However, have you tried contacting PayPal? If the refund was sent to your closed PayPal account, PayPal may be able to either forward the refund to your new account or return the funds to us if they cannot be processed to the closed account. We strongly recommend not opening suspicious links, QR codes, or files from senders you have not contacted directly. Please be aware that Fiverr will never contact you via inbox to request payments, passwords, or private information. Thank you.

Make sure to avoid compressed files. These precautions minimize the risk of malware or other threats. Any exchange of information required for the completion of a service must be provided in the Order Page. However, those are just statistics based on these and other metrics. The results shown in the search are individual for each user. Also, please note that Fiverr does not guarantee impressions or clicks for your Gig. We do provide a marketplace for you to advertise your Gigs and leave you to find the best way to make them appealing and promote them outside of Fiverr to increase the number of clicks your Gig receives. The algorithm in charge takes many factors into account, such as overall performance, ratings, number of completed orders, etc, which is why the position of your Gigs cannot be manually altered.
