Hi everyone, who has the same problems as me. We need to speak up because it seems like Fiverr Support doesn't respect loyal sellers with high-rated work. 

I have been working on Fiverr since 2021 and I tried so hard to reach TOP RATED. All my efforts have gone in vain since Fiver announced to flag of my account. I have sent several emails and hope they can help me to explain everything but they just send me automatic emails with no details information about my case. 

Now, I can't search my gigs on the market and neither do my clients. It's horrible because I don't receive any new messages and my impressions are increasing deeply. MY ACCOUNT IS DEAD NOT EVEN FLAGGED. This issue was not mentioned when they sent the emails ( attached images ) and they said that my gigs are still available for customers to place orders. But how can it happen if they prevent my gig shown on the market? 

I work full-time on Fiver and all of my clients rated 5 stars for my services. I'm loyal, and responsible and always provide high-quality work but Fiver doesn't even help me with my case. They just ignored me and sent me automatic responses. Where are my seller's right? 

The reasons they flagged my account due to location inconsistencies or other activities indicating a connection to violations of our Terms of Service. And they always said that this was the final decision and they have reviewed it carefully. If they do review so where is the evidence? They must have that right so they can accuse me. I feel like they accused me baselessly and could not give me a clear explanation with specific evidence.

Please look at the attached images about the conversations between me and Fiverr support !!!! They never showed me the evidence or explained the reasons for flagging my account.

Why are you keep sending the messages to Fiverr Support when they have told you multiple times that their decision won't be changed and it's final. So accept their decision.

And when you opened a second account, did you ask permission from Fiverr for it? I am sure, you did not.. which is why your account got flagged. Re-read your last screenshot again and admit your mistake! You can do nothing now. Let It Go and Move On!

Edit: Your gigs will have very few clicks and impressions due to flagged account status. So you are being punished for breaking the rules.

Did you even read everything carefully? I am referring to the screenshots sent by OP. He has opened a second account that's why new account got flagged too which is the right thing to do by Fiverr.

Seller is claiming that he has only one account and other flagged account is not related to him.

The problem is that no one is gonna admit that they have created a new account no matter how many times they say they have not... Why Fiverr will flagged his account among others if it's the case? And their decision won't be changed as he has kept asking for the investigation. If they have said it's the final decision then it is! Nothing can be done now unfortunately!

Secondly, he has told that he has been using the public wifi too which is why location inconsistencies is one of the reasons. Public WiFi is really dangerous as several people might have their Fiverr account and then Fiverr detected it.

Okey imagine that you lost your way back home  somewhere and the only way to find your way back is to connect to a wifi after that you came back and you've found that your account got flagged. And they told its a final decision buddy we dont care your just a tool to sell here. And all of that based on AI 🤝. Or imagine that as you know 3rd wolrd country like you me ..... Dont have enough money to but new PC-laptop.. And they bought old one so they can work after that they found that fiverr flagged his or her account OPPS again fiverr dont need brook sellers to work.

I don't even create a second account, have you read my status thoroughly? How stupid I am if I did that and complained about it ???

Well, some sellers did admit, but most of them don't. Maybe some of them don't even remember creating another profile, maybe even years ago. Or their relative/friend did on the same advice/IP etc. They can connect profiles if they see similar services, email, profile picture, etc 
The decision is final, no use in sending new messages.

Thanks for commenting on my status. I hope you can help me to figure out why this decision is final without giving me clear evidence. According to Fiverr responses, my account has been flagged due to location inconsistencies or other activities indicating a connection to violations of our Terms of Service. They also said that my account was connected to another disabled account. 

This decision was suddenly announced and didn't attach or provide any clear evidence even though I have emailed so many times to have the issue thoroughly explained. I strongly confirm that I only have 1 account, the one and the only. They should present clear evidence before making a final decision. 

The following are my arguments about these baseless accusations, and I think this is a BUG or AI fault:

1. Location inconsistencies: I don't know why I get this violation but I can make sure that I only work in 1 location in the last 3 years working on Fiverr. Even when I have traveled a lot. I don't ever take my work equipment with me while traveling. I am almost sure this is a BUG. They can show evidence if they trạcked the location of all my devices. If I used a fake IP or something, my account would have been banned for so long, not now when the new level system appeared. If you are saying because I have traveled a lot and this is the reason, that means I can't even go abroad or travel while working on Fiverr??? 

