(SCAM?) Fiverr cancelled my order but I already did buyer want.

Hello, I got contacted to do QRIS (bank qr transfer system in Asia) to Chamet in app application. I said yes because that's my service does, do something in Indonesia that client can't. To do QRIS you have to have Indonesia bank account which he doesn't have. 

After I transfer it through QRIS for total of $400. I did check the receiver and that's for Chamet app. I send the screenshot to deliver the order but then a day later, fiverr cancelled it. 

Since then the buyer become very slow reply, whereas my money I already transfer I can't get back because the order cancelled by fiverr. I saw the buyer also do the same to other seller and the order actually finished and the seller got paid. But mine? it's cancelled and my money gone, now the buyer is slow to reply me.

Is there anything I can do about this, please? I did upload this to Fiverr Resolution Center just now, but want to know other seller opinion as well.

I also attached the other seller proof and some maybe important stuff to elaborate this question. Thank you.

You should reach out to support for additional help with the order and to find out why it was cancelled by support. And as a general rule you should never pay for anything out of pocket for a buyer. You're not protected on Fiverr as one might expect, and if you pay for something and the buyer cancels, you probably won't get those money back.

Thank you, I did adressed this in Fiverr Resolution Center. I'll wait for their reply. As for the rule, yes it was kinda my fault not being cautious.

Is it possible the cancelled order (by fiverr) to continue? Since the buyer is slow respond at least if the order is still going, it's something right? The last progress before it got cancelled by fiverr is I already delivered the order so if it's continue it's on the buyer to accept the delivery or not. At least that's what I think and hope.

Yeah, we all make mistakes. Too bad we sometimes have to learn by doing when it comes to these things. 

If the order is cancelled, it won't be opened back up. The buyer can place a new order, but I'm sure there's a good reason why the order was cancelled in the first place, so that's why support is the way to go. 

Sometimes, Fiverr will reimburse the seller even if the order was cancelled, but that depends on the situation.

Hi peacheful. I have the same issue like yours with the same buyer. I already done the order and he already click completed in my order. Suddenly he said that from the chamet app did refund to my bank account. When I checked it there is no refund to my bank account. Long story short, I get an email from fiverr who informed me that my fiverr account is disabled and the order was cancelled. It stressed me out little bit.

May I know the reply from fiverr to you? Can you get back your money from the cancelled order?

Problem is no matter what you do, Fiverr will always protect the buyer and there is always less protection for the sellers even if it clearly shows the buyer is trying to scam.

Hello, yes Fiverr had replied me.

Unfortunately, there won't be compensation to us since it's against fiverr guideline. At least fiverr already make the scammer profiles unavailable, even though we know they can just make fake profile again. 

Sorry to hear that your account is disabled. Let's be more cautious in the future as well for me 🙂
