  1. A lot of better competition, that's the main reason why your gig is not ranking. You might want to improve your bio, a lot of the customers on Fiverr speak English. They do not necessarily want someone who speaks perfect English but the content of your sentences are far from easy to read. That used to be at thing before actually (as in Fiverr years ago), but I believe the "Scale Your Business" section right where you see BYOB in @melanielm's image is what has replaced the BYOB. I'm not sure why everyone's dashboards are not yet synchronized. 😁
  3. What gigs were you offering? I tried to check and it was about NFTs? You can email them at support@fiverr.com and ask.
  4. You make a gig and advertise your services. Do you mean to resell the same articles over and over again? Or you want to sell premade articles? Or do you mean you want to offer article writing services? It is a bit odd to sell ready made articles.
  5. The reason will be either you were not able to reply to a message/s or there is a bug. Since the response rate is automated it will be either of those two reasons. Perhaps you can try talking to Customer Support?
  6. Anyone with a Fiverr account can report a gig for reasons like copyright issues but of course Fiverr will look into it and see if the reasons are true. So gigs cannot be taken down without good reason. Anyone with or without a Fiverr account can email Customer Support at support@fiverr.com if they have issues with anyone on the platform. Again, Fiverr will look into it if the reasons are true. There is nothing to worry about if you did not do anything wrong.
  7. If you read my first response, my main point was just to respond to your first suggestion on making a separate system. I agree that the briefs is problematic but your first suggestion on making a separate system will not work.
  8. Sellers posting on the system does not make it invalid. Your suggestion on making a system just for sellers still doesn't solve the issue either. The issue is sellers who do not understand basic English and the system perhaps having a poor filter of identifying sellers who are using it to look for sales. That's what needs to be addressed.
  9. Please give an idea as to how a matching system for "sellers" would work? "HELLO, I am looking for buyers for MY gig!!!!" We are already advertising our gigs I cannot see why there should be a matching system for sellers. It will not ease the issue.
  10. Hello Sebastian, can you share the exact words from the notice you received from Fiverr. What services do you offer? Do note that the forum is filled only with buyers and sellers on Fiverr, no Fiverr staff will be able to answer you here. The most we can do is analyze the information you share here. If it helps, you can read the Terms of Service in detail here https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service Fiverr does not randomly disable accounts, something will have caused it.
  11. If its not something you offer you are able to ask Customer Support to make the cancellation not effect your stats. Make sure as well to politely explain to buyer that you do not cover such service. There is a feature on beta right now called "Request to Order" hopefully it will help you when it releases.
  12. Hello Manuel! What is your workaround currently for this situation? I know for the visual arts categories the watermark gets removed upon the buyer's approval of the work. I wonder how you guys avoid the issues that may be arise with the lack of the watermark?
  13. That is likely one of the top reasons contributing to the "fastest non-selling book" label it has received. 😅 Haha but I wouldn't stop you of course! I used to think Harry was fun pre-Meghan and to a point felt bad for how he's been treated by the media up to a point (esp w/ Meghan). It also must have been difficult to lose and grow up without a mom plus all the difficulties of it being so public. However, ever since they officially left their royal duties for a supposed "private life" it has been all too dramatic and they are making bank with that whole thing. Granted they've been cut off and have no royal paychecks supporting them they need to make money somehow. It has become a whole they said, we said thing and perhaps one side is true or there is some truth to each side it is not helping any sides image. Makes you think what is the future of the monarchy given all the things that has happened!

    I had some extra time on my hands and wanted to do some digging on the topic last week (which by the way has died down and the current hot topic is on Chat GPT 🤣). This group has close to 300,000 members. There is A LOT going on in this group, from gig exchanges to selling accounts. There are of course authentic gig postings there but the majority of the page is a mess. To which I'm not surprised one of the resident forum trolls (who has been active lately) posted an ad here. I doubt they got buyers because they simply liked their own post. Lol! And someone is making a profit on whatever this course is haha! '

  17. This is where "custom offer" comes in, you will be able to offer a custom price that fits what the buyer is requesting. Its possible to put an extra even with an open order. Common in a way that if the buyer purchased and requested something beyond the scope of what was described in your gig and fixed advertised prices, its understandable to explain that extra charges may be incurred. However, the scope of the gig must have been clearly explained in the gig description in the first place. For example, you only do logos that are text based and your set prices reflect that and in your gig description you specifically say if the buyer wants a mascot included, a "custom offer" is needed and you would have to discuss it further. And yes if it includes shipping you certainly have to consider that in your pricing or extras. You can negotiate with the buyer if they are amenable and if they aren't well its understandable if they want to cancel. Best to be clear with the cost and scope, or at least have a better discussion before the order even starts that way you and the buyer are happy.   19. I swear most of the time the people who ask for discounts are the ones that cause the most trouble. 🤣 I also find the ones that value your work the most are glad to pay full price and even generously tip! 😁

  22. Did you try adding all the pending amount and does it equal to the amount shown on payments being cleared? Well it says "payment" instead of "order" so there is some messed up code somewhere that needs to be cleaned. Haha! I for one have a pending amount that has been trying to clear for more than 6 months now. 🤣 It adds up to my payments being cleared, but the money I have already withdrawn way back when. I've already reported this to CS a week after it was supposed to clear and they said Fiverr will get one big payments update and it will be eventually fixed and it is just a visual glitch. We eventually reached the "big payments update" referring to the new payments interface we have, and it still was not fixed. I brought it up to them again and their new response was they relayed it to the relevant team and it is again.. just a visual glitch.
  23. Fiverr can only be reached through Customer Support for buyers and sellers.... Who owns that number?
  24. Yes you can use your account on different devices. What's not allowed is having multiple accounts that are using the same IP address. If ever you are using the same IP address (in simpler terms, same internet connection) with someone else who has a Fiverr account such as a family member or someone else living in your house then you should not be offering the same services and you should talk with Customer Support to clear any issues ahead.
