  1. HELLO EVERYONE,

    I created my first account 2023 on Fiverr after i fininshed my course of app development.

    Then I got order of $20 and also $600 and $900 and now I delivered. Which buyer gave me 5 star 2 times.

    Money pend for 14 days and now I want to make withdrawal to get my earnings out of the platform. But my number was blocked and I have the numbers with me which I am ready to provide but unfortunately, I have forgotten my Security Question associated with my account.


    I went back and forth with the Customer Support a lot but we are at a deadlock where they say I need to provide the answer to my security question and the last four digits of my phone number and I provide them even the full digit of the number associated with my Fiverr Account. After thinking deep they reject saying it does not match with the ones in the system. 

     

    I am at a great loss as this is the only fund i want to use for my mom's treatment. Her life is at risk. And i need to pay the bills. This is between Life and Death here. 


    I need the assistance of the community to help me out here.

    My mother's life is at stake here and CS keep telling me I must provided it. Please remove the security answer if not I will sue you and you'll take the blame if I loose my mother, I worked for the fund and get a 5 star rating on the order so why can't I get my funds without because I forgot my security answer? If I forget any details, I believed the best thing to do is to contact Customer Support for help which I have done. Or where is it written in your rules and regulations that instead of helping me reset my information, you'll restrict me from accessing my fund ??

    Why is it impossible for you to reset my security question when I have forgotten it ? I'm contacting you with the email address I used to open my account and already provided you with the phone number I attached to my account which are prove to you that I forgot the security answer.

    I have access to the email which I initially created the account with and then added the security question and phone number, that email should be prioritized as that was the medium I used to connect with the platform. I need your assistance @Lena @vickieito

However, those are just statistics based on these and other metrics. The results shown in the search are individual for each user. Also, please note that Fiverr does not guarantee impressions or clicks for your Gig. We do provide a marketplace for you to advertise your Gigs and leave you to find the best way to make them appealing and promote them outside of Fiverr to increase the number of clicks your Gig receives. The algorithm in charge takes many factors into account, such as overall performance, ratings, number of completed orders, etc, which is why the position of your Gigs cannot be manually altered.
