What implications, if any, might there be in terms of account management or performance if I decide to operate two separate Fiverr accounts, one for graphic design and another for programming services?

Both accounts could get permanently banned. You're only allowed to have one account.

Hi @mdimranhossain7

We don't think there are certain niches that are in high demand recently. What is in high demand is an excellent performance. So, it isn't important what you offer, what is important is that your gig is outstanding and that the high quality of the service will leave a customer impressed and satisfied.

When it comes to skills, always strive to improve them. Having great skills is only a plus in every job.

The services and niches that gain momentum on Fiverr are those offered by sellers who provide top-quality services because of their education, training, or experience providing those services. It is unwise to offer services merely because they are in demand, but you must be more competent to deliver.

In  Fiverr's Q3 2023 Shareholder letter they said:

Quote

We’ve seen momentum in several new business development categories, including e-commerce marketing, website building,
mobile app development, architecture & interior design, and video editing. One of our largest transactions in Q3’23 was a $50,000+
order on Fiverr Pro where a global social media company needed help with digital marketing and publishing SEO-led articles across
domains in nearly 30 countries.

They also mentioned some of their new categories that they added (if there's lower competition there it might help to create a gig there). They said:

Some of the new services include: Video Art, which leverages non-traditional video creative services such as AI technology to design new visual content; Custom Writing Prompts, which allows buyers to purchase prompts that can be used to generate high-quality textual content easily via AI platforms; and Product Management, which enables buyers to work with freelance experts at every stage of their products’ lifecycle.

What specific services or niches have recently gained momentum on Fiverr? Have you witnessed a surge in demand for particular skills or services, and how have you adjusted to tap into these trends?

This is a COMMON TRAP most of the new sellers fall into because they want to RIDE THE WAVE of an in-demand vertical to make a quick buck or to achieve overnight success!!🫠  e.g. Look at the number of people who offer Digital Marketing Services here or on Linkedin after completing mediocre/free online certifications.🙅‍♂️ All of them lack the required skillet and professional attitude!!

Figuring out own strengths/interest areas, building a strong skillset in those areas and then offering impeccable service/product, coupled with great communication hold the key to success - on a freelance platform as well as in a conventional corporate career!! 📢

And doing this takes time and effort, which most people strive to avoid!!🙅‍♂️

But it also depends on what's in demand enough (without there being too much competition for it).  Someone could have great skills in a particular service but if there's >250,000 gigs doing the same thing it probably won't be easy to get orders there (for a new gig) or if there is no demand for that service there's not much point creating the gig for it. So it will help at least partially to know what's in demand.

Lower competition is always preferable for a freelancer, but demand must also be considered.
So this is an endless question, because no one person can handle or work on everything. A good strategy would be to concentrate on your main strength and stick with it.

What is the recommended scope or category range for creating a gig with lower competition, given my proficiency in specific services? For example, should I target a gig range in the 7K-8K, 4K-5K, or below 1K category to maximize visibility and reduce competition?

Why not offer services where you talents lie?  Low competition is where the people faking it tend to gather. High competition is where the titans gather to beat the hell out of each other.  Your choice.
