  2. Hello @tayyab_ansari00 According to the article How to change your display name, you can use your company name instead of your real name. You can choose either the name of your agency/business or the name of the person that is responsible for communication. Just make sure your Fiverr account complies with Fiverr's Guidelines and policies. Thank you.

It can feel overwhelming and difficult to get the ball rolling but don't let that discourage you. Allow me to provide you with a few pointers that can be helpful to you. Have you tried promoting your Gigs on social media platforms? Try it, those are powerful methods for promoting yourself online and getting the necessary visibility. Another way is the Promoted Gigs option. Only Sellers who meet our performance metrics can participate in this program. Eligibility for Promoted Gigs is limited to Pro, Level 1, Level 2, and Top Rated freelancers. Know that the Forum is full of suggestions. Please use the search bar to find any advice or information you need. You can search through topics or categories. If you would like to ask the community for suggestions on your Gig, please post in the Gig Advice section. The Tips for Sellers section contains advice from experienced Fiverr freelancers and here you can find so many brilliant instructions and guidance from our skilled Sellers. Know that any exchange of personal information required for the completion of a service must be provided in the Order Page. Any users who engage and communicate off of Fiverr will not be protected by our Terms of Service. Please be aware that any violations of Fiverr's Terms of Service may be a cause for permanent suspension of all accounts. Please take a minute to read our TOS carefully to avoid warnings/account suspension. We strongly recommend not opening suspicious links, QR codes, or files from senders you have not contacted directly. Please be aware that Fiverr will never contact you via inbox to request payments, passwords, or private information. Hope this helps.

Hello @ambroseeliza If an account is flagged for a severe breach of Fiverr’s policies, such as location inconsistencies or any other tactic suggesting a connection to previous activity in violation of Fiverr's policies (Terms of Service or Community Standards), it will be excluded from participation in the level system.