2. My account was connected to another disabled account: I CONFIRM THAT I ONLY YOU 1 ACCOUNT SINCE I STARTED TO WORK ON FIVER. 

Many random reasons can lead my account to that disabled account. I have mentioned in the emails and I will repeat below:

- Public wifi

- Buy and sell used equipment: Not everyone can afford new equipment, especially in Asia. I have bought an old iPad and I don't know if this makes me get a violation. 

- My Macbook and iPhone were stolen by a thief. In 2023, a thief broke into my house and took everything I had. 

 

I don't even know if that account is seller or buyer or what it is. That's why I want to complain and I want them to recover my account level. If they have reviewed my account carefully, THEY MUST HAVE EVIDENCES TO SHOW ME

If I had done anything wrong, they must have banned my account for so long, not now. I have been working on Fiverr for 3 years and there are no problems occurred. My account has been flagged since new-level systems appeared. I want to negotiate and get my account back. This account is my life, my passion and I have tried to work so hard for it.

You don't have to tell or teach me anything. Do you think I am happy that the accounts are being getting blocked/flagged etc.?

It's just that if you know that you have made a mistake then you should admit it and be honest. You should be punished accordingly for those mistake too.

Also you know that the public wifi is dangerous to use Fiverr then why did you use it?

Fiverr is relying more and more on AI these days then you can't do anything in this case. If you can fight for yourself then you should, no one is stopping you but it'd be useless to do that when you already know the answer that what it will be!

You got flagged because of the usage of public wifi when it is not safe to use Fiverr. You can discuss with Fiverr Support. Good Luck with that.

But one of the Fiverr Staff has already responded to you that their decision is final then it is. They are not gonna do anything about it neither they will tell you the exact reason. Anyhow, you can discuss with them, totally upto you but it'd be useless!  🤷‍♀️

What is the purpose of creating multiple accounts? To do the same jobs and sell the same services. If I do have several accounts, there will be repetition in gigs. I only have 1 account, if they have evidence to prove that disabled account is mine, they must have evidence to show me.

You got flagged because of the usage of public wifi when it is not safe to use Fiverr. You can discuss with Fiverr Support. Good Luck with that.

why it is useless? It's my account and I DON'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. I NEED TO FIGHT FOR IT.

Please do that. One of the Fiverr Staff has already told you that their decision is final and it would be useless to send them messages for it because they won't give you any explanation that's why 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am making conjectures to explain the problems, There hasn't been any confirmed information about why the flagged my account.

Forum members who are saying "decision is final", it's not final. There is tons of evidence where people bom*arded fiverr for their responsibility for even 8th time and got it fixed even after really tight answers from fiverr. Probably those people were innocent, but if you truly have evidence it doesn't cost anything to try (not related to this thread).

''They can connect profiles if they see similar services, email, profile picture, etc''  like you said. I think about this too and I definitely have 1 account. ONLY ONE. IF THEY HAVE EVIDENCE, PROVE IT AND SEND IT TO ME. I suspect that my information was faked or someone stole it!!!

Hi everyone, GOOD NEWS!!!

After 2 months and 10 emails, they finally agreed to review my case again. I don't know if the result is unflagging my account or not. But this is good new so far.

Despite facing discouragement from a few individuals who may perceive themselves as representatives of Fiverr, you tried hard and didn't give up.

Even Fiverr staff are misguiding/discouraging people by claiming that the decision is final. Why are they reviewing it once again then?

People are working hard and earning a 20% commission for Fiverr. Fiverr should be supporting them, not suppressing them.

Misguiding?🤔🤔 I think you know how to read English right. That's the answer that OP got when asking to CS repeatedly.

Actually, that is the fact. Not misguide or discourage the OP's situation.

The results are still not out yet so let's wait for the result on OP's appeal. I hope and pray that OP gets his account back.

But why are you getting so worked up? Fiverr Staff knows these situations better than us so stop blaming them and you have no idea what's right or not.

Yes but what if the sellers breaks the rules? Should Fiverr support them too? Whoever breaks the rule, should be punished! That's what Fiverr is doing!
