  1. Its likely they are rolling it out only to Seller Plus Premium sellers. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360017140717-Seller-Plusoverview The Premium plan—available to eligible sellers—also includes Early Payout and a dedicated and personal Success Manager that provides personal guidance in your business journey.

    Help

Hahaha I respond kindly if they ask nicely and show genuine intent/ask direction (sometimes if I'm in the mood I give some resources on where to start) but if I get messages like the one above I really respond that way and block. I don't think the block worked this time, as there was a follow up message that went through..... 😂
  3. No one can help you, you chose to undermine the terms of service you were supposed to read upon signing up here.

    Help

I feel like it happens too often now so I can't really tell at this point if there has been an influx or not. 😆

Disclaimer: I'm okay! And this is for entertainment purposes only haha
  6. You are not entitled to a sale just because you have a gig listed.
  7. They should really clear out what is included on both each tier of Seller Plus so people can properly choose which tier suits them best other than the big diff of having a Success manager. I read the help section and it doesn't say everything. Although I understand if they are still rolling a lot of new stuff so it might be difficult to keep editing that section.
  8. I'm not sure if Fiverr would offer it for free but its definitely possible to consider to add on to the official Fiverr Learn platform. https://learn.fiverr.com/ They do offer coupons to sellers, right now its 25% off any course 😊 I do agree, accuracy of human anatomy is especially important in some cases - I found myself needing one when I had a case presentation to do on the human body! It may be a matter of finding a seller who does fit the style best. @Lena - Hello Lena, just a kind suggestion/idea worth considering for the team 🙂
  9. No one knows the exact answer to that but it will likely improve by 90 days or sooner as long as you continue to get good feedback from other clients.
  10. What you've read about no fees was a feature of the past and even on the help section (where there used to be a section about it) there is no information about it anymore. The only thing left about it is in the glossary of terms. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010452397-Glossary-of-terms BYOB The Bring Your Own Business (BYOB) program is a Fiverr initiative that offers a way to manage your client projects, free of commission. BYOB helps our top sellers gain business and exposes new customers to other services. -- What you might see now is "Scale Your Business." Go to the menu at the main Fiverr page under Growth and Marketing click Scale Your business. Alternatively, here is the link just replace with your username - https://www.fiverr.com/users/yourusername/manage_sales_promotion You will be able to embed a Fiverr badge on your site, but that is all. I think any new buyer would have to make a profile to be able to purchase from your gigs and the 20% fee would apply already, so the most you can do is link your gig when you advertise outside of Fiverr.
  11. Someone posted last week when they asked Customer Support "Currently, the feature is not available to all seller-plus users as it is being gradually released." -- Perhaps you can check with Customer Support as well or your Success Manager?
  12. I actually fact checked ChatGPT generated content as per request by a client. While it did get the "point" right, it had a couple of facts wrong and other questionable content (as to where it exactly it made that claim - e.g. source study could not be found). The topic wasn't even too niche, it was in the food industry! 😬
  13. To answer that question look at the "rankings" of your other gigs, if you see the dip then it has affected your whole account. I think it does affect the whole account though...
  14. If you mean the "buyer request" section, that feature has been removed and replaced with "buyer briefs". The system will match you with a buyer if it deems you a good fit, and you will be able to make an offer only when that occurs. Read more here: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4415601609361-Get-matched-with-buyers Other good resources: Fiverr's official (Free) course on being a successful Fiverr seller: https://learn.fiverr.com/courses/online-freelancing-essentials-be-a-successful-fiverr-seller
  15. This is something Customer Support can only answer.... support@fiverr.com
  16. You're only able to make 5 posts a day when you're a new forum user... The limitations get lifted eventually if you meet the requirements such as membership duration and also making meaningful discussions in the forum. By the way, "dear mates" is not a good combination of words in a global setting. Other people do not like being called dear or mates, and worse even dear mates.
  17. I am fine with this, it will still take true talent and skills to present something fresh and non-generic. This is more of a concern. The buyer purchases because the price and the content seller's samples were enticing. Buyer sends in requirements for several topics then seller delivers. For example, an article supposedly ready to be published and the seller doesn't mention it is AI-generated and hasn't tweaked it. Other than it being boring to read it with no fresh take, it would likely have a bad effect on the buyer's website as I've learned in so far ChatGPT's current writing capabilities is concerned. Top of mind, there are 3 things one can think on that situation: 1) the buyer for not doing due diligence on the seller's ability 2) the seller selling stuff like that for a quick buck not minding quality 3) the measures supposedly in place so that point 1 and 2 would not be an issue Then some people would think "oh why bother - its a free marketplace after all", one needs to be reminded there is a need to at least maintain the quality here. Not perfection, just a baseline on quality. Unless we want to point the scale to the other unfavorable end. 😅
