff you can decide to take that or not, but definitely advertising it directly in the link like this: "fanarts-sfw-nsfw-storyboards-i-prefer-fantasy" is a sure way to have fiverr flag the gig. The link did work for me, but searching it in the search bar or on google does not work. Either you have disabled your gig in the "My gigs" section of fiverr, or fiverr is hiding the gig because it violates their terms and conditions
  20. It is actually against the terms and conditions still. Creating adult content isn't allowed on Fiverr. People still do it, but fiverr tries to stop it. So your gig may have been restricted for this reason. Fiverr are also becoming much stricter lately about the content they allow and do not allow, and are taking more action than before to remove this content from the platform. https://www.fiverr.com/community/standards/objectionable-content Non-Permitted UsageAdult Services & Pornography - Fiverr does not allow any exchange of adult oriented or pornographic materials and services.
  21. Don't give her the refund, and accept you may get a bad rating, Or give the refund, and avoid a potential bad rating. Which option is better is a personal choice than only you can make. For me, when I was still a new seller, I mostly focussed on avoiding any bad ratings. Now that I have a lot of reviews, I am more firm with my clients and do not let them take advantage of me so much, because I know a couple of bad ratings from bad clients won't affect me too much.
  22. You said you tried different banks, but only mentioned asking for support from Fiverr and Paypal. We're just buyers and sellers here, we aren't customer support. You're unlikely to get much more advice than what I said above because none of us have any more insight into your issues than you do. Also, you're much better off asking a friend to pay for you than a random stranger on the internet who could just take your money and leave. Being rude to the people trying to help you won't get you anywhere.
  23. (Pour essayer de trouver votre profil sur Fiverr, j'ai googlé votre username - désolé, je ne veux pas vous fair flipper en faisant des suppositions sur votre gig!)
  24. 1. For bugs, we cannot help. The forum is just made of buyers and sellers. We have no access to the technical side of the platform. For help with bugs, you need to contact customer service at support@fiverr.com 2. I can't find you on the site either. Could you send a link to your gig? It is likely that you may be in breach of terms and conditions if you are trying to sell NSFW art. Adult services aren't allowed on fiverr, so you may have been restricted, especially if you were advertising external links like twitter which may be seen as trying to get people to contact you directly, which is also against fiverr terms and conditions. Just for sharing a link to a twitter that promoted NSFW material, you may have been restricted. --- Fr Trans/Trad Francais 1.
  25. No. It is absolutely prohibited to pay anyone directly, there is no "blessing" from fiverr you can get to do this. You have to use one of these listed methods: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360050216753-Available-Payment-Methods Your bank may be blocking this as a suspicious foreign transaction, in which case, calling them and asking them to allow the payment to fiverr in advance could help, but as is listed in the error message, the error is with your bank, not with fiverr, so it's unlikely anyone here can help. Buyers and sellers from india are very common here so that shouldn't be an issue. In other words - don't contact paypal, contact the bank you are trying to use paypal to pay from. That is likely the source of the blockage.
