It would be better if you contact Fiverr Support directly via Email or Creating a Ticket as there is a less chance that any one will help you here regarding your issue.

i wonder, is it permanent or it'll be removed after few days or month? will we be able to participate in future or is this the end for us? also will they remove flagged account or we can continue working on these accounts, having fiver as only source of income has mentally stressed alot of sellers with this update?
