I'm facing the same issue—I've received orders from both old and new clients, but my rating is still at 4. This is very concerning. -

My success score has dropped to 4, which is why I'm not ranking anywhere and my impressions and clicks have also decreased, despite having good relationships with my clients and receiving a 5-star rating from each client. Can you advise me on what to do next?

My rating was 5.0, but some clients have given me a rating of 4.3, which has lowered my gig rating to 4.8. I want to improve my rating to 5.0. I've received new reviews with a rating of 5.0, but the rating isn't improving. Can anyone suggest a solution for this?