  18. Welcome Frida! I think putting in more visuals would be helpful. I'm not sure but I think you can add a maximum of three, the third one being a PDF. Also study your competition more especially the best selling gigs! Of course, not to copy them but you will have an idea of what is working and what is not 😁 Lastly, if you have previous clients or business outside Fiverr - do a promo with them if they purchase your gigs on Fiverr (perhaps drop in an extra or a slight discount). It will help you a lot in terms of visibility. Once you start becoming more visible, it will be easier to get orders "naturally" (meaning buyers searching and seeing your gigs on the search results). By the way, here's a great thread to help you become successful on Fiverr! Wishing for your success! 🙂
  19. Also I think the influx of people using ChatGPT to respond to discussions in the forum was probably a tip from the "Fiverr gurus" again. From another thread a forum user was clarifying if responding to queries would be helpful to rank gigs, which I know was happening pre ChatGPT but now its evolved to "thanks for valuable info" to "ChatGPT generated response"... Oh I miss the Congress days 😆 "Now I was searching for some strategies to improve my account. one of them I found to be active here in the community. not just asking my queries but also responding to others if know about that."
  20. Can you please share the source that informed you of this? It is nice to help other people and answer their questions, but only respond if you have something meaningful or helpful to contribute to the thread. Do not copy answers and do not make a comment on a thread, just so that you have a "response". But to put it simply, being active in the forum doesn't have any effect on your gig rankings or your performance in Fiverr. Do not believe other nonsense out there especially if they are not successful on Fiverr themselves or if its not an official Fiverr statement. If you want one thread that will teach you some tips on how to be successful on Fiverr, here is the thread.
  21. This has got to be one of the most interesting webinars I've joined in a while. 😁 It was fun watching all the things AI can do, but also interesting that there's so much discussion right after it for many reasons (which is happening right now) hahaha From what I understand, you will be able to sell stuff generated by AI only if you clearly state that in your gig and that the buyer fully understands that it is AI generated. Other than that, I wonder how they will navigate sellers who do not openly state that in their gig. I can see this being a very big issue in the content writing vertical.
  22. Set up your Auto Reply It’s important to make sure that your buyers feel and know that you’ve acknowledged their requests and get a quick response from you—especially with first-time buyers. With that said, we’re excited to introduce you to the Auto Reply feature for your Inbox messages. Jump on this opportunity with your Inbox's automatic reply feature, and make sure that the first line of communication is taken care of when your first-time buyers message you. About the Auto Reply feature This feature allows you to set up a message in advance, that will automatically be sent to buyers as soon as they send you a message for the first time—meaning all new conversations. So whether you want to give reassurance that you’ll be in touch soon, make sure you’re getting their project details in advance, or anything else that you might need to succeed, activate the Auto Reply feature to reply to first-time buyers automatically, and help keep the conversation going. Important: The Auto Reply message does not substitute a direct reply message. If you don't respond to the buyer within 24 hours from when they sent their message, your Inbox Response Rate will be affected. --- Sounds interesting! Great to know Fiverr is rolling out more seller features 😊
  23. It's not a Fiverr forum thread without random stuff popped in. "Thanks for your valuable information" would have been better 😆
  24. Thanks for sharing Mark! I do believe different users will get similar content and the structure (and points being shared in that structure) would be very similar. On ChatGPT: A few days ago, there was a forum user posting "tips" or it was more like an explanation of common knowledge on Fiverr (context was if levels were important in relation to quality). It was not so much the point being relayed by the post that bothered me but I could easily tell it was AI generated. I used ChatGPT using the same "question" the user included in the title. Funny enough, for the first few iterations/generated text, I found out while the words were not exactly the same the content per sentence was quite similar. For example, the second sentence (of the original post) talked about levels, in the other iterations (the ones I generated) it still talked about levels in the same light, but with different words. The more iterations you do, the paragraphs then get rearranged but basically the whole foundation/point being made by the content is the same. The other posts made by said user in the forum were misspelled, and did not reflect at least the consistency and coherence of that one post. I wanted to respond to the user's post but I didn't have energy to do so that day. Well, at least my experience has found some use in support to your thread! AI helps you know what's already out there and will speed up a lot of things (like giving you an overview on a topic you do not know). But AI will need new content to generate from, which will come from.....humans with a brain, with creativity, with a touch of emotions (and all the other humanly touches that is needed).
